The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, namely quantitative research which aims only to describe the state of social symptoms as they are, without looking at the existing relationships. The sample in this study was focused on two-wheeled motorcycle users in the city of Padang, totaling 100 using purposive random sampling technique using simple correlation analysis. Based on the results of data analysis in the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the effectiveness of the Online SIM Service program with community satisfaction at the Padang Police. This means that the higher the program effectiveness score, the higher the community satisfaction or the better the effectiveness of the SIM Online service program, the higher the community satisfaction.

Abstract

Blood donation is an activity that provides many benefits to both the recipient and the donor. Nonetheless, some health risk factors must be considered, especially cardiovascular health. This article aims to identify and discuss these risks. Anemia is one of the main risks, which can increase the heart's workload and potentially worsen cardiovascular conditions. A temporary drop in blood pressure after donation can also lead to impaired heart function in certain individuals. Infection at the needle puncture site, although rare, can lead to serious complications such as endocarditis. In addition, repeated blood donations without adequate fluid replacement can lead to electrolyte imbalances that affect heart rhythm. Decreased energy and physical performance after donation is also a concern. However, blood donation also has significant benefits, including reducing excessive iron levels in the blood and improving blood flow. Following medical guidelines and taking proper precautions can minimize these risks, making blood donation a safe and beneficial act for cardiovascular health. This article concludes that the benefits of blood donation far outweigh the risks if done correctly.

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the representation of erythrocytes, which is the count of erythrocytes; hemoglobin concentration, hematocrit value, and platelet count in piglet (Sus scrofa) after hypovolemic shock with normal and hypervolemia resuscitation of crystalloid fluid. This study uses nine male castrated piglets 6-8 weeks of age. The piglets are given treatments such catheter installation, shock induction, normovolemia resuscitation, and hypervolemia resuscitation. The fluid for resuscitation is crystalloid fluid, NaCl 0.9%. Blood sample is taken in baseline, normovolemia condition, and hypervolemia condition. The sample is analyzed using hematology blood analyzer and is tested using T-Paired. Total erythrocytes count after normovolemia resuscitation is 3.07x106/L, while after hypervolemia resuscitation the erythrocytes count decrease until 2.86x106/L. Hemoglobin concentration after normovolemia resuscitation is 9.4 g/dL, while after hypervolemia resuscitation hemoglobin concentration decreases to 8.64 g/dL. Hematocrit count from piglets after normovolemia resuscitation is 28 %, while it decreases after hypervolemia resuscitation to 25.89%. Platelet count after normovolemia resuscitation is 297.22x103/mm3 and decreases to 263.89x103/mm3 after hypervolemia resuscitation. Evaluation of the erythrocytes index shows that the piglets suffer anemia. Hypovolemic shock and normal, and hypervolemia resuscitation cause the significant decreases in all erythrocytes indexes except the platelet count.
