Abstract

This study aims to discuss the leadership style and organizational culture of organizational commitment and performance at the Maluku Provincial Human Resources Development Agency. The population of this study was 65 Civil Servants in the Maluku Province Education and Training Agency. The collected data analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics through Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that the leadership style variable had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment is positive. The influence of leadership style on employee performance is positive and significant. Positive and significant organizational performance on employee performance and positive and significant organizational commitment to employee performance. To get the expected employee improvement within the Maluku Provincial Human Resources Development Agency improve its leadership style and organizational culture so that the organizational commitment increases and increases in employee needsKeywords: Leadership Style, Organization Culture, Organization Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: To analyze the influence of the dimensions total quality management toward employee performance in an Indonesian Regional Public Hospital (RSUD) Dr. H. Ishak Umarella. Background Problems: This research is conducted based on the premise that there are problems related to employee performance at RSUD Dr. H. Ishak Umarella which were inconsistent throughout 2020. According to the condition, the objective of this research is to verify the influence of total quality management toward employee performance. Novelty: In the dimensions of total quality management used, in which there are additional dimensions and adjustment to the dimensions used according to the object of research. Research Methods: The process of sampling applied in this research is purposive sampling, using the total of 100 respondents. Data are collected using questionnaires as the main instrument and Likert Scale to measure respondents' answers in the questionnaires. Finding/Results: The result shows that the focus on customer variable (X1), employee engagement and empowerment variable (X2), continuous improvement variable (X3), teamwork variable (X4), and education and training variables (X5) have a positive and significant influence towards employee performance (Y) at RSUD Dr. H. Ishak Umarella. Conclusion: This research concludes that in an effort to improve the performance of its employees, every government agency must attend to and strengthen the five variables

Abstract

This service activity aims to increase financial literacy for MSME actors in West Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. Low understanding of basic financial concepts, risk management, and business financial planning and management are the main obstacles in the economic development of MSME actors in this region. Through workshops, interactive discussions, and the provision of supporting materials, this activity succeeded in improving the participants' ability to understand and manage the financial aspects of their business. The results of the training showed an increase in understanding in financial planning, debt and credit management, and the use of simple financial tools. It is hoped that this activity will be a sustainable foundation for improving the economic welfare of the local community.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to advance knowledge about Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance Through Total Quality Management in Culinary MSMEs in Ambon City measured using a Likert scale. A total of 50 respondents were involved in this study using purposive sampling technique. Respondents were selected based on the criteria, namely, the owners of culinary SMEs in the city of Ambon. To test the hypothesis proposed empirically, a hierarchical regression analysis was conducted as a method for analyzing data using XLSTAT PLS PM 2014 software. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive relationship with organizational performance, organizational culture had a positive relationship with total quality management, and quality management integrated has a positive relationship with organizational performance on culinary SMEs in the city of Ambon.

Abstract

Social capital is a concept that is still relevant and contextual in responding to the socio-economic dynamics that live and develop in society. The essence of the concept of social capital is the construction of beliefs, norms, and social networks, whose dimensions are cognitive, structural, and relational. The purpose of this article is to examine the concept of social capital from the aspects of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. To support this research, a literature review is used as a methodology, explaining the emergence of the concept of social capital, further developing the theory of social capital, and reviewing the results of previous studies. The purpose of this study is to provide a more comprehensive picture of the concept of social capital that can be used in the context of managing Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), taking into account its antecedents and consequences to provide research material on the relationship of social capital in BUMDes management.
