Abstract

Industri  garam  di  Indonesia  sangat  menarik  untuk  dikaji  karena  banyak permasalahan dalam   industri   garam   seperti   harga   garam   jatuh   saat   panen.   teknologi masih    tradisional dan belum ada diversifikasi produksi garam.  Penelitian  ini  dilakukan  untuk  mengkaji  perkiraan  ekonomi  jika  dilakukan  diversifikasi  produksi  hidrogen  pada produksi garam menggunakan teknologi hidrolisis air laut. Perkiraan ekonomi ini dilakukan untuk dua hal. yaitu pertama jika hidrogen sebagai hasil elektrolisis   dijual kepada industri dan kedua  jika  hidrogen  tersebut  digunakan   sebagai   sumber   energi   generator   pembangkit listrik  fuel-cell  untuk  rumah masyarakat di sekitar tempat produksi garam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode konversi energi hidrogen menjadi energi listrik dan metode perhitungan nilai ekonomi  hidrogen  jika  dijual  ke  industri. Hasil  dari  peneilitan  ini  adalah Potensi penghasilan tambahan jika memproduksi hidrogen dan dijual kepada industri paling tinggi sebesar Rp 1.328.554.519/ petambak/ tahun dibandingkan jika hanya memproduksi garam dengan metode tradisional yaitu sebesar Rp 30.163.501/ petambak/ tahun. Potensi produksi energi listrik dari hidrogen menggunakan generator fuel-cell paling tinggi mencapai 464.031MWh/ tahun. Potensi energi listrik tersebut dapat mencukupi keperluan listrik untuk rumah tinggal petambak garam bahkan untuk seluruh rumah tinggal nelayan di Indramayu dan Cirebon. Namun hasil analisis kelayakan ekonomi menunjukan bahwa proyek penggantian sumber Listrik dari PLN menjadi Listrik dari generator fuel-cell belum layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Pengembangan Sistem Manajemen Stok, Penjualan, dan Reseller berbasis Progressive Web Application (PWA) diterapkan pada UMKM Mamono Cake di Kabupaten Garut dengan tujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan persediaan dan meningkatkan efisiensi penjualan. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Reorder Point yang memungkinkan pemantauan stok secara real-time, memberikan notifikasi otomatis ketika stok mencapai batas minimum, serta memfasilitasi manajemen pesanan reseller. Dengan teknologi berbasis PWA, aplikasi ini dapat diakses dengan mudah melalui berbagai perangkat, baik desktop maupun mobile, dengan antarmuka yang responsif. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional UMKM, khususnya dalam manajemen stok dan penanganan pesanan reseller. Penggunaan metode EOQ dan Reorder Point memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan persediaan, mencegah terjadinya kekurangan stok, dan memungkinkan pemilik usaha mengambil keputusan yang lebih cepat dan tepat. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga mendukung pengelolaan pesanan reseller secara otomatis, sehingga mempercepat waktu respon terhadap pesanan dan meningkatkan akurasi dalam pengiriman produk. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi ini telah membantu UMKM Mamono Cake dalam meningkatkan produktivitas usaha dan penjualan melalui penerapan teknologi digital. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi UMKM lainnya yang ingin mengadopsi teknologi serupa untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperluas pasar mereka di era digital.

Abstract

Access to finance for MSMEs is an important factor in supporting economic growth in Indonesia. Although MSMEs contribute significantly to GDP and employment absorption, they often face difficulties in obtaining funding from traditional financial institutions. With the advancement of information technology, fintech lending has become a popular alternative that offers quick, easy, and inclusive financing. However, the adoption of online loans by MSMEs has not been optimal. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the intention to use online loans among fashion MSMEs in West Java. This research uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the theoretical framework, with independent variables such as subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, financial literacy, risk perception, social influence, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. Data were collected from 40 respondents using simple random sampling and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results indicate that subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have a positive influence, while financial literacy and risk perception have a negative influence on the intention to use online loans. Social influence, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness do not have a significant effect. Limitations include a small sample size and a limited scope. Abstract

PT XYZ adalah perusahaan konstruksi dan engineering untuk Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS). The company has difficulty because the delivery of solar panels from the warehouse where they operate is not efficient enough to the project location, because the project in Banten, West Java, Central Java, and East Java. Using the three methods (North West Corner, Least Cost, and Vogel's Approximation) optimal solutions will be obtained to minimize transportation costs. The analysis shows that Vogel's Approximation method is the best result with the total cost of transportation equal to IDR 318,391,711, cost savings value of IDR 63,906,369 or 16.72% compared to the real cost faced is IDR 382,298,080. Overall, these results suggest that using transport optimization methods for such operations can lead to considerable cost savings and enhanced efficiency in solar panel delivery. This research is anticipated to help PT XYZ in determining the distribution of solar panels that can be more efficient as well as cost-effective in any of PT XYZ future projects

Abstract

PT Sari Alam Sukabumi is a natural ingredient processing company that produces herbal extracts in the form of dry powder. In its production process, the company uses the main fillers, namely maltodextrin and cornstarch. However, during 2024 the company faces significant constraints related to raw material suppliers, such as delivery delays of up to 25% of the total schedule, high price fluctuations, and inconsistent material quality. The symptoms of these problems have an impact on the inhibition of the production process, increased operational costs, and disruptions in the distribution schedule. This research aims to assist companies in determining the most optimal supplier of maltodextrin and cornstarch raw materials based on various evaluation criteria, namely price, quality, service, timeliness of delivery, and accuracy of delivery quantity. The specific objective of this study is to identify important criteria in supplier selection using the Procurement Supplier Management (PSM) approach and apply the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to obtain the best ranking of available supplier alternatives. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires to five internal company respondents, and documentation. The research process included determining five main criteria—price, quality, service, timeliness, and accuracy of delivery quantity—which were then weighted based on respondents' assessments. Furthermore, supplier performance data is processed using the MOORA method to obtain ranking results.

Abstract

Implementation of occupational safety and health is one part of the workforce protection aspect to achieve optimal work productivity. In connection with the implementation of occupational safety and health, the use of Personal Protective Equipment is an effort to protect or prevent potential dangers or work accidents. To describe the relationship between the implementation of CCTV-based monitoring and compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment among Jakarta Propertindo Lintas Velodrome - Manggarai LRT project workers in 2024. This research uses a correlative descriptive quantitative research design with the approach used is a Cross Sectional Study conducted on 30 Technician Employees at the Jakarta Propertindo Lintas Veledrome – Manggarai LRT project. The results in this research i statistical results using chi square obtained a P-Value = 0.019 with a degree of confidence or ɑ of 5% (0.05), because the P-Value is 0.019 ɑ value (0.05) meaning that Ho is rejected so it can be It is concluded that this means Ha is accepted or there is a relationship between the Implementation of a CCTV-Based Monitoring System and Compliance with the Use of PPE at the LRT Jakarta Propertindo Lintas Veledrome - Manggarai KSO Project Location of PT Len Railways Systems.

Abstract

Transportasi kereta api di Jabodetabek merupakan transportasi yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa masalah dalam berbagai aspek pelayanan terutama pada simpul-simpul stasiun transit seperti stasiun Manggarai. Stasiun transit Manggarai adalah adalah stasiun transit yang menampung sekitar 1.054 perjalanan per hari. Stasiun Manggarai salah satu stasiun yang sangat ramai namun dalam proses pelayanannya masih terdapat beberapa masalah maka dari itu penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan KRL di Stasiun Manggarai dengan menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Dari hasil analisis CSI didapatkan hasil sebesar 0,725 atau 72,5% atau diinterpretasikan “Cause for Concern” artnya ada beberapa yang harus menjadi perhatian untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di Stasiun Manggarai. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisis IPA terdapat 4 aspek pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu Kecepatan Pemberian Informasi Terkait Operasi, Kemudahan Transit Antar Jalur kereta, Keamanan Transit Antar Jalur Kereta, dan Ketepatan Waktu Kedatangan dan Keberangkatan. Kata kunci: Importance Performance Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index, KRL, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Stasiun Manggarai

Abstract

The lack of proper signage and wayfinding, along with the differences in building designs within the campus of Widyatama University, often makes it difficult for visitors to find their intended locations. Therefore, the design of the signage and wayfinding system must take into consideration the following aspects. Firstly, the design should be attractive and informative, especially given the diversity of building shapes within the campus. The signage to be designed should use Widyatama University's distinctive colors and easily legible typography. In collecting data for this design, we utilized various methods such as field studies, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. With an appealing and informative signage system, it will not only facilitate navigation for visitors but also enhance the overall aesthetics of the buildings on the Widyatama campus. This is a crucial step in providing clear information and assisting everyone in finding the locations they are looking for within the Widyatama University environment.
