Abstract

The aim of this study was to improve student activity and learning outcomes on colligative properties of solutions material at public senior High school 3 Bengkulu. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which consists of three cycles. This research was conducted in class XII MIPA 2 public senior High school 2 Mataram. The instruments that used were observation instruments and cognitive tests. Based on the results of observations from cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III, there is an increase in the percentage of student activity and completeness of learning outcomes. The percentage of student activeness respectively was 32.37%, 55.25%, and 84.76%. Meanwhile, the percentage of student learning outcomes was 17%, 31.4% and 82.8%. The results showed that the application of the Discovery learning model succeeded in increasing student activity and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the percentage of activeness and completeness of learning outcomes that have increased by more than 75%.

Abstract

An ideology known as radicalism is growing in society, advocating for change through violence. This is why many people opt for simple ways and make everything legal to meet all demands and desires. To better understand radicalism in philosophy, this article explores it in relation to religious, economic, political, and educational understandings. Article reviews are used in the writing process. Additionally, the findings indicate that religious radicalism stems from the mindset of its followers, who use violence to persuade those with different views to adopt their interpretation of the economic and spiritual stance, inspiring actions intended to weaken and change the status quo. Meanwhile, political radicalism refers to a mindset that seeks comprehensive and revolutionary transformation by forcefully overturning existing norms. Furthermore, educators can become radicalized teachers, school administrators can become radicalized teachers, and the community or parents of students can become radicalized teachers and schools through various forms of intimidation.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged service transformation in financial institutions, including PT Pegadaian (Persero). One form of this transformation is the implementation of the Tring digital system as an integrated service platform for customers. This article aims to examine the role of the Tring digitalization system in improving customer service quality at Pegadaian. The method employed is a community service (abdimas) approach using a descriptive qualitative design, conducted through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through observation, assistance in using the Tring application, and short interviews with customers and service officers. The results indicate that the Tring system enhances service speed, accessibility, data accuracy, and transaction security, leading to more efficient customer experiences. However, limited digital literacy among some customers remains a challenge, highlighting the need for continuous assistance. In conclusion, the Tring system plays a significant role in improving Pegadaian’s service quality and has strong potential to support inclusive digital financial services. ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong transformasi layanan pada lembaga jasa keuangan, termasuk PT Pegadaian (Persero). Salah satu bentuk transformasi tersebut adalah penerapan sistem digital Tring sebagai platform layanan terintegrasi bagi nasabah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran digitalisasi sistem Tring Pegadaian dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan nasabah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi, pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi Tring, serta wawancara singkat dengan nasabah dan petugas layanan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi sistem Tring mampu meningkatkan kecepatan dan kemudahan layanan, meningkatkan keakuratan serta keamanan data transaksi, dan memberikan pengalaman layanan yang lebih efisien bagi nasabah. Meskipun demikian, masih ditemukan kendala berupa keterbatasan literasi digital pada sebagian nasabah sehingga diperlukan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Simpulan menunjukkan bahwa sistem Tring berperan penting dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan Pegadaian dan berpotensi mendukung pengembangan layanan keuangan digital yang lebih inklusif.
