Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan peternak dan efisiensi usaha peternakan kerbau yang dilakukan masyarakat Kabupaten Sijunjung. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Kabupaten Sijunjung yaitu pada peternak di daerah terpilih pada bulan November 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan respondennya adalah peternak kerbau sebanyak 50 orang responden. Data yang dianalisis adalah data 1 tahun berjalan yaitu bulan Oktober 2019 - September 2020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendapatan masyarakat peternak Kabupaten Sijunjung dari usaha peternakan kerbau adalah sebesar Rp 6.644.344/peternak/tahun. Kemudian dari analisis R/C ratio, didapatkan nilai 8,07 yang artinya usaha yang dilakukan sudah efisien dan layak untuk dilanjutkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektifitas pemasaran online dalam peningkatan penjualan produk-produk olahan peternakan oleh UMKM di Kota Payakumbuh. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan 30 orang responden UMKM yang memproduksi produk olahan peternakan, yaitu rendang, frozen food (nugget, sosis, bakso), susu dan es krim susu kambing, bakso goreng, telur omega, kerupuk kulit dan pupuk organik. Metode penelitian adalah metode survey menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara dan observasi. Variabel yang diukur adalah desain iklan, ide konten, komunikasi verbal, originalitas dan penjualan. Data yang digunakan diukur dengan skala likert, kemudian dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain iklan, ide konten, komunikasi verbal, dan originalitas pada promosi online tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan, karena semua nilai signifikansinya besar dari 0,05. Angka R2 pada analisis regresi sebesar 0.09 juga menunjukkan bahwa desain, ide konten, komunikasi verbal, dan originalitas hanya 10% mempengaruhi penjualan. Efektifitas pemasaran menggunakan promosi online masih pada tahap membuat konsumen sadar akan merek (brand awareness).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kultur teknis usahatani buncis yang  dilakukan oleh petani di Kenagarian Canduang Koto Laweh serta menganalisis  besarnya pendapatan dan keuntungan masing-masing petani buncis.Metode yang  digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Populasi petani buncis pada  musim tanam Desember 2013 – Februari 2014 yang ada di Kenagarian Canduang  Koto Laweh ada 36 orang, yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22  orang sebagai sampel dengan kriteria petani yang menanam buncis secara  monokultur, petani yang menanam di lahan kering dan petani yang mengusahakan  tanaman buncis pada musim tanam Desember 2013 – Februari 2014. Dalam  pengambilan sampel metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis  data yang digunakan untuk tujuan pertama yaitu secara deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan untuk tujuan kedua dilakukan secara kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan budidaya atau kultur teknis  buncis yang dilakukan oleh petani di Kenagarian Canduang Koto Laweh belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan yang dianjurkan oleh literatur, seperti lebar bedengan,waktu pemupukan, jenis pupuk, jarak tanam, kebutuhan benih dan cara  panen. Produksi yang dihasilkan oleh petani sampel adalah Rp 10.366,85 kg/Ha.  Pendapatan yang diterima petani di Kenagarian Canduang Koto Laweh sebesar 29.821.613,05/Ha, sedangkan keuntungan yang diperoleh petani buncis sebesar Rp 21.747.805,06/Ha. Analisis R/C ratio pada kegiatan usahatani buncis sebesar 1,76.

Abstract

Hydroponics as an appropriate technology that is used as an alternative planting medium has the advantage of not requiring a lot of water resources and using land that is not relatively large so that hydroponic gardening can be used in areas where there is not much water available, and can be done in the yard of the house. The purpose of this activity is to determine the increase in economic income for hydroponic farmers. The method used is to carry out a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with hydroponic farmers and observing from hydroponic vegetable planting, and analyzing the results of the interviews with the closeness of quantitative descriptive statistics. From the results of research conducted that hydroponic appropriate technology can provide a significant increase in income for hydroponic farmers, profits from hydroponic farmers can reach IDR. 500.000  per month Keywords: Appropriate Technology, Hydroponics, Income  INTISARIHidroponik sebagai salah satu teknologi tepat guna yang digunakan sebagai alternatif media tanam memiliki keunggulan tidak memerlukan banyak sumberdaya air serta menggunakan lahan yang tidak relatif luas sehingga berkebun hidroponik dapat di gunakan di daerah yang tidak banyak tersedia air, serta dapat dilakukan pada pekarangan rumah. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi bagi para petani hidroponik. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pendekatan kualitatif melalui indepth interview kepada petani hidroponik serta mengamati dari penanaman sayuram hidroponik, dan menganalisis hsail wawancana dengan kendekatan kuantitatif statistic deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa teknologi tepat guna hidropoik dapat memberikan peningkatan pendapatan bagi para petani hidroponiik secara signifikan, keuntungan dari petani hidroponik bisa mencapai Rp 500.000  perbulannya. Kata kunci: Teknologi Tepat Guna, Hidroponik, Pendapatan

Abstract

Burgers are processed foods that are interesting to develop as one of the entrepreneurs' products. Training in burger making and providing entrepreneurial experience to the participants as a form of community service were conducted. Implementation of this activity includes preparation, participant admission, production training, and product selling. Patty formulation, patty molding, contact grilling, burger plating, packaging, and selling were conducted during practice. From this activity, enhancing the knowledge and skill of participants during production in the processing room and selling in campus areas are significant to creating the essential entrepreneur ability. The development of character and spirit of entrepreneurship and profit gaining during selling represents the enlarged passion of the participant toward the real entrepreneurship environment. Further guidance is required to encourage the participant to transform into a start-up business

Abstract

Intermediate initiatives were launched to enhance the business scale of Bondo Bakery. This involved assessing the current conditions of the bakery, which led to several actionable options for improving its market position. Upgrades to facilities were made, along with training focused on baking for premium quality, production of affordable price of animal product-rich variants, bakery photography, and role-playing in baking classes. These actions resulted in the acquisition of standard equipment for kneading and preparation, improved the ability to produce high-quality bakery items, diversified the product offerings, created appealing visuals for social media advertising, and developed skills for conducting baking classes. In conclusion, the implemented actions are significant in increasing the bakery's business scale.

Abstract

This study is based on the low learning student’s social science outcomes. The purpuse of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of IPS with the implementation of cooperative learning model type talking stick, each cycle of two meetings and one time test. This study was conduted on 23 subjects of primary school students’ in SDIT Insan Utama Pekanbaru. Result of this research obtained average student’s learning outcomes 76,73 with enough categories and on the second cycle student’s learning outcomes increase to 82,17 categorized well. This suggest that the cooperative model type talking stick can improve the learning outcomes of IPS on the Primary School Students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product, price, place, promotion, and services on purchasing decisions for rendang in Payakumbuh, West Sumatra. The study was conducted on 51 Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) consumers. Research was conducted using a survey method, and the obtained data was subjected to a quantitative descriptive analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the result of the research analysis, the number R2 (R Square) is 0.224 or (22.40%). This showed that the percentage contribution of the influence of the marketing mix of rendang as independent variables (product, price, place, promotion, and services) to the dependent variable (purchasing decision) is 22.40%. At the same time, the remaining 77.60% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research model. A significant simultaneous effect of five marketing mixes, i.e., product, price, place, promotion, and service, on consumers' purchasing decision of rendang was noticed. Price, place, and service positively affected the partial evaluation; however, product and promotion were not. To sum up, innovation on price, place, and service can be the primary consideration for the MSME to keep competitive in the rendang market.
