Abstract

Buya HAMKA, a prominent Indonesian Muslim leader, poet, author, historian, and educator, was so instrumental to Indonesian scientific development, especially for the world of Islam in Indonesia. The greatest work of him is his commentary entitled Tafsir al-Azhar. This article explains about the methodology of HAMKA?s interpretation on Qur?anic verses. In the conclusion, Tafsir al-Azhar can be classified as tafsîr bi al-ma?tsûr based on it source, with tahlîlî method because it is begun from Surah al-Fâtihah until Surah al-Nâs, muqârin method for its explanation, and categorized as tafsîr tafshîlî too according to his width exploration in the tafsir. While the feature of his tafsir is dominated by adâbî ijtimâ?î with the beauty of Malayan language related to the social reality in his era. After all, his tafsir is being easy to understand for Indonesian people as the majority reader of it.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran penting musyawarah yang menitikberatkan dalam hal komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggali hubungan erat antara kualitas komunikasi interpersonal dan kelancaran musyawarah, dengan fokus pada bagaimana komunikasi yang terbuka, jujur, dan responsif dapat memfasilitasi proses pengambilan keputusan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Melalui kajian teks ayat al-Qur'an, artikel ini memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi komunikasi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas musyawarah. Berbagai faktor seperti kejelasan pesan, empati, dan kemampuan mendengarkan diidentifikasi sebagai elemen kunci dalam memperkuat komunikasi dan merangsang dialog yang konstruktif. Selain itu, peran fasilitator musyawarah dan keberagaman pendapat dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung keputusan kolektif juga ditelaah secara mendalam. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang bagaimana interaksi komunikatif yang efektif dan musyawarah yang bijak dapat meningkatkan kualitas keputusan bersama di berbagai konteks, mulai dari tingkat organisasi hingga masyarakat luas. Melalui penerapan prinsip-prinsip ini, diharapkan mampu menciptakan budaya partisipatif yang mempromosikan kolaborasi, inovasi, dan keadilan dalam pengambilan keputusan kolektif. This article discusses the important role of deliberation which focuses on communication. This research explores the close relationship between the quality of interpersonal communication and the smoothness of deliberations, with a focus on how open, honest and responsive communication can facilitate inclusive and sustainable decision-making processes. Through studying the text of Al-Qur'an verses, this article provides an overview of communication strategies that can increase the effectiveness of deliberations. Factors such as message clarity, empathy, and listening skills were identified as key elements in strengthening communication and stimulating constructive dialogue. In addition, the role of deliberation facilitators and diversity of opinion in creating an environment that supports collective decisions is also examined in depth. It is hoped that this article will provide in-depth insight into how effective communicative interaction and wise deliberation can improve the quality of collective decisions in various contexts, from the organizational level to the wider community. Through the application of these principles, it is hoped that we will be able to create a participatory culture that promotes collaboration, innovation and fairness in collective decision making.

Abstract

One of the Orientalist figures in the world of interpretation is Neal Robinson. This paper explored the idea of Neal Robinson in his book, Discovering The Qur'an: A Contemporary Approach To A Veiled Text in order to understand the chronology of surah in the Qur'an. The aim of this research is to find out and understand Neal Robinson's thoughts on the chronology of the revelation of the Koran, which in this case is divided into three types. The method we use in this paper is the hermeneutical method. After reading the book, the writer found that there are three strategies to understand the chronology of the surah in the Qur'an; They are investigating the events of occasions of the revelation (asbab an-nuzul), understanding the literature of abrogating and abrogated ayahs (nasikh and mansukh), and categorizing the traditional lists of Meccan and Madinan surahs (Makiyyah and Madaniyyah). By conducting those ways, Robinson proved that asbab an-nuzul should be treated with extreme caution. Then, in some cases, asbab an-nuzul should be limited in order to determine the chronological order of the Qur’an. After that, nasikh and mansukh are used merely for the purpose of determining the chronological order of the Qur’an and did not highlight certain evolution within a period of revelation. Finally, by analyzing Madaniyah and Makiyah surah, it revealed the certainty of the origin and the list of traditional surah in which there were some differences in the determination of the date among the companions. The differences are due to rivalry in the collection of the Qur'an and wrong isnads done by some componions in order to increase their prestige

Abstract

Women are the pillars of life, especially in domestic matters, this condition makes them have to take roles in the domestic and public spheres at the same time. in the public sector, forcing them to do various jobs, such as farmers, fishermen and weavers. They choose weaving because they don't have other jobs, they don't have much education, and they don't have much capital. For women, working is helping the poor household economy. This assistance was carried out in Laren Lamongan Pelangwot Village. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) because the Pelangwot residents have looms and the process of making woven sarongs is a village asset. The results of this assistance show that women are able to start organizing their lives better and have the fighting power to develop their creativity in weaving, this is shown in their behavior during the counseling and training carried out, not only that, they also ask for further assistance to strengthen their community so that it can be formally recognized.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the role of woman in the world of dakwah. Woman in Islam have the same right in preaching but what makes the difference is the level or the amount Islam places woman in this very honorable position because woman have tasks that can not be done by man, for example, conceiving, giving birth and breastfeeding, all of which risk their lives in their practice. This article discusses two roles of woman in the contemporary era as preachers. First, the role of woman in the view of Islam that woman occupy an honorable and noble position. Islam does not differentiate between man and woman for dakwah matters such as admonishing amr ma’ruf and nahi munkar. And second, the role of woman in dakwah is in accordance with the level of their ability to do amr ma’ruf nahi munkar. it can preach at home with their families, it can preach on the go every where. This research is qualitative descriptive study with a library research approach.

Abstract

The concept of teaching materials in the Qur'an plays a significant role in Islamic education, both in providing spiritual guidance and educating humans to think critically and act according to the principles of justice, truth, and virtue. This study aims to explore the concept of teaching materials in the Qur'an, focusing on the values contained in the tafsir works of al-Mishbah and Ibnu Katsir and their application in educational contexts. The research employs a qualitative approach using the tafsir muqaran (comparative) method, which compares the interpretations of Qur'anic verses by scholars to gain a comprehensive understanding. The findings reveal that the Qur'an encompasses three primary educational values: (1) I’tiqodiyah Values (faith education), which include strengthening faith in Allah along with His names and attributes; (2) Khuluqiyah Values (moral education), exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad in educating his companions; and (3) Amaliyah Values (behavioral education), emphasizing the importance of practicing the knowledge acquired. These findings demonstrate that the Qur'an is not only a rich source of teaching materials but also relevant in fostering integration between religious and modern knowledge. This study contributes to the development of Qur'an-based teaching materials that are practical and capable of shaping morally upright and intellectually advanced generations.

Abstract

Di era saat ini, strategi pemasaran yang berbasis digitalisasi memberikan solusi bagi para pelaku UMKM untuk memanfaatkan media digital dalam memasarkan produk mereka, sehingga konsumen menjadi lebih familiar dengan produk UMKM tersebut. Di Desa Brangsi, merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Laren Kabupaten Lamongan. Desa yang terkenal akan kesuburan tanahnya serta tingginya jiwa sosial pada mesyarakat Desa Brangsi. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan banyaknya organisasi masyarakat di Desa Brangsi, salah satunya UMKM Mekar Jaya Brangsi. UMKM merupakan sebuah organisasi yang berisikan kumpulan beberapa pedagang yang ada di Desa Brangsi, banyak dari pelaku ekonomi (UMKM) masih bergantung pada metode pemasaran offline yang sederhana tanpa dukungan teknologi. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang melatarbelakangi hal tersebut, salah satunya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan para pelaku ekonomi (UMKM) terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah workshop pelatihan, yaitu pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing untuk menjadi pelaku UMKM di bidang ekonomi supaya banyak diminati oleh konsumen. Kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat dan inovasi dalam strategi pemasaran serta membantu menyusun rencana tindak lanjut untuk menjalankan bisnis online di UMKM Desa Brangsi.

Abstract

The teaching methods in the Qur'an reflect deep and holistic educational principles, whichfocus not only on the transfer of knowledge, but also on the formation of character,spirituality and morality. In the Qur'an, teaching is carried out through various approaches,including the use of parables (mathal), stories (qishash), and direct dialogue between Allahand His people, which aim to convey divine messages effectively. This method emphasizes theimportance of reflection, deep understanding, and application of values in everyday life. Apartfrom that, the Qur'an also teaches methods of asking, speaking and listening attentively aspart of the learning process. Thus, the teaching methods in the Qur'an are not only orientedtowards intellectual knowledge, but also towards individual spiritual and moral development,which is in accordance with the demands of the times and the needs of humanity in seekingtruth and guidance in life. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying the Muqaran(comparative) interpretation method, which is a comparative interpretation approach usingthe interpretation of verses of the Koran written by mufassir to obtain a comprehensiveunderstanding of the interpretation of the theaching methods in al-Qur'an. The aim of thisresearch is to find out about the teaching methods in the Koran, especially in surah al-An'amverse 72 and surah al-Ra'd verse 2. Surah Al-An'am verse 72 contains various teachingmethods that can be applied in everyday life. This verse emphasizes spiritual education byteaching the basics of worship (prayer) and morality (piety) which are the foundation of aMuslim's life. This teaching method also teaches the importance of direct commands thatencourage changes in behavior, awareness of the final goal (hereafter), as well as theconnection between deeds and final results which people should always remember. Theteaching in this verse is practical, requiring people to carry out the teachings with fullawareness and sincere intentions. Surah Ar-Ra'd verse 2 describes a very in-depth teachingmethod, which involves teaching through natural phenomena, logical and clear explanations,deep reflection and understanding, and awareness of the ultimate goal of life. This teachingmethod teaches people to observe the universe and reflect on the greatness of Allah throughnatural phenomena, as well as connecting worldly life with the life of the afterlife. Theteaching in this verse aims to strengthen the people's faith and belief in meeting Allah in theafterlife and being responsible for every good deed

Abstract

This article is discuss paragraph in al-Quran about objek of education in surah al-Syu’ara’ 214 and surah al-Tahrim 6. That is focus in three of tafsir book. That is Tafsir al-Misbah Quraish Shihab, tafsif al-Azhar Buya Hamka, and tafsir Fi Dzilalil Qur’an Sayyid Quthb. The urgent of this article is knowing argument from three of tafsir book about objek of education. We must understand difference tafsir from whom with each argument and analysis specif`ic. This article using tafsir muqaran in order to get understand dan knowing about that surah.
