Abstract

Classroom action research aims to determine the improvement of critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in the Faraidh material fiqh lessons. The research location is MTS. Medan PAI in class IX. This research was conducted in 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of Planning, Implementation, Observation, and Reflection. The results showed an increase in student learning from Cycle I, II, III. Research results show that in Cycle I: Scores of 90-100 (30%), 80-89 (50%), 70-79 (10%), 60-69 (10%), <59 (0%), At Cycle II, Score Range 90-100 (40%), 80-89 (40%), 70-79 (15%), 60-69 (5%), <59 (0%), In Cycle III. Scores of 90-100 (60%), 80-89 (40%), 70-79 (0%), 60-69 (0%), <59 (0%). The results of the study also showed that there was an increase in students' thinking skills which was characterized by several indicators namely Find and formulate problems, Analyzing problems, Expressing criticism and ideas, Presentation of solutions.

Abstract

Humans are religious creatures, so called because God grants Fitrah from the very beginning of human life. Fitrah becomes a special potential in humans, because it directly becomes the creation of Allah and is directly installed by Allah in man, since humans are in the spirit realm.Even though they have had the nature since the beginning of their creation, the nature must still be maintained especially when the child is at an early age. At this time was touted as the golden age. Success in maintaining fitrah at an early age, will lead to success in the future. Many methods that can be used to maintain this nature include the method of advice, exemplary methods, methods of habituation, and methods of stories or fairy tales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Education Financing System in Indonesia and its relation to the tax system. The research method used in this research is qualitative by using a library research approach (library research). Data sources consist of two namely primary and secondary. Primary data sources are several government legal regulations related to financing and the tax system in Indonesia, including law number 28 of 2007 concerning general provisions and tax procedures. Law number 36 of 2008 concerning income tax, the decision of the Director General of Taxes No. KEP-87/PJ./1995, PP. RI No.144 of 2000 concerning Types of Goods and Services that are not subject to Value Added Tax and. While secondary sources are other references in the form of books, journals, and proceedings related to the research topic. Data analysis uses content analysis, which is an analysis related to the content of the literature being researched. The results of the study indicate that one of the sources of education financing in Indonesia is tax. The use of these taxes is indeed in accordance with the legality of the government that aims for the prosperity of the people as much as possible, including in this case education services. In relation to taxpayers, not all aspects of education are subject to taxpayers, this is because educational institutions are not included in profit institutions. This treatment certainly aims to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Character Building Strengthening Program, hereinafter abbreviated as PPK, is an educational movement under the responsibility of the education unit to strengthen the character of students through the harmonization of the process of heart, taste, thought, and sports by involving and cooperating between education units, families, and the community as part of the National Mental Revolution Movement (GNRM). In the implementation of the program of character education strengthening carried out in three ways namely Intra-Curricular, co-curricular, Extracurricular. In the intraarticular scope of course through the material of Islamic religious education itself, in that material there are spiritual values that basically teach the goodness to students. of course in this case in line with the program of strengthening the character education itself. In extra-curricular activities, such as Pesantren Kilat, Da'wah institutions, fostering Islamic talent and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the professional competence of teachers in improving the effectiveness of learning during distance learning at MTs Al-Jihad. The approach used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection used by researchers is by interviewing the teacher, and documentation in the form of print out teaching materials compiled by the teacher. Then the data were analyzed through data presentation techniques and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using tringulation and methods. The results of the study indicate that a teacher must be professional, professional, in this case the teacher's ability to plan learning, the learning process, and the teacher's ability to use learning media. As for the preparation of teachers at MTs Al-Jihad, namely by preparing print out material to be read and understood by students, then the learning process carried out at MTs Al-Jihad is by distance learning according to government recommendations, the teacher works on the material and uploads it on E -learningg, as for the learning media used by teachers at MTs Al-Jihad, namely utilizing internet media, in the form of what apps, e-learning, videos, and interesting pictures, because a teacher should be able to make the media as creative as possible so that students are interested in learning

Abstract

This research carrying out into describe the formation of student character through the concept of wahdatul ulum. The purpose of this research was into grant in explanation of the role of wahdatul ulum in make up character and into detailed student compliance with the applied wahdatul ulum. The method used for this research is into detailed a descriptive on explanation by utilizing analysis and theoretical basis, so that the focus of the research is in accordance with the results that occur in the object and subject of research. The method used is also for develop broad and fully detailed insights regarding the role of the wahdatul ulum concept of define and into develop good individuals in community lively and the world of education. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan pembentukan karakter mahasiswa melalui konsep wahdatul ulum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai peran wahdatul ulum dalam membentuk karakter dan mengetahui kepatuhan mahasiswa terhadap wahdatul ulum yang diterapkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, pendeskripsian secara rinci tentang penjelasan dengan memanfaatkan analisis dan landasan teori, sehingga fokus penelitian sesuai dengan hasil yang terjadi pada objek dan subjek penelitian. Metode yang digunakan juga untuk mengembangkan wawasan yang luas dan mendetail mengenai peran konsep wahdatul ulum dalam menentukan dan mengembangkan individu yang baik dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

Everyone has the provision of spiritual intelligence that he brought from birth. In Islam the provision is called Fitrah. Fitrah will grow in accordance with the intake he received, if the received is a positive energy then he grows coloring one's positive side of life, and vice versa. Abdullāh Nāsih 'Ulwān offers some alternatives for the optimization of the spiritual intelligence of the child, including binding the child with worship, binding the child with the Qur'an, binding the child with the house of worship, binding the child to the practice of sunnat, binding the child with the nature of muraqabah to Allah Swt. The existence of spiritual intelligence is at the same pentignya with intellectual intelligence, even its presence to harmonize and optimize the work of intlektual and emotional. Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum hopes that learning will be carried out actively. One effort to activate student learning is by using a scientific approach. Conceptually, this scientific approach is expected to be effective in creating active and scientific students. But the concept is not in line with the phenomenon of learning practices in the field. Many of the students actually become stiff and have difficulty in following the learning path. This paper aims to find out: (1) Implementation of the scientific approach in Fikih learning in MTS. PAI Medan, (2) Problems in implementing the scientific approach to Fikih lessons in MTS. PAI Medan, (3) Solutions to the problems of the Scientific Approach in Fikih learning in MTS. PAI Medan. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a case study approach. The results showed that the implementation of the scientific approach was carried out through five teaching experiences namely observing, asking, gathering information, associating, and communicating. Problems in implementing the scientific approach First, the unfamiliarity of students in thinking scientifically. Second, student difficulties in reasoning information. Third, lack of learning facilities. Fourth, the lack of learning resources available in the library. Fifth, students lack courage. Sixth, the function of the teacher as a facilitator sometimes does not work. Seventh, students have difficulty communicating the results of their scientific activities. Eighth, the occurrence of knowledge gaps between students. The solution to overcome these problems is to provide additional knowledge through training, and form teacher working groups.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the background of the emergence of school skipping behavior, (2) the collaboration pattern of social studies teachers and PAI in overcoming school skipping behavior, (3) the obstacles faced in overcoming these behaviors. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there are two underlying factors, namely internal factors, such as laziness in learning, dislike learning, feeling unimportant with learning, inability to participate in learning, mistakes in learning orientation. While external factors include the influence of friends, internet addiction, discomfort with teachers, loss of family control, neighborhood. The pattern of cooperation is to provide guidance, make a program of activities ' I'm ashamed to skip school', Working together in designing learning material formulations, applying cognitive moral strategies, engineering the environment and school relationships, limiting student relationships, establishing cooperation with parents, giving punishment. The obstacles faced are the lack of parental attention, lack of household harmony, the difficulty of providing awareness to the local community
