Abstract

The family as one of the three educational centers is tasked with forming positive habits (habit formation) as a strong foundation in informal education. This research is a type of library research (Library Research), namely research that examines and explores various written sources related to the theme discussed by the author, namely the concept of family as the main pillar of character education in children as the author's main reference. Based on the description of research data and discussions that have been expressed, the family has an important role in forming a child's character. Education in the family is the initial and main education for a human being. In order to create a generation that has strong character and strong faith and Islam, it is necessary to instill Islamic personality values ??in children. Abstract

Along with the passage of time and the increasing level of intellectuality and quality of life, the dimensions of education are increasingly complex, and require appropriate educational design. The role of learning media is very important in the teaching and learning process because it helps students to facilitate understanding of the contents of the material being taught. Based on observations and interviews with PAI FAI UISU lecturers, teachers in utilizing ICT-based learning media are still limited and learning activities are less varied, not interesting and still tend to be conventional. The problem of this study is how is the competence of lecturers in designing, producing and utilizing learning media?, while the purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the competence of lecturers in designing, producing and utilizing learning media. This research is a field survey research. The subjects of this study were nine PAI FAI UISU lecturers. The research method used is quantitative descriptive percentage, while the data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The results of the study obtained were that the competence of lecturers in designing learning media got an average score of 24.7 with a sufficient category, the competence of lecturers in producing learning media got an average score of 22.7 with a sufficient category, and the competence of lecturers in utilizing learning media got an average score of 29.72 with a good category. The conclusion in this study is that the competence of lecturers in designing and producing media is included in the sufficient category, while in utilizing media it is good. The suggestion that can be given is that lecturers should improve their competence in designing, producing and utilizing ICT-based learning media to support the learning process.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rampant cases of bullying that occur in educational environments, including pesantren. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) forms of bullying experiences experienced by students at Pesantren Hidayatullah Tanjung Morawa, 2) social behavior of students who have experienced bullying, and 3) the relationship between experiences as victims of bullying and students' social behavior. This study used a correlational quantitative approach. The study population amounted to 288 students, with a sample of 32 students selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using the product moment correlation test. The results showed a significant positive relationship between experience as a victim of bullying and students' social behavior with a correlation value of 0.776 and a coefficient of determination of 0.602. This means that 60.2% of social behavior is influenced by the experience of bullying, while 39.8% is influenced by other factors. Common forms of bullying include physical, verbal, and nonverbal. This finding implies the importance of bullying prevention strategies and social behavior coaching in the pesantren environment.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of gold investment returns on the BYOND app on gold investment interest among users. With the increasing adoption of financial technology, many people are turning to digital gold investments, which are considered easier, more practical, and more flexible. This study used a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 82 BYOND app users. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression using SPSS version 2022. The results show that gold investment returns have a positive and significant effect on gold investment interest. This means that the higher the returns investors obtain through the BYOND app, the higher their interest in investing.Keywords: Investment Return, BYOND App, Gold Investment, Investment Interest, FintechAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh return investasi emas pada aplikasi BYOND terhadap minat berinvestasi emas di kalangan pengguna. Seiring dengan meningkatnya teknologi finansial, banyak masyarakat mulai beralih ke investasi emas digital yang dinilai lebih mudah, praktis, dan fleksibel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 82 responden pengguna aplikasi BYOND. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return investasi emas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi emas. Artinya, semakin tinggi return yang diperoleh investor melalui aplikasi BYOND, maka semakin tinggi pula minat mereka untuk berinvestasi.Kata Kunci: Return Investasi, Aplikasi BYOND, Investasi Emas, Minat Investasi, Fintech

Abstract

Perencanaan tebal perkerasan lentur merupakan aspek penting dalam pembangunan infrastruktur jalan untuk menjamin keamanan, kenyamanan, dan keberlanjutan layanan transportasi. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan (MDPJ) 2024 sebagai pedoman terbaru Bina Marga dalam merancang tebal perkerasan lentur. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data primer berupa data Lalu Lintas Harian Rata-rata (LHR) dan nilai CBR tanah dasar dari uji lapangan memanfaatkan Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP), serta data sekunder seperti data geometrik jalan dan curah hujan dari instansi terkait. Data lalu lintas diolah untuk memperoleh nilai beban sumbu standar kumulatif (CESAL), sedangkan data CBR digunakan untuk menentukan kualitas tanah dasar. Berdasarkan MDPJ 2024, penentuan tebal perkerasan dilakukan melalui analisis umur rencana, distribusi lalu lintas, pertumbuhan lalu lintas kumulatif, serta evaluasi daya dukung tanah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MDPJ 2024 mampu memberikan prosedur perhitungan yang lebih sistematis, efisien, dan akunTabel dalam penentuan tebal perkerasan lentur, serta dapat dijadikan acuan praktis bagi perencana jalan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membangun kesadaran religius di kalangan remaja Generasi Z, khususnya pada siswa kelas XI MAS Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Islamic Amalia Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena menurunnya kesadaran religius di kalangan remaja yang ditandai dengan rendahnya partisipasi dalam kegiatan keagamaan, lemahnya pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai Islam, serta gaya hidup yang cenderung sekuler. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, dengan subjek penelitian meliputi siswa kelas XI, guru PAI, dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mata pelajaran PAI berperan signifikan dalam membentuk kesadaran religius siswa, baik dari aspek kognitif (pengetahuan keagamaan), afektif (penghayatan nilai-nilai Islam), maupun psikomotorik (pengamalan ajaran agama). Proses pembelajaran yang interaktif, pendekatan kontekstual yang relevan dengan kehidupan remaja, serta keteladanan guru menjadi faktor pendukung utama dalam penguatan kesadaran religius tersebut. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan metode pembelajaran PAI yang lebih inovatif dan adaptif agar tujuan pendidikan agama dapat tercapai secara optimal. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh character building menggunakan Asmaul Husna digital terhadap pengembangan akhlak Islami siswa di MTsS Plus Al-Faiz 165 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket yang terdiri dari 80 item pernyataan. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII berjumlah 29 orang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linearitas, serta uji t dan korelasi Pearson dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 30.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua item instrumen dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, data berdistribusi normal, serta terdapat hubungan linear dan pengaruh yang signifikan antara character building menggunakan Asmaul Husna digital dan pengembangan akhlak Islami siswa (t hitung = 5,728 > t tabel = 2,048; Sig. = 0,000). Dengan demikian, character building melalui Asmaul Husna digital terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan akhlak Islami siswa, terutama pada aspek kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan sikap hormat kepada orang tua, guru, serta sesama siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran berbasis critical thinking pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap kemandirian berpikir siswa kelas VIII SMP Swasta Darul Aman Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran berbasis critical thinking memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemandirian berpikir siswa. Meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya, pembelajaran ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan analisis dan pengambilan keputusan siswa secara mandiri. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi guru dan penyediaan sarana pembelajaran yang memadai untuk mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran berpikir kritis.
