Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh langsung positif daya tanggap (responsiviness) terhadap jaminan (assurance)? (2) pengaruh langsung positif keandalan (reliabilithy) terhadap jaminan (assurance)? (3) pengaruh langsung positif daya tanggap (responsiviness) terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa ? (4) pengaruh langsung positif keandalan (reliabilithy)Â terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa?Â (5) pengaruh langsung positif keandalan (reliabilithy)Â terhadap Citra UMM ? (6) pengaruh langsung positif jaminan (assurance) terhadap Citra UMM ?. Penelitian ini menggunakan 314 Mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro sebagai Responden yang sampelnya dipilih menggunakan Proposional Random Sampling, data yang terpilih selanjutnya diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dan dianalisis menggunakan Path Analysis versi Lisrel 88. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa dan Citra Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Part Analysis) diperoleh daya tanggap berpengaruh positif terhadap jaminan sebesar 0,39. Keandalan berpengaruh langsung positif yang paling besar terhadap jaminan sebesar 0,37 daya tanggap berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa sebesar 0,37. jaminan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa sebesar 0,28. Keandalan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Citra UMM sebesar 0,44. Dan jaminan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Citra UMM sebesar 0,29. Tinjauan hasil penelitian ini memungkinkan untuk digunakan dalam mengembangkan teori tentang Kepuasan dan Citra.Kata kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan, Citra

The company's financial performance is one of the factors seen by investors as a consideration to invest funds in a company by making the financial statements as a source of information. Good and bad corporate performance can show how much profit can be earned each year and will have an impact on management in setting dividend policy for investors. This study was conducted to determine the effect of financial performance on stock returns by making dividend policy as a moderate variable. Objects taken in this study amounted to 7 companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 5 consecutive years from 2007-2011. Dependent variable of this research is stock return, independent variable include Current Ratio, Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Turnover Asset, while dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio) as moderate variable. The method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Method and Moderate Regression Analysis Method (Moderate Regrestion Analysis).Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis seen from the value of significance shows that CR, ROA, ROE, and DER does not significantly influence the stock return, whereas TATO shows the result that there is a significant influence on stock return. The result of moderate regression analysis shows that the dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of financial performance on stock return. This study aims to find out the Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts and Expenditures at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Metro City. The data is obtained from interviews, observations, and documentations. Research data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results show that the procedure of receipt and expenditure of cash has been implemented properly where the evidence of receipt and expenditure of cash are reported and stored by the authorities. In addition, records are begun from journals, ledgers to financial statements.

This study aims to help managing the activities of the company in increasing efficiency. To find out whether the company still has non-value-added activities by using the activity-based management method to reduce the waste that occurs. Cost efficiency is an important strategy for companies in maintaining their business. This research is qualitative in nature with the type of case study research on the vehicle rental service company Moovby Indonesia. From the analysis carried out, there are four non-value-added activities at Moovby Indonesia, namely pickup and delivery of late vehicles, vehicle damage, installation of GPS-tracker and bank admin fees.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Peranan Badan Pengelolaan Pajak Dan Restribusi Daerah Dalam Mengoptimalkan Penerimaan Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan Di Kota Metro. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari data time series periode tahun 2015-2019 yaitu data pajak bumi dan bangunan (PBB), data pendapatan asli daerah (PAD). Analisa data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis data model Miles and Huberman, yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peranan BPPRD dalam mengoptimalkan penerimaan pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kota Metro yang telah terlaksana dari Tahun 2015 hingga 2019, dapat dikatakan sudah optimal karena setiap tahun realisasi penerimaan yang diperoleh meningkat

This type of research is qualitative, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in theform of words from the phenomena found in the field observed by the researcher. This study aims to determinethe application of accounting information systems in the MP One Stationary 16C Metro Barat. The results obtained from this study are the accounting information system implemented in the MP OneStationary Store along with the components that support the application of the Inventory Accounting Information System in the MP One Stationary Store.

This study aims to determine the Determination of Hotel Tax and Land and Building Tax at BPPRD Metro City. Data is obtained from the results of hotel tax data, land and building tax (PBB) data, local revenue data (PAD) for the period 2017-2019. The data analysis of this research was carried out using qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the hotel tax and land and building tax target plans compiled by the BPPRD and stipulated in plenary meetings to determine targets for each fiscal year based on regional needs can be seen that for three consecutive years the target set has experienced a significant increase. This shows that the government's efforts to increase regional income in Regional Original Revenue through hotel taxes and land and building taxes for rural and urban areas are already good. The targets that have been set are submitted to the relevant agencies and then look at the potentials that can be explored, especially related to the management of hotel taxes and land and building taxes in achieving the target. This study aimed to analyze the effect of rule of law (1), consensus orientation (2), and equality (3) on community welfare. This study used a quantitative approach, the population of this study was 151 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling using simple proportional random sampling with the Slovin formula, so as to obtain a sample of 60 respondents. The data in this study used SPSS version 20 with multiple linear regression analysis testing. The results of this study indicated that the rule of law had a significant effect on people's welfare, while consensus orientation and equality did not have a significant effect on people's welfare.

This study aims to explain the effect of perceptions of information technology and service features on customers' interest in using internet banking. Samples taken are 96 customers of BRI bank as respondents who have used internet banking at least once. This research is quantitative in nature. The method used in sampling is nonprobability sampling and the method used is purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that perceptions of information technology and service features affect customer interest in using internet banking.
