Abstract

kenakalan remaja merupakan pelanggaran akan nilai-nilai dan norma-norma yang ada didalam masyarakat dan meliputi juga tindakan atau perbuatan tawuran antar pelajar atau kelompok, serta pergaulan bebas dimana pada akhirnya remaja tidak meneruskan sekolahnya dikarenakan hamil dan terjerumus akan narkoba yang dapat merusak dan menghancurkan remaja itu sendiri. Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kenakalan remaja dikarenakan kurangnya pengawasan kepada anak remaja yang masih labil, serta lingkungan dan pergaulan yang menyebabkan anak menjadi tidak baik sehingga dampaknya terhadap diri sendiri mengakibatkan menjadi malas serta stres, juga depresi serta menurunnya konsentrasi dalam menerima pelajaran disekolah sedangkan di masyarakat akan dikucilkan bahkan dijauhi dari pergaulan masyarakat karena dianggap meresahkan dan mengganggu ketertiban dari masyarakat. Upaya pencegahan dari kenakalan terhadap remaja memberikan pengawasan dan keterbukaan serta komunikasi yang intens kepada remaja

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out and analyze strategies for dealing with sexual violence through non-penal efforts. Acts of sexual violence is a crime that violates human rights and the political direction of Indonesian law has given fresh air to efforts to overcome sexual violence, but of course the efforts made cannot only be carried out through penal efforts, but non-penal efforts also need to be taken as a strategy. handling sexual violence. Where non-penal efforts are also made so that a person is aware or growing awareness to avoid actions in the form of crimes of decency or sexual violence which consequently have an impact on violations of the rule of law and can be given criminal sanctions for those proven guilty. Therefore, the problem to be discussed in this paper is how to deal with sexual violence through non-penal efforts. Based on the research results, non-penal efforts that can be carried out include activities such as sponsorship and social education in the context of developing community social responsibility, cultivating community mental health through moral, religious education, and so on. This also includes activities in the framework of increasing child and youth welfare efforts, continuous monitoring activities by the police, security forces, and so on. Abstract

The wider and more sophisticated the reach and development of information technology, the more popular the use of social media. However, it turns out that this technological advancement has presented a new form of violence against woman, namely online gender-based violence. This online gender-based violence can result in harm or suffering in physical, mental or sexual form, threats, coercion and the deprivation of liberty. Therefore, in this study, we will discuss Online Gender-Based Violence as a Form of Violence Against Woman. The research method used is a normative juridical research method. Based on this research, it was found that in order to prevent the occurrence of online gender-based violence, women must be aware of digital footprints, because they can be used by irresponsible parties to commit online gender-based violence and the impact can be very cruel. Woman are also less aware of the potential threats related to personal data that deviate from large impacts such as fetishization, online harassment and humiliation, threats of online violence to online trafficking of woman. Keywords : violence; gender online; woman

Abstract

Perjudian merupakan fenomena sosial yang dapat ditemukan di belahan dunia manapun. Khusus di Indonesia, salah satu bentuk perjudian yang ada di beberapa wilayah adalah sabung ayam. Banyak efek negatif perjudian khususnya perjudian sabung ayam, tetapi upaya penanggulangannya sering tidak mendapat dukungan dari sebagian anggota masyarakat. Banyak kalangan berdalih bahwa perjudian sabung ayam berkaitan dengan budaya setempat, adat kebiasaan, dan sebagainya. Artikel ini mencoba untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan tumbuh suburnya perjudian sabung ayam. Selain itu, tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam hal penanggulangan tindak pidana perjudian sabung ayam. Dari hasil penelitian dinyatakan bahwa perjudian sabung ayam seringkali disamarkan dengan pelaksanaan upacara adat tabuh rah dimana pelaku termotivasi untuk memperoleh keuntungan sebesar-besarnya bagi kesejahteraannya. Sebagai bentuk upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana perjudian sabung ayam, dapat dilakukan melalui 2 (dua) tahap, yaitu upaya penal maupun non penal. Upaya non penal dimaksud antara lain: peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan dan pemahaman agama, peningkatan kesadaran akan kepatuhan hukum bagi masyarakat, serta peningkatan peran lembaga adat dan lembaga agama.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui keberadaan rumah singgah dalam memberikan perlindungan terhadap hak ahak anak jalanan, serta kendala yang dihadapinya. Dikarenakan anak-anak jalanan yang hidup dijalanan dengan kekerasan, dan sering diperlakukan tidak sebagaimana mestinya, mendapatkan perlakuan yang tidak layak dan harus diberikan perlindungan akan hak-haknya secara memadai termasuk perlindungannya dalam bidang hukum, baik anak jalanan dalam kapasitas sebagai pelaku dan juga korban, perlu diberikan pendampingan akan hak-haknya, dan tidak dibedakan dengan hak anak pada umumnya, secara khusus untuk membina agar anak-anak jalanan selalu mendapatkan hak-haknya terutama hak untuk belajar dan mendapatkan pendidikan selama berada dirumah singgah. Metode dalam Penelitian yang diguakan berupa penelitian yang yuridis dan normatif serta berdasarkan pada konsep, dan asas serta mengacu pada literatur-literatur dan peraturan akan perundang-undangan, dimana hasilnya bahwa keberadaan rumah singgah terhadap anak-anak jalanan dapat memberikan perlindungan hak-haknya terutama hak untuk menerima pengajaran, juga menerima pendidikan guna menghindari kehidupan akan kekerasan di jalanan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe violence in a relationship from a victimological perspective and the psychosocial implications of violence in a relationship. The problems that will be discussed in this paper are how is Dating Violence according to Victimology Perspective?; and what are the Psychosocial Implications of Dating Violence?. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical method using a statutory approach and a case approach. Based on the research conducted, it is known that dating violence is an act of violence against couples who are not married, including physical, emotional, economic violence and activity restrictions. These acts of violence often occur, but have not received much attention so that they are sometimes neglected in society. In fact, dating violence requires attention due to its broad nature and impact on women's lives in particular and society in general. This type of violence has its roots in cultural factors that place women in an unequal position in relation to men.

Abstract

Forest and land fires (karhutla) are a serious threat to the stability of domestic security, especially in vulnerable areas such as South Kalimantan. Handling forest and land fires requires strong synergy between the TNI, Police, and Local Government to prevent wider impacts on the environment, economy, and public health. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the synergy between the TNI, Polri, and Local Government in efforts to prevent forest and land fires and their contribution to the creation of domestic security stability. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, by examining the strategies, as well as operational actions carried out by the three institutions. The results show that the synergy between the TNI, Polri and local government is very important in creating an early detection system, counseling to the community, and rapid response to fires. In addition, the success of forest and land fire prevention also depends on the quality and quantity of human resources, adequate infrastructure and budget. Within this framework, effective cooperation can improve disaster preparedness and mitigation, thereby preventing disruptions to security stability. Thus, integrated synergy between the TNI, Polri and local governments is not only important in forest and land fire prevention efforts, but also as an important pillar in maintaining sustainable domestic security stability. This research recommends increasing the capacity of human resources, modernizing infrastructure, and optimizing budget allocations as supporting factors for the successful implementation of synergy in handling forest and land fires.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the density, diversity and dominance index as well as the current condition of the seagrass ecosystem in Ponelo Village, Ponelo Islands District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research was carried out from March to August 2019. Samples were collected using the line transect method in a systematic manner using 1x1 meter quadrants. All research study areas are divided into 3 stations based on the presence of seagrass. Data analysis includes density, diversity and dominance index as well as current conditions. There were 4 types of seagrass found at the research location from 2 families, namely Enhalus acroides and Cymodocea rotundata from the Potomogetonaceae family and Halophila ovalis and Thalassia hemprichii from the Hydrocharitaceae family. The type of seagrass that has the highest density is Cymodocea rotundata and the type of seagrass that has the lowest density is Halophila ovalis. Seagrass diversity was obtained at stations 1 and 2 with a value of 0.98-0.91 with low status, while station 3 obtained a value of 1.38 with medium status. The Dominance Index results from stations 1, 2, and 3 obtained a value of 0.25-0.50 in the low category. The condition of the seagrass beds is based on density values, namely that the conditions at stations 1, 2 and 3 are rather dense and sparse.
