Abstract

The development of the coffee shop business is influenced by the socio-economic development of the community and lifestyle changes. This condition is spurring for the growth of coffee shops by carrying the concept of modernization in an effort to increase consumer satisfaction. The level of customer satisfaction can be measured using the instruments of tangible dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The level of satisfaction measurement is done by using a questionnaire and 5 dimensions of quality measurement. Consumer satisfaction is a large value of expectations so that consumers feel their needs are met. Achieving satisfaction by 81.40%. impact on increasing sales. A high level of customer satisfaction can increase sales volume by 41.9% and the following month it rises to 49.50%. The data shows that customer satisfaction is one of the factors that can increase sales volume.

Abstract

Abstract

Mr. Qodir's Cianjur Porridge UMKM is located on Jl.KH.M.Mukhtar No. 68 Kedung Waringin , Bojong Gede, Bogor Regency is a culinary business that sells culinary products in the form of Cianjur chicken porridge. In running his business, he has been relying on conventional sales where buyers come directly to the place of sale. Even though in the current digital era, E-commerce has been widely used for businesses in increasing sales. The result of this community service socialization is expected to increase the sales of Mr. Qodir's Cianjur Chicken Porridge through the implementation of the Grabfood application so that it can reach a wider range of customers and can optimize the ordering and delivery process. The use of the Grabfood application can be an effective alternative in increasing business competitiveness in today's digital era.

Abstract

Information technology is currently developing very rapidly. These developments affect our way of life and daily activities. With the increasing use of the internet, people can access almost all the information they need easily and quickly. Many people use various social media platforms to interact and communicate with others, whether for business purposes, sharing daily activities, or socializing online. Apart from being a communication tool, social media also has a business function. This training was held to provide an understanding to the trainees that entrepreneurial opportunities can be found through social media, especially Instagram and WhatsApp, if these social media platforms are widely used and active in the participants' daily lives. This training was carried out by the lecture method with participants from RT 01/RW 08 Tegal Gundil Village. North Bogor District, Bogor City. This training aims to create new awareness so that participants can apply the training materials in their daily lives.
