Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan, pimpinan sangat membutuhkan seorang sekretaris untuk membantu melaksanakan tugasnya. Salah satu tugas sekretaris adalah menyiapkan rapat pimpinan.Rapat diadakan apabila pimpinan memerlukan sumbangan pendapat dari para staf karena pimpinan tidak dapat mengambil keputusan secara sepihak. Peran sekretaris dalam menyiapkan rapat pimpinan sangat penting agar rapat dapat berjalan secara efektif guna mendapatkan hasil yang diharapkan. Sekretaris dituntut untuk teliti dalam menyiapkan keperluan rapat agar tidak ada satu bagian yang terlupakan yang akan berdampak besar pada kegiatan rapat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan tujuan penelitian adalah melihat sejauhmana efektivitas tugas Sekretaris dalam menyiapkan rapat Pimpinan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi,wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pada Divisi MSDM PT. INTI Bandung tugas sekretaris dalam menyiapkan rapat pimpinan sudah sesuai dengan standar prosedur yang ditentukan perusahaan dimulai dari pimpinan memberikan instruksi, sekretaris menyiapkan agenda rapat, membuat dan menyebarkan undangan rapat, membuat daftar hadir rapat, menyiapkan ruang rapat, menyiapkan perlengkapan rapat, pimpinan memulai rapat, membuat notulen rapat serta mendistribusikan notulen kepada peserta rapat. Tetapi terkadang sekretaris tidak menjalankan prosedur menyiapkan rapat tersebut dengan baik

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan wirausaha pemilik warung Ayi Cahyadi dalam menghadapi era digital melalui pelatihan yang komprehensif dan aplikatif. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital, seperti strategi pemasaran online, manajemen keuangan berbasis aplikasi, dan penggunaan platform e-commerce. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta tindak lanjut dan pendampingan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor tes dan umpan balik positif, menandakan keberhasilan program ini. Selain itu, dampak positif juga dirasakan oleh komunitas sekitar, dengan peningkatan layanan dan pendapatan usaha kecil. Saran untuk keberlanjutan program meliputi pendampingan berkelanjutan, perluasan jangkauan pelatihan, dan peningkatan kualitas materi. Dengan upaya berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi berbagai pihak, diharapkan program ini dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan manfaat luas, membantu pemilik usaha kecil beradaptasi dan berkembang di era digital.Abstract:  This community service program aims to improve the entrepreneurial skills of stall owner Ayi Cahyadi in facing the digital era through comprehensive and applicable training. This training is designed to equip participants with the ability to utilize digital technology, such as online marketing strategies, application-based financial management, and use of e-commerce platforms. Implementation methods include identifying needs, preparing material, conducting, evaluation, as well as follow-up and mentoring. The results of the training showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills. Evaluations show improved test scores and positive feedback, indicating the success of the program. Apart from that, the positive impact is also felt by the surrounding community, with increased services and small business income. Suggestions for program sustainability include ongoing mentoring, expanding the reach of training, and improving the quality of materials. With continued efforts and collaboration from various parties, it is hoped that this program can continue to develop and provide broad benefits, helping small business owners adapt and develop in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of green product knowledge and influencer marketing on purchase intention for eco-friendly sanitary products under the brand Nadnad. The data utilized in this research is primary data gathered by a survey method by giving questionnaires to 100 respondents residing in the city of Bandung, with respondent ages ranging from 15 to 35 years. Respondent selection was conducted by utilizing a non-probability sampling approach with purpose sampling techniques. The type of research is a descriptive and verificative survey employing multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study, green product knowledge has a partially significant and positive impact on purchase intention, and influencer marketing has a partially significant and positive impact on purchase intention as well. Furthermore, green product knowledge and influencer marketing, have simultaneously significant and positive impacts on purchase intention. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of green product knowledge in increasing consumer purchase intention towards eco-friendly sanitary products and can encourage companies to consider influencer marketing strategies as an effective method for promoting eco-friendly products.

Abstract

Posyandu functions as a health service center that provides various promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services at the village/sub-district level. Problems in managing health data at Posyandu often occur due to the lack of knowledge of cadres regarding the use of digital systems. In general, recording health data at Posyandu is done manually using book records. Without digital data management skills, Posyandu cadres who play a role as drivers in the success of health programs at the basic level are not optimal. The method used in this community service activity is digital data management training which includes several stages designed to increase the capacity of Posyandu Dahlia 10 cadres in managing digital-based health data. Digital data management training for Posyandu Dahlia 10 cadres in Wangunharja Village can improve cadres' understanding and skills in managing health data using digital technology. This training allows cadres to record, process, and report health data more efficiently and accurately, which contributes to improving the quality of health services in the community.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan keamanan lingkungan Perumahan Taman Ciputri Indah RW.10, Desa Wangunharja, melalui pemasangan teknologi CCTV di titik-titik strategis. Metode partisipatif digunakan dengan melibatkan warga dalam perencanaan, pemasangan, hingga pelatihan pemeliharaan perangkat. Hasilnya, pemasangan CCTV di pintu masuk dan jalan utama berhasil meningkatkan rasa aman warga, menurunkan risiko kejahatan, serta mendorong keterlibatan warga dalam pengawasan lingkungan. Evaluasi menunjukkan efektivitas pengawasan meningkat, meskipun keberlanjutan perangkat membutuhkan dukungan rutin. Program ini menjadi model keamanan berbasis teknologi yang dapat diterapkan di perumahan lain untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan nyaman.
