Untuk menentukan strategi pemrograman terbaik di waktu prime time, media harus senantiasa mempertimbangkan strategi yang dilakukan media lainnya. Untuk itu tulisan ini membahas bagaimana teori permainan digunakan untuk menentukan strategi yang terbaik untuk menentukan program yang akan ditayangkan pada waktu prime time. Dengan menggunakan simulasi teori permainan yang diterapkan pada keluaran atau payoffs tulisan ini menjawab pertanyaan tentang strategi terbaik bagi kedua pemain Kedua pemain yang disimulasikan strategi penayangan programnya pada waktu prime time dalam penelitian ini adalah RCTI dengan SCTV. Dua program yang disimulasikan adalah program film barat lepas dengan jurnalisme investigatsi. Keluaran atau payoffs ditentukan dengan mengukur minat menonton salah satu program diantara dua program yang ditayangkan bersamaan. Dari hasil simulasi teori diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa strategi terbaik untuk RCTI adalah menerapkan strategi head to head pada saat SCTV menayangkan program film barat lepas Sementara strategi terbaik untuk SCTV adalah strategi counter programming dengan menayangkan jurnalisme investigasi pada saat RCTI memilih strategi menayangkan program box office movie.

In an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic, schools are implementing online student learning methods. This government policy is in order to break the chain of spreading Covid-19. However, in practice, there are still many teachers in schools who are still confused about implementing the online learning system because the teachers are not good at technology, so the teacher only sends assignments without explaining the material. As a result, online learning becomes ineffective which has an impact on student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the tiktok-based online learning model. The method used in this research is phenomenology. The informants in this study were the parents of students who live in East Java. The conclusion of this study is that the Tik Tok application used as a learning medium has not been fully effective. Parents consider that the Tik Tok application used in their children's learning is mostly used for playing while learning hours are still in progress. Keywords: model; learning; online; tik tok. Namun dalam prakteknya masih banyak guru di sekolah yang masih bingung menerapkan sistem pembelajaran online karena gurunya kurang jago teknologi, sehingga guru hanya mengirimkan tugas tanpa menjelaskan materi. Akibatnya pembelajaran online menjadi tidak efektif yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran daring berbasis Tik Tok. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa yang tinggal di Jawa Timur. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa aplikasi Tik Tok yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya berjalan dengan efektif. Para orang tua menilai bahwa aplikasi Tik Tok yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran anak-anak mereka lebih banyak digunakan untuk bermain ketika jam pembelajaran masih berlangsung. Kata kunci: model; pembelajaran; daring; tik tok.

This research explores the application of symbolic interaction theory in collaboration between producers and musicians in the digital music production process, with a focus on the AIAIQ project, which integrates artificial intelligence (AI). This research examines how AI influences symbolic interactions in the music production process, especially in interpreting musical emotions and communication dynamics. This research resulted from an empirical study using a qualitative approach; this approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of symbolic interactionism. Data sources were obtained from observations and interviews. The results of this research show that although artificial intelligence (AI) can improve technical efficiency, it can also change the dynamics of traditional social and non-verbal communication that are important for creative collaboration. By analyzing the role of human experience in interpreting AI-generated music and changes in interaction patterns, this research highlights the limitations and challenges faced by AI in maintaining the depth of human interaction in the creative process.

This research explores the strategy of enhancing purchase interest through coffee culture as a lifestyle, focusing on a phenomenological study. The aim is to understand how coffee culture influences consumer behavior and preferences in choosing coffee shops, particularly examining Kopi Kenangan Signature in comparison to Starbucks. Through in-depth interviews and observations, the study delves into how coffee consumption at Kopi Kenangan Signature becomes a routine or habit for consumers, and how this practice adds meaning to their daily lives. Additionally, the influence of religious values on consumer preferences is analyzed, particularly in the context of Indonesia, where religious values play a significant role in consumer decision-making. The findings reveal that Kopi Kenangan Signature successfully differentiates itself from competitors by aligning with local values, traditions, and religiosity, thus attracting consumers who prioritize these aspects in their coffee shop choices. Overall, this study sheds light on the importance of understanding coffee culture as a lifestyle in crafting effective marketing strategies to increase purchase interest.

Introduction: This study tries to visualize the Twitter activism networks and their opinion leader with the case of #FreeWestPapua activism. This study is important to find out who the opinion leaders and their networks are. This study also provides an overview of how the opinion leader frames opinions about #FreeWestPapua activism on Twitter.Methods: This research used Social Media Network Analysis (SMNA). The SMNA method is the application of the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method to examine conversations on social media. Data collection and data processing are collected and visualised with Netlytic.Findings: The results showed that there are 13 opinion leaders and all of the opinion leaders are from outside Papua. This study concluded that there is alienation in separatist activism in the case of #FreeWestPapua on Twitter. The most influential opinion leader in the separatist activism on Twitter is @VeronicaKoman who has the biggest values and is also active to frame public opinion. #FreeWestpapua activism framed Indonesia as a colonial in diagnostic framing and #FreeWestPapua as a solution in prognostic framing. To attract support from the international community, opinion leaders in #FreeWestPapua activism took advantage of the various #BlackLivesMatter issue and other international moments such as Korindo news by BBC.com.Originality: Although a lot of research on the Free Papua Movement has been done, there has never been a study explains about who opinion leaders and their networks and also how they are framed public opinion about #FreeWestPapua activism on social media.

Selfie has evolved into a global phenomenon. The popularity of selfie has brought some great concerns about identity, privacy, security and control. The habit that accompanies when uploading selfies is to give too much information. This study explores privacy in selfies culture with communication privacy management (CPM) theory. This research uses qualitative research method of phenomenology. The experience that became phenomenon in this research is about swafoto. Phenomenological research is done by collecting data from people who have experienced the phenomenon, and developed a description of the essence of experience for all individuals. This description consists of “what” they experience and “how” they experience it. The results of the analysis show that there is a consideration of privacy by respondents in uploading selfie. Respondents who have received the condition of private informacy turbulence try to consider the situation by the needs of them selves and the opinions around them. Based on the results of the study can be known early adolescent age group 12 s.d. 17 years old actually has a higher level of privacy when doing swafoto and upload it in social media when compared with other age groups. Need further research on selfie among others research that ask about their motivation who likes to do selfie, research related to public perception related to selfie by public official . Selfie atau swafoto telah berkembang menjadi fenomena global. Kepopuleran swafoto ikut membawa sejumlah kekhawatiran besar tentang identitas, privasi, keamanan, dan pengawasan. Kebiasaan yang menyertai saat mengunggah swafoto adalah memberikan informasi yang terlalu banyak. Artikel ini berusaha mengkaji budaya swafoto terkait dengan privasi menggunakan teori manajemen privasi komunikasi atau communication privacy management (CPM). Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi. Pengalaman yang menjadi fenomena dalam penelitian ini adalah swafoto. Penelitian fenomenologi dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dari orang-orang yang telah mengalami fenomena tersebut, dan mengembangkan deskripsi dari esensi pengalaman untuk semua individu. Deskripsi ini terdiri dari “apa” yang mereka alami dan “bagaimana” mereka mengalaminya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sudah adanya pertimbangan privasi oleh responden dalam mengunggah swafoto. Responden yang pernah mendapatkan kondisi private informacy turbulence berusaha untuk menimbang tuntutan-tuntutan situasi dengan kebutuhan dirinya dan pendapat orang lain yang ada disekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kelompok usia remaja awal 12 s.d. 17 tahun justru memiliki tingkat privasi yang lebih tinggi saat melakukan swafoto dan mengunggahnya di media sosial bila dibanding dengan kelompok usia lainnya. Perlu penelitian lanjutan tentang selfie antara lain penelitian yang bertanya tentang motivasi mereka yang gemar melakukan selfie, penelitian terkait dengan persepsi publik berkaitan dengan selfie oleh pejabat publik

The goal of this research is to investigate the impact of marketing public relations on purchase interest for Bank Perkreditan Rakyat products. This research was carried out using an experimental design that consisted of a pre-test and post-test system. Pre-testing is done to increase purchase interest before marketing PR intervention, and the intervention is done by providing customers with information through marketing PR. A post-test is performed to determine whether or not the purchase interest has changed following the intervention. The results of this study, based on the t-test hypothesis, show that there is a significant relationship between product purchase and marketing PR (sig. = 0.013; t = 2,649). As a result, public relations marketing has a significant impact on purchasing behavior. This research expands our understanding of marketing public relations. Furthermore, based on the results of the marketing PR theory analysis, this study concludes that understanding and applying marketing PR theory ideas can be a valuable tool for developing more efficient and effective marketing strategies, particularly in terms of increasing customer purchase interest.Keywords: marketing PR, Experimental Study, purchase interest

This study analyzes the adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Indonesian House of Representatives through the lens of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and draws lessons from the UK Parliament. The analysis is divided into four parts: 1) Historical context and policy framework of ICT adoption in the Indonesian House of Representatives; 2) Policy and strategy of ICT adoption in the Indonesian House of Representatives; 3) Best practice from the UK Parliament; and 4) Challenges of Big Data Management in the Indonesian House of Representatives. The study provides an in-depth understanding of ICT adoption in the Indonesian House of Representatives and valuable lessons from the UK Parliament experience to enhance ICT adoption effectiveness. Study conclusions include: 1) The importance of a Big Data system, particularly for bill digest summaries; 2) The early stage of ICT adoption in the Indonesian House of Representatives; 3) Prioritization of bill digest availability to enhance public engagement in the legislative process; 4) Crucial collaboration with state institutions for Big Data integration, aligned with the national one data initiative. The Indonesian House of Representatives plays a central role in providing legislative data in Indonesia.

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman untuk tim lapangan survei prevalensi penyalahgunaan narkoba 2024 untuk Provinsi Papua Barat tentang metode survey serta berbagai istilah khusus yang digunakan dalam survey pravalensi penyalahgunaan narkoba. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari putra-putri asli Papua Barat, yaitu: 3 orang yang berfungsi sebagai koordinator lapangan dan 15 orang sebagai enumerator. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup pelatihan dan pendampingan, dilaksanakan selama 3 hari dengan total 12 jam pelajaran (JP). Melalui metode pelatihan intensif dan pendekatan partisipatif, kegiatan ini memberikan keterampilan praktis serta pengetahuan teori yang mendalam. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang prosedur survey sehingga memudahkan pengumpulan data di lapangan. Peningkatan kemampuan ini juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengumpulan data dalam survey pravalensi penyalahgunaan narkoba di Papua Barat.
