Abstract

Background: Maternal health has become one barometer of achievement of a country, especially developing countries like Indonesia. AKI Indonesia is 359 per 100,000 live births, not in accordance with MDGs target in 2015 that is 102 deaths per 100,000 live births. One of the causes of high AKI is because mothers do not utilize Antenatal Care (ANC) visit. Antenatal Care (ANC) is a professional health service (doctors specialist, general practitioner, midwife, and nurse) for the mother during her pregnancy in accordance with antenatal care standards. Objective: The purpose of this research is to know factors related to maternity compliance in performing pregnancy examination and to correlate each factor with the compliance. Methods: Sample of this quantitative study was mother who experienced pregnancy and has child younger than 3 year old living in Sidorejo village. 30 samples were recruited and then asked to fill in questionnaire. The data were analysed by using Correlation Spearman. Results: Very weak relationship between 7 maternal attributes with their obedience regarding examination of pregnancy found in this study namely age 0.030, employment 0.067, health insurance ownership 0.089, parity 0.017, history of pregnancy examination 0.019, Family support 0.083, and culture -0.098, while incomes 0.247 and knowledge 0.222 attributes indicate weak relationship level. Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan hasil normal perusahaan yang memberikan informasi keuangan bagi entitas-entitas didalam perusahaan itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisa tingkat rasio profitabilitas Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Purnama Bina Raharja Madiun pada periode 2013-2017. Untuk memberikan penilaian terhadap kondisi kinerja keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Purnama Bina Raharja Madiun pada periode 2013-2017. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah perhitungan dengan cara Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE). Hasil penelitian adalah tingkat profitabilitas yang diukur berdasarkan Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) masih belum efektif hal ini terjadi kenaikan dan penurunan persentase setiap rasio yang tidak konsisten meningkat mulai tahun 2013 sampai 2017. Kinerja keuangan koperasi pada tahun 2013 sampai 2017 yang diukur berdasarkan besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh dan total aset yang dimiliki koperasi simpan pinjam Purnama Bina Raharja memiliki kemampuan dalam menghasilkan laba masih kurang baik sedangkan ditinjau dari besarnya tabungan koperasi yang ada kemampuan dalam menghasilkan laba dinyatakan cukup baik.

Abstract

The development of technology not only affects the younger generation but also the older generation including housewives. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial technology on the financial management of housewives in the digital era. The novelty in this study is that financial literacy, especially in the digital era, is more focused on the realm of housewives, which is still rarely done by previous researchers. The method used in this study is quantitative using primary data. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 65 respondents. The subjects of this study were PKK mothers (Ibu-Ibu PKK) in Tunjungsekar sub-district. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple regression analysis conducted using SPSS. The results of the study indicate that the financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial management of housewives, with the Sig. value of the Financial Literacy variable (X1) is 0.000 (0.05). Then,  the financial technology has a positive and insignificant effect on the financial management of housewives, with The Sig. value of the Financial Technology variable (X2) is 0.712 (>0.05). After that, the financial literacy and financial technology simultaneously have an effect on the financial management of housewives, with the significance value is less than 0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05. the author has suggested that the Further research development should examine using other variables and other variable indicators that are more relevant in measuring the variables used, so that different and more accurate results can be obtained.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management system that promotes quality as a business strategy and is oriented towards customer. This research aimed to analyze the application of Total Quality Management to the production of garbage cans in UD Lima Sarana Bersih, Malang City. This study used a purposive sampling technique. The type of data in this study uses primary and secondary data. The validity check in this study uses the authorization technique. The results of this study show that UD. Lima Sarana Bersih apply the principles of Total Quality Management in every aspect of production, although overall the total implementation of Total Quality Management in UD. Lima Sarana Bersih, Malang City is good, but there are still things that need to be improved. The implications of this research are UD. Lima Sarana Bersih must be more serious in efforts to improve employee human resources through training and empowerment. On the other hand, the UD. Lima Sarana Bersih needs to make continuous system improvements by continuing to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the measures that have been taken.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy of the Srawung Convection company in Malang City using the marketing mix approach. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The informants in this study consist of one key informant and five supporting informants. The findings indicate that the marketing mix is an effective strategy in adapting to digital marketing trends. The role of the product in increasing consumer interest and satisfaction at Srawung Convection lies in maintaining product quality, including high-quality fabrics, attractive designs, and neat stitching that meets consumer expectations. The pricing strategy focuses on setting competitive prices in the market while ensuring alignment with product quality. The role of place in enhancing consumer interest and satisfaction at Srawung Convection is reflected in its strategic location in the city center, which facilitates production activities and consumer interactions. Promotion plays a crucial role in boosting consumer interest and satisfaction through both offline methods, such as word-of-mouth marketing, and online strategies using social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Therefore, the four key components of the marketing mix Product, Price, Place, and Promotion effectively contribute to increasing consumer interest and satisfaction, aligning with digital marketing trends at Srawung Convection in Malang.

Abstract

The provision of competency programs and the existence of work creativity play an important role in improving employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of competency and creativity development programs on employee performance at the Mayor's Office of the Malang City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method. The research population is 45 employees. The determination of the sample of this study uses the purposive sampling method so that a research sample of 44 employees was obtained. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the study prove that partially, the competency program has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 4.824 and creativity has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 4.305. The results of the simultaneous (together) competency and creativity programs have a significant effect on employee performance at the Mayor's Office of the Malang City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency with an F value of 37.805 or an influence of 64.8%. The results of this study can be understood that the existence of work competency and creativity programs is able to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources play a crucial role in an organization, as achieving organizational goals would be challenging without a strong and healthy workforce. To enhance employee performance, organizations must consider several factors, including leadership style, organizational culture, and employee motivation (Bangun W., 2012). This study aims to examine the impact of leadership style on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Malang City BKPSDM Office. The findings reveal that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, organizational culture also significantly contributes to improving employee performance. A combination of an effective leadership style and a conducive organizational culture fosters a productive work environment and enhances employee motivation. The study implies that management should adopt appropriate leadership strategies and strengthen organizational culture to maximize employee performance effectively.

Abstract

Rata-rata perusahaan akan berkembang dan berhasil sesuai dengan keinginan mereka dengan strategi yang mereka terapkan. Salah satu strateginya adalah dengan pemberian kompensasi terhadap sumber daya manusia yang ada. Kompensasi dibutuhkan karyawan untuk bisa bekerja sesuai target dan keinginan yang akan dicapai perusahaan. Kompensasi yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah gaji, tunjangan tambahan dan intensif lainnya.Penelitian ini dilakukan secara metode kuantitatif dengan mengambil 3 variabel yaitu gaji, tunjangan tambahan, dan intensif lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ketiganya memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dimana gaji (X1) sebesar 0,033 lebih kecil dari R deferensial, tunjangan (X2) sebesar 0,000leih kecil dari R deferensial, dan insentif (X3) sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari R deferensial.

Abstract

Organizational development in Indonesia is approaching a modern organization, where one element is connected to another. This study aims to determine the influence of the environment, performance appraisal, work discipline, work performance on employee work productivity, at the Tlogomas Village Office, Malang City. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with a saturated sampling technique of 32 employees at the Tlogomas Village Office, Malang City. The results of the study indicate that the work environment, performance appraisal and work discipline simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Tlogomas Village Office, Malang City.
