Abstract

Background: Malaria is an infectious disease caused by Plasmodium and transmitted to humans through the bite of infected female Anopheles. Characteristics of a person affecting the pattern of life that can contribute to the occurrence, attitudes and behaviors that is less attention to environmental  related to Anopheles population can contribute to the malaria. In Indonesia, malaria is found in almost all regions. Some provinces are still malaria endemic areas, both low, medium and high. The number of malaria-based illnesses in API in Central Java in 2014 was recorded at 0.05 per 1000 population, and indigenous cases were still found in 5 districts, namely Purworejo, Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas and Kebumen. Banjarnegara is one of the district in Central Java which is an  endemic area of malaria, the patients as many  247, of that 102 patients in Puskesmas Banjarmangu I,  Banjarmangu. This study aims to related factors attitude and behavior to the malaria. Method: The research was observasional analytic with case control design. The sample  of 34 cases and 34 controls,  with simple random sampling. Attitudes and behaviors were examined using logistic regression. Results: The result of study showed that attitude (p = 0,015; OR = 3,656; 95% CI = 1,292-10,344) and behavior (p = 0,031; OR = 2,962; 95% CI = 1,104-7,942) were significance relationship with malaria. Conclusion: Attitude and behavior related to the malaria in working area of Banjarmangu I, Banjarnegara. The  dominant factors was attitude.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran Problem Posing merupakan pembelajaran yang mengarahkan peserta didik untuk membuat soal dan penyelesaiannya sendiri. Problem posing diharapkan dapat melatih keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang merupakan salah satu tuntutan keterampilan dalam pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013. Adapun materi yang menjadi fokus penelitian yang dianggap sulit oleh peserta didik serta menuntut keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi yaitu materi pewarisan sifat berdasarkan hukum mendel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis problem posing untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada materi pewarisan sifat berdasarkan hukum mendel yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu pengembangan  4D  (Define,  Design,  Develop,  dan  Disseminate) tanpa tahap Disseminate. Perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan divalidasi oleh tiga validator untuk mengetahui valliditas perangkat menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi, kemudian diujicobakan  secara  terbatas  pada  16  peserta  didik kelas XII SMA untuk mengetahui kepraktisan berdasarkan keterlaksanaan RPP beserta aktivitas peserta didik  menggunakan lembar observasi dan keefektifan perangkat berdasarkan respon dan hasil ketercapain indikator peserta didik menggunakan lembar tes. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 3,75. Perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat praktis ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan RPP sebesar 94,33% dan aktivitas peserta didik sebesar 95%. Perangkat pembelajaran juga dinyatakan sangat efektif ditinjau dari respon peserta didik sebesar 96% dan hasil ketercapaian indikator mencapai 100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis problem posing pada materi pewarisan sifat berdasarkan hukum mendel telah memenuhi aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan sehingga layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Abstract

Datuak Parpatiah Nan Sabatang dikenal oleh masyarakat Minangkabau sebagai salah seorang pelopor adat istiadat Minangkabau selain Datuak Ketamanggungan. Dalam tambo adat Minangkabau disebutkan bahwa Datuak Parpatiah Nan Sabatang sebagai pendiri kelompok Bodi Caniago (Moiety) yang disebut lareh Bodi Caniago. Makam Datuak Parpatiah Nan Sabatang berlokasi di Jl. Munggu Tanah Jorong Batu Palano, Nagari Salayo, Kecamatan Kubung Kabupaten Solok. Makam ini bagi masyarakat dianggap keramat. Warga masyarakat melakukan ziarah ke makam serta melakukan aktivitas religius di makam, selain itu masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan mengenai makam ini. Studi ini menjelaskan tentang pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai makam keramat Datuak Parpatih Nan Sabatang dengan pendekatan etnosain. Penelitian lapangan (fieldwork) dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe etnografi. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan mengenai kekeramatan makan Datuak Perpatih Nan Sabatang. Pengetahuan masyarakat seperti bunyi atau dentuman di makam, terjadi apabila adanya anggota masyarakat setempat yang melakukan perbuatan yang tidak baik atau maksiat, tanda-tanda musibah yang berkaitan dengan makam, serta pohon beringin yang ada dekat makam dipercayai sebagai obat dan asal pohon beringin diyakini oleh masyarakat merupakan tongkat dari Datuak Parpatiah Nan Sabatang.

Abstract

The study was prompted by concerns about the poor learning outcomes of Class IV students at SD Negeri 11 Marunggi in Pariaman City. The main problems identified were the educators' inadequate planning of Pancasila education learning, students' lack of engagement, limited reading skills, and insufficient learning resources. The research focused on educators and students in Class IV of elementary school. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods with a classroom action research design. The study was conducted over two cycles. The results revealed that: Firstly, there was a significant improvement in open module assessment, with an average score of 85.4% in cycle I and 95.8% in cycle II. Secondly, the implementation of learning by educators increased from an average score of 83.85% in cycle I to 92.8% in cycle II, while student engagement also improved from an average score of 82.1% in cycle I to 92.8% in cycle II. Thirdly, student learning outcomes showed a remarkable improvement, with an average score of 79.4% in cycle I and 92.6% in cycle II. In conclusion, the study suggests that the RADEC model can be an effective strategy for improving student learning outcomes in Pancasila education learning for Class IV students at SD Negeri 11 Marunggi, Pariaman City. oblems identified were the educators' inadequate planning of Pancasila education learning, students' lack of engagement, limited reading skills, and insufficient learning resources.
