Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan pelatihan ini untuk (1) membekali ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang hand painting pada para santri untuk bekal berwirausaha, dan (2) meningkatkan kreativitas para santri dalam mendesain dan memcampur warna. Metode yang dilakukan dimulai dari proses observasi, kordinasi dan memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan tentang hand painting untuk bekal wirausaha siswa SMK terpadu Nurul Moharomanin. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan yaitu, peserta pelatihan mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang hand painting guna meningkatkan kreativitas dan membangun kemandirian serta dapat digunakan sebagai bekal dalam berwirausaha.Abstract: The purpose of this training is to (1) equip knowledge and skills about hand painting for students for entrepreneurship, and (2) increase students' creativity in designing and mixing colors. The method starts from the process of observation, coordination and provide socialization and assistance on hand painting for the provision of entrepreneurship integrated vocational students Nurul Moharomanin. The results of the training activities, namely, trainees gain knowledge and skills about hand painting in order to increase creativity and build independence and can be used as provisions in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract. In this era of globalization, industrial growth in Indonesia occurs very rapidly, causing environmental problems, especially waste originating from industrial disposal reaching 3% (2018: PKLH). When textile waste ends up in landfills, the clothes will be difficult to decompose. Therefore, it is necessary to minimize overcoming waste pollution. Implementing an upcycle using 3R will minimize the increase in waste due to textiles in Indonesia. The purpose of this paper is to make quality fashion products to reduce textile waste by applying 3R using mixed media techniques. To overcome these problems the method used is the ADDIE Model development method. The development model using ADDIE has 5 stages, namely Analysis (analysis), Design (design), Development (development), Implementation (implementation / execution), and Evaluation (evaluation / feedback). The results of expert validation indicate that this product is feasible to produce, while the results of the implementation by conducting trials in small groups show that this product is up-to-date, cheap, comfortable to use, has a unique motif and has nuances of the culture of the City of Malang. Pada era globalisasi ini pertumbuhan industri di indonesia terjadi sangat pesat, sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan, khususnya limbah yang berasal dari pembuangan industri mencapai 3% (2018: PKLH). Ketika limbah tekstil itu berakhir di tempat pembuangan akhir, maka pakaian itu akan sulit terurai. Maka dari itu untuk meminimalisir mengatasi pencemaran limbah dibutuhkan. Menerapkan upcycle menggunakan 3R akan meminimalisir meningkatnya limbah akibat tekstil di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah Membuat Produk busana berkualitas guna mengurangi limbah tekstil dengan menerapkan 3R dengan menggunakan teknik mixed media. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan Model ADDIE. Model pengembangan menggunakan ADDIE terdapat 5 tahap yaitu Analysis (analisa), Design (desain/perancangan), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi/eksekusi), dan Evaluation (evaluasi/ umpan balik). Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan produk ini layak diproduksi, sedangkan hasil implementasi dg melakukan uji coba pada kelompok kecil menunjukkan bahwa produk ini Uptodate, murah, nyaman dipakai, motifnya unik serta bernuansa budaya Kota Malang. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the marketing strategy applied to Alfatir Muhammad's wedding gown business in Bangil, Pasuruan Regency. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach, using data triangulation research methods and techniques. Based on the findings of researchers in the field, data were obtained; The resulting products always follow developments, have characteristics and demands, the price offered is adjusted to the quality provided, for the chosen place to establish and market very strategic products, and the promotions carried out have helped in marketing wedding gown products. The conclusion of this research is that the products produced by this business have characteristics, namely with a simple model but still look elegant, have followed the existing developments in terms of materials and design and how to make the product attractive and can meet consumer desires. The price given to this business consumer has paid attention to the suitability of price with quality. Then pay attention to how the price offered with competitors and giving discounts in order to attract consumers. The choice of place has also been considered with strategic location, then for promotion using social media and performances. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan pada usaha wedding gown Alfatir Muhammad di Bangil Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitan deskriptif dengan pendeketan kualitatif, menggunakan metode penelitian triangulasi data dan teknik. Berdasarkan temuan peneliti di lapangan diperoleh data; produk yang dihasilkan selalu mengikuti perkembangan, memiliki ciri khas serta permintaan, harga yang ditawarkan disesuaikan dengan kualitas yang diberikan, untuk tempat yang dipilih mendirikan dan memasarkan produk sangat strategis, serta promosi yang dilakukan telah membantu dalam memasarkan produk wedding gown. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ialah pada produk yang dihasilkan usaha ini memiliki ciri khas yakni dengan model yang sederhana namun tetap terlihat elegan, telah mengikuti perkembangan yang ada mulai dari segi bahan maupun desain dan bagaimana cara agar produk dapat diminati serta dapat memenuhi keinginan konsumen. Harga yang diberikan kepada konsumen usaha ini telah memperhatikan keseuaian harga dengan kualitas. Kemudian memperhatikan bagaimana harga yang ditawarkan dengan pesaing dan pemberian diskon agar dapat menarik konsumen. Pemilihan tempat juga telah diperhatikan dengan letak strategis, kemudian untuk promosi menggunakan media sosial dan pertunjukan.

Abstract

The learning center community for public named Handayani is an Small and Medium Enterprise located in Kemirian Village, Tamanan Subdistrict, Bondowoso Regency. PKBM handayani is a non-formal educational institution and also known as a batik business that produces written batik, stamped batik, and semi batik. This study aims to identified any typical Motif of contemporary batik Bondowoso whose produced by PKBM Handayani. This research was using a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interviews, and documentation both offline and online as the data collection techniques. The result for this research are the identification of nine Motifs of batik which consist by the classification of ornaments and colors, and also the symbols and meanings contained in the Motifs. This research also shows that the role of Bondowoso Regency government has been held well in the development of PKBM Handayani implemented as a facilitator, motivator, and catalyst. The researcher hopes that through this research, PKBM Handayani can be recognized and being widely known by the wider community and also increase its sales and their business development.

Abstract

Ecoprint, a fabric printing and dyeing technique utilizing natural dyes with leaves, is currently experiencing a surge in demand and becoming a trend among fashion entrepreneurs and textile craftsmen. The unique patterns created from leaves distinguish ecoprint from traditional batik designs in the market, making it highly appealing. Apietz Craft, a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), was established at the beginning of 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. Mostly operated by residents of Jl. Hasyim Ashari II, Sepanjang Village, Gondanglegi District, Malang Regency, the business faced challenges during the ecoprint fabric steaming process. The issues stemmed from the small size of the steaming pot and the lack of temperature control, leading to a decline in fabric quality. These obstacles hindered the ecoprint production process, resulting in suboptimal outcomes. In response to these challenges, this PKM program proposes a solution by introducing a technology transfer initiative. A smart steamer machine will be implemented, designed to accommodate a larger capacity and capable of monitoring temperature within the machine. This advancement aims to enhance production quality and improve production efficiency. The initiative is expected to address the current issues faced by our partner, enabling them to achieve optimal ecoprint fabric production. Abstract

The preparation and implementation of teaching factory in the subject of making industrial clothing at SMKN 1 Turen. This research approach is Mix Methods with Exploratory sequential design, initial data collected through interviews, observation and documentation, then supported by quantitative data through questionnaires with 5 alternative answers. The planning and implementation process was studied from the perspective of teachers and stakeholders related to teaching factory, while the evaluation was studied in terms of students as a result of the teaching factory learning process using Kirkpatrick evaluation. Data analysis using N vivo. The results showed that the preparation and implementation stages were in accordance with the teaching factory guidelines. The results of the evaluation stage analysis describe that after learning the teaching factory model, students' skills and knowledge have increased significantly, as seen from the comparison of the average report card scores before and after the implementation of teaching factory learning.Persiapan dan Pelaksanaan Teaching Factory pad mata pelajaran Pembuatan Busana Industri di SMKN 1 Turen. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah Mix Methods dengan exploratory sequential design, data awal dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian didukung dengan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dengan 5 alternatif jawaban. Proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaannya dipelajari dari sudut pandang guru dan pemangku kepentingan yang terkait dengan teaching factory, sedangkan evaluasinya dikaji dari segi siswa sebagai hasil dari proses pembelajaran teaching factory dengan menggunakan evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Analisis data menggunakan N vivo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan persiapan dan pelaksanaan sudah sesuai dengan pedoman teaching factory. Hasil analisis tahap evaluasi menggambarkan bahwa setelah pembelajaran model teaching factory keterampilan dan pengetahuan siswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, terlihat dari perbandingan rata-rata nilai rapor sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan pembelajaran teaching factory.

Abstract

Abstract In order to turn batik into apparel, the Karisma batik group really needs training on how to sew clothes. This sewing training is very important to equip human resources to be skilled in making clothes so that batik, which was previously in the form of sheets of clothing material, can become ready-made and ready-to-wear clothes. The limited human resources we have to explore batik products inspired us. The PKM UM TEAM gave training to the Karisma Batik group to make fashion products made from Ngantang Agung typical batik. The stages of the community service program carried out in the Ngantang Agung batik village are surveys to partners, analysis, solving, training, output products, and evaluation. The sewing training activity was attended by 30 participants. This activity succeeded in making fashion products in the form of tunics and shirts of various sizes with batik materials in Sumberagung Village. All participants were considered very enthusiastic about participating in the training from start to finish and it is hoped that the participants will gain knowledge in the form of sewing skills which will become the provision for the development of the Karisma Agung batik team in the future. Keywords : training, skills, sewing, batik Abstrak Guna menjadikan batik menjadi pakaian jadi, kelompok batik karisma sangat membutuhkan pelatihan tentang bagaimana cara menjahit busana. Pelatihan menjahit ini sangat penting untuk membekali sumber daya manusia untuk terampil dalam membuat busana guna menjadikan batik yang tadinya berupa lembaran bahan sandang bisa menjadi bentuk busana jadi dan siap pakai. Keterbatasan sumberdaya manusia yang dimiliki untuk mengeksplor produk batik menginpirasi kami TIM PKM UM guna memberikan pelatihan kepada kelompok karisma batik untuk membuat produk busana berbahan batik khas ngantang agung. Tahapan dari program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di kampung batik ngantang agung adalah Survey ke mitra, menganalisa, pemecahan, pelatihan, produk luaran, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pelatihan menjahit telah diikuti oleh 30 peserta. Kegiatan ini berhasil membuat produk busana berupa tunik dan kemeja berbagai ukuran dengan bahan batik di Desa Sumberagung. Seluruh peserta dinilai sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan mulai dari awal hingga akhir dan diharapakan peserta mendapatkan ilmu berupa ketrampilan menjahit yang menjadi bekal pengembangan tim batik karisma agung di masa depan. Abstract

This research was developmental research that aimed to develop iSpring 9-based learning media using Android to increase student learning independence in basic fashion skills for Class X of SMK Negeri 2 Boyolangu, Tulungagung. The development method used the ADDIE model which includes: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Validation was carried out by two expert validators: material experts and media experts. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Validation results from material experts met the requirements of 85.00%, which means very valid, and the results from media experts met the requirements of 80.00%, which also means valid. A trial was conducted at the implementation stage. The results were that 34 students obtained an average score of 84.48% with very good qualifications, meaning this media is easy for students to learn. Therefore, it showed that the media is very suitable as a learning medium for pattern-making and helping students' teaching and learning process. A further developing learning media was suggested for the application to be developed and equipped with dimensions in basic fashion skills subjects following the school curriculum to sum the learning in one application.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous influence of self-confidence, practical experience, practical learning outcomes, entrepreneurial spirit on the entrepreneurial abilities of Fashion Design Vocational School students in Malang City. In this study, the sample of respondents was 134 students using quantitative methods. The analysis technique uses descriptive and inferential with hypothesis testing using partial correlation and multiple regression analysis techniques with classic assumption tests, namely normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. The research is quantitative descriptive in nature. The results of the research show the influence of the independent variables, namely the influence of self-confidence (X1) of 0.00, practical experience (X2) of 0.00, practical learning outcomes (X3) of 0.17, and entrepreneurial spirit (X4) of 0. 01 with the dependent variable, namely entrepreneurial ability (Y) of 0.00, both partially and simultaneously, which is indicated by a probability value of 0.05 which is greater than the Sig probability. (0.05 > Sig), Ηα is accepted and Ηο is rejected, meaning it is significant. Based on the results of analysis using multiple linear regression, the influence of self-confidence, internship experience, practical learning outcomes and entrepreneurial spirit on entrepreneurial ability) on entrepreneurial ability is 85.87% so it can be said that self-confidence provides an effective contribution of 86%, experience industrial work contributed 86%, practical learning results contributed 1% and the entrepreneurial spirit contributed 17%.
