Abstract

Risiko perilaku kekerasan merupakan akibat atau komplikasi dari halusinasi jika tidak ditangani. Perilaku kekerasan merupakan salah satu respon marah yang diungkapkan melalui ancaman, mencederai orang lain, dan atau merusak lingkungan. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan, penderita halusinasi di ruang Kasuari sebanyak 99,7%, data ini juga mencakup data risiko perilaku kekerasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan pemeriksaan fisik serta dengan melakukan telaah dokumen. Tujuan umum dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada klien risiko perilaku kekerasan. Dari hasil pengkajian ditemukan 5 diagnosa pada Tn. A dan 3 diagnosa pada Tn. V. 3 diantaranya sama yaitu risiko perilaku kekerasan, gangguan sensori persepsi halusinasi, dan harga diri rendah. Pada Tn. A ditemukan 2 diagnosa berbeda yaitu koping keluarga in efektif dan regiment terapi in efektif. Pada perencanaan serta pelaksanaan dilakukan strategi pelaksanaan risiko perilaku kekerasan, yaitu strategi pelaksanaan 1 mengontrol Perilaku Kekerasan dengan latihan fisik tarik nafas dalam serta memukul bantal/kasur, SP 2 mengontrol PK dengan meminum obat, dan SP 3 meminta, menolak dan mengungkapkan perasaan dengan cara baik. Pada Tn. V dan Tn. A dilakukan intervensi yang sama pada diagnosa risiko perilaku kekerasan, sedangkan pada Tn. A dilakukan juga SP halusinasi, SP 1 mengontrol halusinasi dengan menghardik, SP 2 mengontrol halusinasi dengan obat, dan SP 3 mengontrol halusinasi dengan bercakap-cakap. Pada Tn. V tidak dilakukan karena klien merasa tidak mengalami halusinasi. Kedua klien bisa mengikuti arahan yang dilakukan penulis. 2 diagnosa pada Tn. A tidak terdapat pada teori yaitu koping keluarga in efektif dan regiment terapi in efektif.

Abstract

Guru menempatkan posisi penting serta memegang peranan yang penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Ketika membicarakan permasalahan pendidikan, figur guru harus terlibat dalam agenda pembicaraan tersebut terutama menyangkut persoalan pendidikan formal di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru SMK Persada Husada Indonesia di Jatiasih Bekasi. Metode penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu observasi analitik. Variabel independent meliputi usia, lama jam kerja, jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, masa kerja, konflik peran, beban kerja, pembagian waktu kerja, stres karena kemajuan teknologi, hubungan interpersonal, struktur organisasi, dan hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan rumah. variabel dependentnya adalah stres kerja. Hasil analisis Hasil analisis bivariat terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia dengan stres kerja p-value 0,03 (>0,05), konflik peran dengan stres kerja P- value 0,03 (<0,05), beban kerja berlebihan dengan stress kerja P-value 0,03(<0,05) serta didapatkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan lama jam kerja dengan stress kerja dengan P-value 0,330 (>0,05), jenis kelamin dengan dengan stress kerja P-value 0,472 (>0,05), status pernikahan dengan stress kerja P-value 0,358 (>0,05), masa kerja dengan stress kerja dengan P-value 0,258 (>0,05), stres karena kemajuan teknologi dengan stress kerja P-value 0,107 (>0,05), hubungan interpersonal dengan stres kerja p- value 0,274 (>0.05), struktur organisasi dengan stres kerja P-value 0,642 (>0,05), hubungan pekerjaan dengan rumah dengan stres kerjaP-value 0,259 (>0,05). Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya Melakukan penelitian stress kerja hingga ke tahap stress kerja kronis.

Abstract

Low Self-Esteem is a feeling of shame or inferiority due to shortcomings in oneself. Caused by negative judgments from self and others in the same environment. Of all schizophrenic clients, 40% had self- concept problems: low self-esteem. The purpose of the study was to conduct nursing care on low self- esteem problems with schizophrenia in the Cassowary room of Dr. Soeharto Heerdjan Mental Hospital, Jakarta. The design used a case study with the subject of 2 clients with the same nursing problem and diagnosis i.e. self-concept problem: low self-esteem with schizophrenia. Data collection using interviews, observation and physical examination. The results of the research after being carried out SP1 and SP2 both clients can achieve result criteria such as: in SP1 tidying the mattress, sweeping, mopping the floor, friendly facial expressions, good eye contact between clients and hospital nurses. The client is able to answer greetings well. In SP2 clients are also able to perform scheduled activities such as sweeping, mopping floors, making mattresses and a positive list of environments: being able to interact with fellow clients and nurses. The conclusion of the application of SP1 and SP2 is that the client is able to increase his self-esteem. The author's suggestion hopes that the next SP can be done for families with family activities present so that the problem of low self-esteem is more effective in achieving it. The result of this study is that problems can be overcome. Identify and train client skills, teach interacting with others and maintain personal hygiene. It is recommended that mental health program holders counsel clients and families on how to reduce the risk of recurrence in clients: implement strategies to implement low self- esteem in clients and families.

Abstract

Natural disasters are something unexpected and undesirable, so there is a need for education and knowledge regarding disaster management. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on knowledge of earthquake preparedness in level 1 students of STIKes PHI. This type of research uses Quasi Experiment with one group pretest – posttest design. Data collection was carried out at the PHI STIKes from June to July 2023. The population was all level 1 students at the PHI STIKes. Sampling purposive sampling as many as 44 people. The analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with t-test and chi-square test. The results of this study showed that the average preparedness knowledge of level 1 students at STIKes PHI in dealing with earthquake disasters before being given counseling was 34.02 and the average knowledge about level 1 student preparedness at STIKes PHI in dealing with earthquake disasters after being given counseling was 81.55. From the results of this study, the female gender has a higher level of knowledge than the male with a P-value of 0.021 (<0.05), which means that there is a significant influence between gender and knowledge level. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between knowledge of earthquake preparedness in level 1 students of the PHI STIKes with a P-value of 0.000 (<0.05). It is hoped that institutions can increase the dissemination of information about earthquake disaster preparedness directly by disseminating education about earthquake disasters by increasing regular counseling and using training methods or earthquake preparedness simulations.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a physiological process that brings changes to the mother and her environment. The aim of this research is to determine nursing care for pregnant women who experience a knowledge deficit with indications of a lack of information on family planning methods carried out on 28 March - 10 May 2024. This research uses qualitative research methods at RSUD dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid Bekasi City. From the nursing care provided, 5 diagnoses were found in Mrs. W, namely knowledge deficit related to lack of exposure to information, hypovolemia related to active fluid loss, risk of injury to the fetus related to multiple parity, risk of injury to the mother related to contraction problems, and impaired comfort related to pain. To Mrs. M, namely knowledge deficit related to lack of exposure to information, hypovolemia related to active fluid loss, risk of injury to the fetus related to high parity, impaired comfort related to pain, and risk of nutritional deficit related to inability to digest food. At the evaluation stage of the 5 diagnoses, Mrs. W Mrs. M obtained resolved results according to the results criteria. 3x24 hours providing health education about family planning can overcome the problem. It is hoped that patients and partners can consider using birth control to reduce the risk of death for the mother and fetus.
