Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Assurances, Tangible yang merupakan faktor-faktor kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Perusasahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara Penelitian ini adalah penelitian keperilakuan dalam bentuk survei yang dilakukan untuk menjawab lima hipotesis, yaitu: 1) Reliability berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 2) Responssivenes berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 3) Empathy berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 4) Assurances berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 5) Tangible berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Subjek penelitian adalah pelanggan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara. Sampel penelitian merupakan keseluruhan populasi penelitian yaitu sebanyak 100 orang. Pengujian dan analisis hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode regresi berganda, dengan mempergunakan bantuan program statistik di komputer. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Reliability dengan t hitung (2,794 > 2,015) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Responssivenes dengan t hitung (2,288 > 2,015) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Empathy dengan t hitung (2,304 > 2,015) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Assurances dengan t hitung (2,371 > 2,015) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan Tangible dengan t hitung (3,498 > 2,015) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Reliability berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Responssivenes berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Empathy berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Assurances berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, Tangible berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan,

Abstract

Introduction: This research develops sustainable management strategies to enhance the competitiveness of Rutong Village as Indonesia's first digital tourism destination in the South Leitimur District, Ambon CityMethods: Employing a qualitative approach with SWOT-AHP analysis, the study engaged 15 key informants through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and focus group discussions.Results: The analysis reveals critical internal factors, including natural beauty (68% coral coverage), rich cultural heritage (12 oral traditions, 6 traditional dances), and national recognition as a Digital Heritage Village (ADWI 2023), alongside challenges of limited accessibility, inadequate promotion, and seasonal dependence. External factors encompass government support opportunities, eco-tourism trends, and digitalization potential, while facing threats from destination competition, environmental degradation, and climate vulnerabilities. The research yields eight prioritized strategies, with SO1 (Integrated Tourism Attraction Enhancement) ranking highest, followed by SO2 (Strategic Partnerships), and WO1 (Sustainable Eco-Tourism Development). Implementation prioritizes strengthening unique cultural-natural synergies, developing strategic collaborations, and establishing sustainable tourism infrastructure. This framework provides a replicable model for traditional villages balancing economic growth with cultural preservation and environmental sustainability. Abstract

The global tourism industry is experiencing significant growth with a contribution of USD 11.1 trillion to the world's GDP by 2024. Maluku Province has extraordinary natural tourism potential, one of which is the Waai Tree House in Central Maluku Regency which offers a glamorous camping (glamping) concept with the natural beauty of the mountains. Despite having natural advantages, this tourist attraction faces problems of damaged access roads, lack of supporting facilities, and not optimal promotional strategies. This research aims to identify strategic factors through SWOT analysis and formulate effective development strategies to increase the competitiveness of Waai Tree House tourism in a sustainable manner. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with managers and visitors, visual documentation, and literature studies. The data is analyzed using SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, then formulated into four development strategies. The results show the main strengths in the form of natural beauty, unique glamping concepts, and personal service, while the critical weaknesses are damaged road infrastructure and limited facilities. Opportunities include digital promotion and collaboration with governments, while threats include limited accessibility and competition for new destinations. The strategy formulation resulted in four approaches: SO (intensive digital promotion), WO (priority infrastructure improvement), ST (service differentiation), and WT (consistent facility updates) strategy. The implementation of the WO strategy is a top priority with a gradual roadmap of 6-24 months. This research contributes to a contextual strategic framework for the development of glamping tourism in the remote archipelago of Eastern Indonesia.

Abstract

This reasearch aims to determine the effect of a toxic work environment on employee work stress at PT. Machia Jaya Ambon. The research was conducted in response to identified issues indicating the presence of a toxic or unhealthy work environment among employees. This condition ultimately affects employee stress levels in terms of time and energy, impacting the company as a whole.This is an empirical study involving the entire population of employees at PT. Machia Jaya Ambon. The research sample consists of 51 respondents, excluding management. The analytical technique used is simple linear regression analysis.The results show that a toxic work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work stress at PT. Machia Jaya Ambon. This means that the worse the work environment experienced by employees, the higher the level of work stress they tend to exhibit.Keywords: Toxic Work Environment, Work Stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh inovasi proses, inovasi produk dan implementasi inovasi terhadap kinerja operasional Industri Roti di Kota Ambon. Populasi penelitian yaitu pimpinan dan karyawan dari pelaku usaha Industri Roti yang beroperasi di wilayah Kota Ambon sebanyak 30 Industri Roti. Sampel yang diambil dari jumlah populasi adalah 50 responden yakni pimpinan dan karyawan pada setiap bagian yang ada di masing-masing perusahaan. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif melalui pendekatan analisis regresi berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari hasil uji t untuk variabel inovasi proses (X1) diperoleh nilai t hitung 3.834, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Dengan menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05, didapat t tabel sebesar 2,0096. Ini berarti t hitung > dari t tabel, yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian maka, disimpulkan bahwa inovasi proses berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja operasional. Kemudian Hasil uji t variabel inovasi produk (X2) diperoleh nilai t hitung = 0.679 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,501. Dengan menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05, didapat t tabel sebesar 2,0096. Ini berarti t hitung < dari t tabel, yang berarti Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Dengan demikian maka, hipotesis kedua ditolak. Dengan kata lain dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh pada peningkatan kinerja operasional perusahaan. Hasil uji t variabel implementasi inovasi (X3) diperoleh nilai t hitung 5.741 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Dengan menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05 didapat t tabel sebesar 2,0096. Ini berarti t hitung > dari t tabel, yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian maka hipotesis ketiga dapat diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi inovasi yang semakin meningkat, akan meningkatkan juga kinerja operasional.
