Abstract

       Pertumbuhan industri laundry memiliki efek samping yang kurang baik, sebab industriindustri kecil tersebut sebagian besar langsung membuang limbahnya ke selokan atau badan air tanpa pengolahan terlebih dulu. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan karena dalam limbah tersebut mengandung bahan pencemar antara lain yaitu fosfat yang tinggi. PO4 yang berlebih dalam badan air akan mengakibatkan terjadinya eutrofikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah tanaman eceng gondok (Eichornia Crassipes) dapat menurunkan konsentrasi fosfat dari limbah cair laundry dengan variasi waktu kontak 2 hari, 4 hari dam 6 hari. Serta mengetahui seberapa besar efisiensi pemanfaatan floating plant dalam horizontal sand filter dalam menurunkan kadar fosfat limbah cair laundry.       Pemanfaatan floating plant dalam horizontal sand filter adalah salah satu alternatif penyisihan fosfat yang mudah dan murah yang mana dalam unit reaktor ini akan mengkombinasikan dua proses yaitu proses filtrasi dengan menggunakan media pasir dan fitoremediasi menggunakan tumbuhan eceng gondok. Percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan perlakuan variasi jumlah tanaman eceng gondok (5 tanaman, 10 tanaman, 15 tanaman, dan 0 tanaman sebagai kontrol) dan detensi waktu fitoremediasi (hari ke-2, hari ke-4, dan hari ke-6).       Berdasarkan hasil pengujian (sampel diambil tiap dua hari sekali selama 6 hari) diketahui waktu efektif fitoremediasi penyerapan fosfat pada limbah cair laundry yang optimal (efisien) adalah pada hari ke-2 dengan konsentrasi rata-rata 0,024 mg/L untuk jumlah 5 tanaman, 0,014 mg/L untuk jumlah 10 tanaman dan 0,011 mg/L untuk jumlah 15 tanaman. Konsentrasi fosfat pada efluen horizontal sand filter sebesar 1,797 mg/L.

Abstract

Manusia adalah makhluk yang membutuhkan pendidikan, baik jasmani maupun rohani. Pendidikan yang komperehensif ini, tidak terlepas dari asal kejadian manusia, yakni adanya pengakuan atas Tuhan. Ini merupakan bagian eksistensi manusia terhadap Penciptanya. Proses penerapan ini di mulai dengan pemahaman pengetahuan. Lalu pengamalan atas pengetahuan tersebut, dan diiringi dengan tawajuh (ingat) terhadap Tuhan. Ketiga komponen ini merupakan satu bagian untuk menuju kesempurnaan akhlak manusia.

Abstract

The formation of Islamic society in Indonesia is both dynamic and polycentric. Experts from various fields have assigned diverse labels, such as political Islam, cultural Islam, traditionalist Islam, modernist Islam, spiritual Islam (Islam Kebtinan), puritanical Islam, and so forth. However, these typologies are inseparable from two key influences: globally inspired views of Islam on the one hand and locally rooted views of Islam on the other. This article examines the phenomenology of Islamic society in Indonesia, with a particular focus on traditionalist Muslims, Islam kejawen, and puritanical Islam. Using a literature review of the religious symbols of researched Islamic society and employing phenomenological tools, the findings illustrate unique typologies of the Muslim people of Nusantara. Traditional Islamic society integrates religion and both sacred and profane aspects into an attitude of respect for the great intellectual and spiritual traditions of Islam. This respect is manifested through behavioral symbols such as the traditions of maintaining a sanad and adhering to a madzhab in addressing religious and socio-cultural matters. These practices are rooted in ideational symbols, such as the concept of the ukhuwah—basyariyah, wathaniyah, and diniyah— expressed through religious material symbols. In contrast, the phenomenological awareness of puritanical Islamic society emphasizes the sacred and profane by focusing on the authenticity and exotericism of Islam. Meanwhile, Javanese Islam perceives religion as an intersubjective awareness connecting God, nature, and the human self.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze how identity, cult, and charisma are formed within the context of da'wah on social media, specifically through the Instagram account @halimahalaydrus. By employing a netnographic approach, the study observes the interactions, content, and community dynamics developed on this social media platform. This method enables researchers to gain an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon of da'wah by analyzing the texts, images, and comments associated with the account. The results reveal that Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus' identity on social media is shaped not only by her characteristics but also by the digital communication strategies she employs. Through consistent content, strong spiritual narratives, and direct engagement with her followers, Ustadzah Halimah successfully builds an image as an assertive and inspiring spiritual leader. The formation of a cult occurs not only through direct teachings but also through the active involvement of her followers on Instagram, which strengthens the bonds within the digital community. Moreover, Ustadzah Halimah's charisma is recognized and reinforced by her followers, aligning with Weber's definition, where charisma stems not only from her personal qualities but also from the acceptance of her followers. Ustadzah Halimah's charisma was not solely derived from herself, but was co-constructed by the community that formed a cult around her. Ismail Fajrie Alatas emphasizes that authority is not merely position or power, but the ability to build temporal relationships, connecting past values with the current context, and creating a community that can internalize these values (Cultivating Community). Da'wah through the Instagram account @halimahalaydrus illustrates how identity, cult, and charisma evolve in the digital age, highlighting significant changes in the construction and maintenance of religious authority.

Abstract

This articel attempts to examine the role of KH Imam Nawawi in conducting a cultural da'wah within local community in Parang District, Magetan Regency, East Java. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative and historical approach. The findings illustrate that cutural Islamic propagation conducted KH Imam Nawawi is able to change Javanese culture to local Islamic traditions in Parang district. Further, he has changed people’s religious faith and behavior to become more in line with Islamic teachings. Additionally, kiai Imam Nawawi has emphasized his da’wah activities not to eliminate Javanese local culture since he regards that local tradition resulted from local community creation that should be preserved.

Abstract

This study explores the metarhetoric KH Muhammad Iqdam Kholid's, known as Gus Iqdam, sermons in "Rutinan malam Selasa". Through qualitative text analysis, the study reveals that his use of classical rhetorical elements—ethos, pathos, and logos—is strategically developed to help the audience grasp religious teachings logically while fostering a sense of connection with the audience. Gus Iqdam employs deductive, causal, and comparative reasoning not only to convey religious messages but also to demonstrate their rational basis. His pathos-based metarhetoric is expressed at times through emotionally charged spiritual appeals. Meanwhile, his ethos-driven metarhetoric serves to establish credibility and encourage emotional, intellectual, and spiritual trust from the congregation.
