Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang proses pembelajaran di bidan hard skill dicapai melalui konsep learning by doing berisikan materi teori 60% dan prakterk 40%. Dengan bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa/i setiap tahunnya akan memicu pembangunan gedung baru sebagai ruang kelas baru. Semakin bertambahnya gedung baru tentunya akan ada penambahan fasilitas baru untuk menunjang proses perkuliahan sehingga diperlukaadanya audit energi dan analisis pemaikaian energi. Setelah dilakukan Audit energi pada sistem penerangan dan sistem pendingin pada lima gedung di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo yaitu gedung A sebesar 118 kWh//m², Gedung B sebesar 140 kWh/m², Gedung C sebesar 151 kWh//m²,Gedung D sebesar 86 kWh//m²,  dan Gedung E sebesar 179 kWh//m². dari ke lima gedung tersebut nilai IKE nya masih tergolong efisien karena masih di bawah standart ASEAN-USAID yaitu sebesar 240 kWh/m².

Abstract

In the event of a short circuit interruption it is still very worrying where there are still many problems with protection equipment that does not work properly. In field conditions, the transformer at GIS Karangpilang often fails to disconnect the feeder. Based on this incident, it will be discussed how to coordinate the relay between incoming and Lakarsantri feeders. The calculation results from the working time of the relay feeder are 0.3 seconds with the working time on the incoming part being 0.68 seconds. Based on data from GIS Karangpilang, the working time of the relay in the feeder section was 0.41 seconds and 0.69 seconds in the incoming section with a fault current of 4.5 kA showing good results. In the short circuit simulation results, the manual calculation data and the data obtained from the Karangpilang GIS are not much different, where the working time of the relay feeder is 0.11 seconds faster than the incoming working time, with a time of 0.7 seconds which is in accordance with the relay settings.

Abstract

The grounding system in the Hospital is used to overcome when there is a touch voltage and step voltage on the transformer and also other equipment installed on the transformer. The process carried out in this study was carried out by measuring the grounding and processing the data used to determine the size and smallness of the touch voltage and Step voltage. The results of the calculation of the grounding resistance in the hospital obtained a value of 5,056 ? which can cause a touch voltage with a value of 1014 V. The step voltage in humans weighing 50 Kg produces a value of 962,8 V and the step voltage for humans weighing 70 Kg produces a value of 1299 Volts. With the results of the values ??obtained, that the value has been in accordance with the standard of Step voltage based on IEEE 80-2013 with a value of 3,140 V with a duration of disturbance of 0,5 seconds.
