Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous influence of self-confidence, practical experience, practical learning outcomes, entrepreneurial spirit on the entrepreneurial abilities of Fashion Design Vocational School students in Malang City. In this study, the sample of respondents was 134 students using quantitative methods. The analysis technique uses descriptive and inferential with hypothesis testing using partial correlation and multiple regression analysis techniques with classic assumption tests, namely normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. The research is quantitative descriptive in nature. The results of the research show the influence of the independent variables, namely the influence of self-confidence (X1) of 0.00, practical experience (X2) of 0.00, practical learning outcomes (X3) of 0.17, and entrepreneurial spirit (X4) of 0. 01 with the dependent variable, namely entrepreneurial ability (Y) of 0.00, both partially and simultaneously, which is indicated by a probability value of 0.05 which is greater than the Sig probability. (0.05 > Sig), Ηα is accepted and Ηο is rejected, meaning it is significant. Based on the results of analysis using multiple linear regression, the influence of self-confidence, internship experience, practical learning outcomes and entrepreneurial spirit on entrepreneurial ability) on entrepreneurial ability is 85.87% so it can be said that self-confidence provides an effective contribution of 86%, experience industrial work contributed 86%, practical learning results contributed 1% and the entrepreneurial spirit contributed 17%.

Abstract

Digitalization and sustainability have become two essential pillars in shaping the entrepreneurial mindset of future generations, particularly among university students. Digital entrepreneurship education is increasingly relevant in preparing technology-driven entrepreneurs. Integrating sustainability values into higher education encourages students to become innovative green entrepreneurs. Through digital entrepreneurship courses and appropriate motivational support, students can develop businesses that are not only profitable but also environmentally responsible. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital entrepreneurship courses and motivation in fostering a green entrepreneurial spirit from students’ perceptions and explore motivational factors contributing to developing a green entrepreneurial spirit. The research employed a quantitative associative method through a survey approach. Data were analyzed using partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The participants included 400 students from various universities in Indonesia, Taiwan, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom. The findings indicate that both partially and simultaneously, digital entrepreneurship courses and motivation significantly influence the development of a green entrepreneurial spirit in students’ perceptions. In conclusion, integrating digital entrepreneurship education with a focus on sustainability, strengthened by strong student motivation, strategically contributes to shaping a new generation of entrepreneurs who are both technologically adept and socially responsible. The contributions of this study prove that instilling sustainability values in digital entrepreneurship education is a strategic approach to fostering environmentally responsible entrepreneurship in the digital era.

Abstract

The era of globalization promises convenience for humans, with the presence of this information technology tends to affect human civilization. With the existence of electronic media, it can lead individuals towards proposial or anti-social behavior. This study aims to determine the relationship between narcissistic tendencies and cyberbullying behavior among students. The research subjects were 228 students aged 17-21 years. Collecting research data using measuring instruments in the form of the Cyberbullying Scale and Narcissistic Tendency Scale. The data analysis method used is Product Moment. The results of data analysis obtained a correlation value of r = 0.286 and p = 0.000 (p <0.001). The results showed that there was a positive relationship between narcissistic tendencies and cyberbullying behavior among students. This research is expected to help identify and become material for anticipatory considerations regarding cyberbullying behavior in students and be useful for readers, especially adolescents, to be wiser in using social media.
