Teacher creativity is one of the most important factors that can encourage students to be more active in learning. Student moral development is being able to distinguish between what is good and what is bad according to reason and the norms that exist in the environment where students are. The aims of this thesis are: (1) The form and process of creativity of Islamic religious education teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang (2) How the morals of students at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang are. This research uses a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the study showed that (1) the creative form of Islamic religious education teachers in developing student morals begins with a handshake, Duha prayer, greetings, tawassul and reading Juz amma one letter. The creative process of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering student morals at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang (a) Providing examples of good habits (b) Applying good attitudes or morals and implementing the formation of character in daily activities. (2) Student morals in SMK Negeri 2 Jombang. The method of fostering morals is (a) fostering student morals (b) habituation (c) daily motivation. The conclusion of this study is that the creativity of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering student morals at SMK Negeri 2 Jombang plays a positive role in changing the attitudes of their students. From this study it proves that many students' attitudes have changed for the better from several aspects such as morals to Allah SWT, morals towards teachers, morals towards parents, morals towards friends, morals towards themselves and morals towards the environment because of the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers.

Discrimination in education whether we realize it or not, it will be very detrimental to oneparty, in this case, women as a party are always number two. There are a number of factorsthat influence the occurrence of discrimination or injustice, namely structural and culturalfactors. (Ariefa, 2008) In addition to development policies that are less gender sensitive, thereare also cultural practices that are gender biased in society. Facing conditions like this, ofcourse, real efforts are needed in efforts to promote women towards education that is moregender-equitable. Polarization in the implementation of elections, especially in 2024, has a very dangerous impact which has the potential to create divisions between ethnicities, religions, races and between groups. One of the efforts to prevent this and minimize negative impacts is by creating norms from a fiqh perspective considering that the majority is 85 percent of the population. Indonesia is a Muslim society. This research aims to explain election ethics from a fiqh perspective to prevent and minimize polarization in the implementation of the 2024 election and its impacts. By using qualitative descriptive methods and a literature approach, researchers will collect and examine data from various written sources to look for election ethics from a jurisprudential perspective in preventing polarization in the 2024 simultaneous elections. Fiqh ethics in preventing polarization are divided into two, namely universal ethics and partial ethics. Universal ethics include arranging good motivation, not violating existing rules, maintaining human values, bringing benefits and rejecting damage and being fair. Meanwhile, the partial ethics are ta'aruf, tafahum, tasamuh, ta'awun, mujjadi and takaful.

This research aims to describe the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving student discipline at SMP Plus Al Hidayah Sugihwaras Parengan Tuban, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with research subjects including school principals, PAI teachers, and class VII students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the efforts made by PAI teachers are quite diverse, such as example, habituation, supervision, giving advice, motivation, and punishment. However, some students still lack discipline, especially when attending Dhuha prayers in the congregation. Factors that influence student discipline are divided into internal factors, such as difficulty getting up in the morning and managing time, and external factors, such as lack of parental attention. Even though the efforts are based on the concept of character education, continuous evaluation, and improvement are still needed by involving all related parties to be more effective in forming students' disciplined characters. Efforts to improve discipline need to be carried out holistically and continuously, both in the school and family environment, to prepare students to succeed.

This article aims to describe the application of Service Learning learning in the formation of religious moderation in the Darussalam Pare Kediri Pondok Pesantren. A qualitative approach with the design of case studies is used to understand the impact of the application of this learning in developing a moderate attitude and a balanced religious understanding over the centuries. The research participants consisted of the centers involved in the Service Learning program and the educators who planned and oversaw its implementation. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with centers, participatory observations of learning activities, and analysis of program-related documents. Data credibility is strengthened through the triangulation of data sources and the verification of findings with respondents. Data portability is observed through an in-depth description of the training context. Data confirmability is emphasized by using direct quotes from the original data to support interpretation. The result of this research is to reveal the application of service learning capable of providing a real experience to the center in serving the community, understanding social reality, and connecting it with religious values. This research contributes to understanding how the application of Service Learning learning can help shape religious moderation among the clergy. These findings provide insight into the effectiveness of this approach in integrating religious understanding with real-life experiences in society.
