Leadership is an important issue for a group or institutional organization. This is because the leader is one of the factors that greatly influences the success of the group in achieving its goals. This study aims to describe the role of leadership and madrasa head policies in improving the quality of education. This study uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation then uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study are: first, the Head of MAN 1 Yogyakarta as a leader performs his role by establishing the vision and mission of madrasas in 1 Yogyakarta, setting the objectives of madrasa education in 1 Yogyakarta, acting as a motivator, acting as a supervisior. Second, seen from the achievements achieved MAN 1 Yogyakarta there are various qualities achieved such as quality in the fields of research, tahfidz (memorization of the Qur'an), religion, organization, further study programs abroad. Third, improving the quality of education for Madrasah principals is inseparable from three supporting factors such as: loyalty, commitment and integrity.

Kebakaran hutan merupakan ancaman besar terhadap lingkungan, terutama di kawasan tropis seperti Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem deteksi api dan asap berbasis algoritma MobileNet Single Shot Detector (SSD) pada citra hutan. Dataset terdiri dari citra api dan asap yang dikumpulkan dari Lereng Pegunungan Bawakaraeng, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mendeteksi api dan asap dengan tingkat akurasi yang memadai, di mana nilai Mean Average Precision (mAP) mencapai 31,5% dan Average Recall sebesar 56,6%.

This study aims to present the results of a Bibliometric Analysis of research trends related to the implementation of e-government from the Scopus database in 2018-2022. This study uses research methods through Publish or Perish by Harzing on citations in metric form, Microsoft Excel for data frequency analysis, and Vosviewer for data visualization. Findings: Based on the study's results, the research publication on e-government implementation experienced the dynamics of increasing and decreasing. While the number of citations has decreased since 2018, numbered 156 citations. Most cited documents by L.Glyptis (2020) have 40 sources. The most popular keywords include E-Government, Local Government, Critical success factors, Project management, Digital Government, and Public service

Mathematical literacy is the ability to understand, use and convey mathematical concepts in various contexts known as mathematical literacy. In Indonesia, the level of students’ mathematical. Mathematical literacy is the ability to understand, use, and convey mathematical concepts in various contexts known as mathematical literacy. In Indonesia, the level of students' mathematical literacy skills is still low. This research aims to evaluate the validity and reliability of mathematical literacy test instruments using Rasch Model and SPSS. This research used a quantitative method with a survey approach involving 100 high school students from various demographic backgrounds, the instrument must be valid and reliable to ensure accurate measurement. The results of the analysis showed that the instruments tested has the same result which is invalid on item 5 and have good reliability of 0.639.

Pendekatan Pembelajaran yang tepat untuk Anak dengan Kebutuhan Khusus di sekolah SLB berfokus pada peningkatan aspek emosional mereka. Metode seperti komunikasi terarah, analisis tugas, dan pembelajaraan kooperatif dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif, mendukung interaksi social, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Penyesuaian metode susuai karakteristik individu siswa sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil optimal. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, anak-anak dapat mengembangkan keterampilan emosional yang diperlukan untuk beradaptasi di lingkungan sekolah lingkungan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi model pembelajaran yang digunakan di SLB Negeri 1 Kota Bima dan bagaimana penyesuaian model pembelajaran tersebut dengan Anak Bekebutuhan Secara khusus, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif sebagai berikut: yang dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara, dan beberapa angket yang diberikan kepada responden dan penanya.

The analytical method in writing this thesis is a quantitative descriptive method, which is an analysis that emphasizes the discussion of data and research subjects by presenting data systematically and not concluding the results of the study. In this study researchers used Quantitative Descriptive analysis techniques. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of tax collection by forced mail and its contribution to corporate income tax revenue at the Gowa Makassar Samsat office. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the collection of tax with a forced letter in the Gowa Makassar Samsat office is classified as Effective but the Tax Billing Contribution by forced letter to the tax revenue at the tax service office at Uptd Gowa Regional Income is classified as very less in terms of its nominal value.

This study aims to compare the use of cash and Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payment methods on sales at the Corak Coffee MSME during the period 2022–2025. This study uses a comparative quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data in the form of monthly sales reports. Data collection was conducted through documentation, while data analysis was performed using SPSS application through descriptive analysis, normality tests, ANOVA tests, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results show that, on average, sales through QRIS (mean = Rp5,494,943.75) are higher than cash payments (mean = Rp4,609,139.58). The ANOVA test yielded a significance value of 0.027, indicating a statistically significant difference in the average value between the two payment methods at the α = 0.05 level. However, the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test yielded a significance value of 0.145, indicating that the difference is not statistically significant using the non-parametric approach. This means that although QRIS tends to generate higher sales values, its use has not shown a significant difference compared to cash payments when assessed non-parametrically. Thus, QRIS has become a potential payment alternative for MSMEs, although cash payments still play an important role in daily transaction activities.
