Abstract

Media and learning resources are the core components of teaching activities. Learning resources is related to textbooks as learning materials for students and teachers to provide additional knowledge. This study aims to see the feasibility of buku teks Bahasa Indonesia Class VII published by Balitbang Kemdikbud with the kurikulum 2013 revision  2016, which is to determine whether the book is really qualified so worthy to be used as a source of learning. The feasibility is reviewed in terms of content and language . From the analsys the aspect of content, the material is in accordance with KI and KD in  the curriculum 2013. While viewed from the aspect of language, textbooks Indonesian Class VII Curriculum 2013 Revision 2016 is good and not complicated language, careful choice of words, language which is used easily understood, but  there is a vocabulary that does not conform to the general rules of Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This research will describe attributive endocentric phrases in the narration text student of Bina Darma University, and the application of Bahasa Indonesia learning, especially material for editing phrases. The method used in this research is a qualitative description method. This data research is in the form of words and phrases. The data source for this research is the narrative story student of Bina Darma University. The data collection technique used was the reading and note taking technique. Data analysis using descriptions. The research results presented in this article as a sample are 5 data. The data is intended to be realized in Indonesian language learning, especially the material of editing phrases. The realization of the results of the analysis of attributive endocentric phrases in learning can be applied in the teaching material for editing phrases. The teacher can use the results of the analysis as teaching material in the learning process which is conveyed in the lesson plan

Abstract

This study aims to describe the lexical variations of the Musi language in Sungsang. This lexical variation can be demonstrated by looking for similarities and differences in Musi language variations in Sungsang. The method used is a qualitative description. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, recording, and recording techniques. Data analysis techniques data checking with data reduction, data transcription, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results showed that: 1) Swades basic vocabulary there are 20 different words and 20 similarity words, 2) body parts there are 5 differences and 6 similarities, 3) greeting pronouns there are 4 different words and 2 similarity words 4) kinship system there are 3 words differences and 2 words of equality, 5) village and community life there are 7 words of difference and 4 words of equality, 6) house and parts there are 7 words of difference and 5 words of equality, 7) equipment and supplies there are 10 words of difference and 6 words of similarity, 8) food and drinks there are 5 words of difference and 2 words of equality, 9) seasons, natural conditions, natural objects, and directions there are 14 words of difference and 9 words of equality, 10) mannerism and adjectives there are 20 words of difference and 5 words of similarity, 11) clothing and jewelry there are 6 words of difference and 8 words of equality, 12) motion and work there are 20 words of difference and 10 words of equality, and 12) animals there are 6 words of difference and 1 similarity of language Musi, ko sakata that do not experience differences in plant, yard and tree vocabulary. Musi language variations are mostly found in Sungsang I Village with 60 vocabularies, while Musi language equation is more in Sungsang III village with 162 vocabularies.

Abstract

The research aimed to explore the forms of language politeness principles for parents and young children in the family environment and to describe how parents instill politeness in early childhood in the family environment. A research method is a qualitative case study. Researchers used observation, note-taking, and recording techniques in data collection. Data Analysis was carried out chronologically and categorically. The findings of this research were six forms of politeness principles, namely the maxim of tact, generosity, acceptance, humility, agreement, and sympathy from various interactions. Based on the findings of politeness maxims, it is necessary to apply politeness patterns to children in the family. It is to foster children's language behavior under the expectations and upbringing of parents because language behavior in the family influences their language behavior.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kompetensi guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia sebagai wujud profesionalitas guru. Selain itu, situasi pembelajaran saat ini masih dalam proses adaptasi dari daring ke luring, sehingga guru membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang beragam, serta dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran bauran dan diakses menggunakan smartphone. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia tingkat SMA dan SMP di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Adapun bentuk kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Pada kegiatan sosialiasi, guru diberikan informasi dan bentuk pengaplikasian learningapps sebagai media pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Pada kegiatan pelatihan, guru dilatih dan dibimbing secara bertahap untuk membuat media pembelajaran menggunakan learningapps sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang diajarkan. Dari kegiatan ini, ada 24 guru SMP dan SMA yang telah mempublikasi media pembelajaran tentang materi Bahasa Indonesia di https://learningapps.org/. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, guru dapat membuat media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dan karakteristik peserta didiknya sehingga tujuan pembelajaran tercapai, serta pembelajaran menjadi lebih menyenangkan, meningkatkan minat dan motivasi peserta didik terhadap mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.
