Abstract

Merajalelanya tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap anak di Indonesia saat ini negara kita sedang mengalami darurat terhadap kekerasan seksual terhadap anak yang amat sangat menghawatirkan di kalangan masyarakat khusus nya di lingkungan anak-anak saat ini. Presiden Republik Indonesia Jokowi dengan tegas menyatakan dan mendukung pemberian sanksi pidana kebiri kimiawi sebagai pidana tambahan terhadap pelaku kejahatan seksual terhadap anak, dan kebiri kimiawi di berikan kepada pelaku kejahatan seksual terhadap anak bertujuan memberikan efek jera kepada masyarakat yang cendrung berpotensi melakukan perbuatan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak dan tentunya untuk mengurangi kejahatan seksual terhadap anak di Indonesia. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut yang menjadi pokok permasalahan dalam skripsi ini yaitu: (1) Apakah syarat-syarat yang harus di penuhi untuk penjatuhan hukuman kebiri terhadap pelaku pencabulan anak dan (2) Bagaimanakah kedudukan hukuman kebiri terhadap pelaku pencabulan anak di tinjau dari tujuan pemidanaanPendekatan masalah yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif didukung dengan yuridis empiris. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka dan wawancara. Sedangkan pengolahan data melalui tahap pemeriksaan data, seleksi data, klasifikasi data, dan sistematisasi data. Data yang sudah disajikan dalam bentuk uraian, dibahas dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, untuk selanjutnya ditarik kesimpulan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, perlu dibentuk tim khusus dari Dokter Kepolisian (Dokpol) untuk pelaksanaan eksekusi terhadap terpidana kebiri. Demikian pula perlu revisi terhadap Peraturan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia No. 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Kedokteran Kepolisian untuk menambahkan kemampuan Dokter Kepolisian dan penambahan kewenangan Dokter Polisi sebagaii eksekutor. Pidana kebiri ini menjadi alternatif pidana terakhir (ultimum remidium) bagi pelaku pencabulan anak di bawah umur. Hal ini relevan dilakukan karena dengan maraknya kasus-kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak di Indonesia, agar memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku pencabulan Anak bawah umur.Adapun saran penulis agar semakin ditingkatkannya pengawasan terhadap para pelaku pencabulan terhadap anak khususnya pemberantasan terhadap pelaku pencabulan terhadap anak, Perlunya penambahan peralatan atau fasilitas yang digunakan dalam proses penangkapan dan penyidikan, agar dalam pemeriksaan terhadap pelaku pencabulan terhadap anak dapat berjalan secara maksimal dalam melengkapi berkas persidangan dan perlu sanksi tegas dan penerapan yang adil dalam pemberian sanksi pidana kebiri kimiawi yang akan di berikan setelah menyelesaikan masa tahanan di lembaga pemasyarakatan bagi pelaku pencabulan terhadap anak agar tercapai nya penerapan Undang – undang No 1 tahun 2016 Kata Kunci :Pidana Kebiri dan Pelaku Pencabulan AnakDAFTAR PUSTAKA Buku-buku / LiteraturSutiyoso Bambang dan Sri Hastuti Puspitasari, 2005, Aspek-Aspek Perkembangan Kekuasaan Kehakiman di Indonesia, UII Press, Yogyakarta, hlm.51Soekanto Soerjono. 1983 Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penegakan Hukum.Jakarta: Rajawali., hlm.124Abdulkadir Muhammad. 2004, Hukum dan Penelitan Hukum, Bandung: PT. Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh langsung positif daya tanggap (responsiviness) terhadap jaminan (assurance)? (2) pengaruh langsung positif keandalan (reliabilithy) terhadap jaminan (assurance)? (3) pengaruh langsung positif daya tanggap (responsiviness) terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa ? (4) pengaruh langsung positif keandalan (reliabilithy)  terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa?  (5) pengaruh langsung positif keandalan (reliabilithy)  terhadap Citra UMM ? (6) pengaruh langsung positif jaminan (assurance) terhadap Citra UMM ?. Penelitian ini menggunakan 314 Mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro sebagai Responden yang sampelnya dipilih menggunakan Proposional Random Sampling, data yang terpilih selanjutnya diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dan dianalisis menggunakan Path Analysis versi Lisrel 88. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa dan Citra Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Part Analysis) diperoleh daya tanggap berpengaruh positif terhadap jaminan sebesar 0,39. Keandalan berpengaruh langsung positif yang paling besar terhadap jaminan sebesar 0,37 daya tanggap berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa sebesar 0,37. jaminan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa sebesar 0,28. Keandalan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Citra UMM sebesar 0,44. Dan jaminan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Citra UMM sebesar 0,29. Tinjauan hasil penelitian ini memungkinkan untuk digunakan dalam mengembangkan teori tentang Kepuasan dan Citra.Kata kunci: Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan, Citra

Abstract

Many low-cost feedstock i.e. used-cooking oil (UCO) for the production of biodiesel fuel (BDF) has contained a large amount of water and high proportion of free fatty acids (FFAs). Therefore, a pre-treatment process to reduce the water content (<0.1 wt.%) and FFAs (<2.0 wt.%) were necessary in order to avoid an undesirable side reactions, such as saponification, which could lead to serious problem of product separation and low fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) yield. . In this study, a pre-treatment process of used cooking oil as a feedstock for the production of BDF by using various adsorbents such as Activated Carbon (AC) and various clay minerals, for example Smectite (S), Bentonite (B), Kaolinite (K), and Powdered Earthenware (PE) were evaluated. The oil obtained from pre-treatment was compared with oil without pre-treatment process. In this study, we reported a basic difference in material ability to the oil, depending on the adsorption condition with respect to the physico-chemical parameters, e.g. refractive index (R), density (ρ), FFAs, and water content (W). The results showed that the water content and FFAs in the oil has decreased when using AC as an adsorbent compared with clay minerals. However, the refractive index of oil has similar with the oil without pre-treatment process as well; meanwhile, the density of oil has increased after the pre-treatment process by using clay minerals.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan 1) tingkat  kecemasan guru matematika di sekolah  terhadap pembelajaran online; 2) faktor-faktor kecemasan mengajar matematika pada pembelajaran online, 3) dampak dari kecemasan mengajar matematika terhadap metode mengajar guru pada pembelajaran online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan pada 31 guru matematika yang mengajar pada pembelajaran online. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Mathematics Teaching Anxiety Scale (MTAS) sebanyak 19 item. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa level kecemasan mengajar matematika guru pada pembelajaran online sebanyak 7 orang (22,6%) kategori tingkat kecemasan tinggi, sebanyak 14 orang (58%) kategori tingkat kecemasan sedang dan sebanyak 6 orang (19,4%) kategori tingkat kecemasan rendah. Kecemasan mengajar matematika yang paling banyak dirasakan adalah terkait siswa yang tidak dapat berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam pelajaran matematika online serta siswa yang tidak mampu memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Tingkatan kecemasan mengajar matematika memberikan dampak berbeda terhadap metode yang dipakai guru pada pembelajaran online. Responden dengan tingkat kecemasan mengajar tinggi secara umum menggunakan media whatsapp, mengajar dengan mengirimkan video pembelajaran yang diunduh dari youtube kemudian menjelaskan materi berdasarkan video dan buku paket. Responden dengan  tingkat kecemasan mengajar matematika sedang menggunakan media pembelajaran seperti video dari youtube, membuat kuis sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran serta menyiapkan rencana pembelajaran sebelum jadwal pembelajaran berlangsung. Responden dengan  tingkat kecemasan mengajar matematika rendah menggunakan metode pemecahan masalah, metode kooperatif serta diskusi tanya jawab melalui google meet maupun google classroom.

Abstract

Changes in lifestyle and the development of certain types of music also encourage the kind of coffee shop business to grow. The purpose of this study was to see whether the number or the proliferation of new coffee shops operating and providing varied offers and menus could cause sales at Cofee et Bien's shops to increase or decrease. This study uses the IFE matrix calculation, IE matrix, QSP matrix analysis and SWOT analysis. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. Coffee et bien has experienced stable sales for 6 consecutive months as well as analysis of the internal and external environment of the shop and the formulation of a business strategy that is always applied to Coffe et bien.Keywords: Marketing Strategic, SWOT, IE Matriks, QSP Matriks

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a book writing training program for high school students in Depok. The initiative sought to enhance students' writing skills and foster their creativity by guiding them in the process of conceptualizing, drafting, and editing their own books. High school students often face challenges when it comes to expressing their ideas in written form, and this training program was designed to address these hurdles. The training program included various components such as writing workshops, one-on-one guidance from experienced authors, and the provision of writing resources. A mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and writing assessments, was employed to evaluate the program's impact on the students' writing abilities and creative expression. Preliminary findings indicate that the book writing training program positively influenced students' writing skills and stimulated their creative thinking. The students reported increased confidence in their ability to express themselves through the written word. This research provides valuable insights into the potential benefits of creative writing training for high school students, contributing to the enhancement of their communication and creative skills.

Abstract

Business legality is approval for the implementation of business activities given to individuals or groups of people from the authorized parties. One form of business legality is NIB (Business Identification Number). The existence of NIB can provide benefits for entrepreneurs, especially in terms of obtaining assistance from the government. There are still MSMEs that do not know or have received an NIB certificate, which is the main problem that is often encountered in Lempuyangan Village. This community service program aims to provide understanding, training and mentoring business legality in the form of online NIB via the Online Single Submission (OSS) application for MSMEs in Lempuyangan Village. MSMEs are targets in the NIB formation program. The methods used in this mentoring program are Research, Action and Participation. The result of this assistance is that MSMEs have knowledge about NIB, obtain an NIB certificate, which can then be used to develop their business, such as applying for people's business credit (KUR) and guidance from the government.

Abstract

The "Socialization and Training for ISBN Book Creation to the Community in Collaboration with YPAD Publisher" program aims to enhance literacy and writing skills among the community through book publishing with ISBN. This program involves a series of intensive training, interactive workshops, and individual mentoring sessions designed to guide participants from the writing phase to the publication of their books. With 150 participants, including novice writers, educators, and community leaders, the program successfully improved writing, editing, and book design skills for 120 individuals who completed the training. A total of 50 books were published with ISBNs, demonstrating the program’s success in supporting the comprehensive book publishing process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning constraints of the school. During the covid 19 pandemic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative suffering. The subjects of his research were the parents of students and students. The object of the research is the mental condition of students during the Covid 19 pandemic.The research method used is qualitative research with literature review methods. Data collection was carried out by tracing various sources in the form of government documents, mass media and previous relevant research results were analyzed using principles and supported by the results of interviews with several students and teachers. The results of this study indicate that government policies in tackling the spread of the Corona virus have an impact on the emergence of new concepts related to learning innovations that can be applied. The method is online. It is hoped that technology-based learning innovations will not only take place during the Covid-19 pandemic but can be applied after Covid-19 ends for more advanced and quality education.The results of the analysis show that the obstacles experienced by students in online learning include decreased learning motivation due to boredom, lack of understanding of material due to limited facilities. Barriers to parents include economic conditions affected by the COVID-19 pandemic that do not support learning, and lack of time to accompany students. Barriers to teachers include lack of knowledge and skills regarding technology and limited learning interactions. Meanwhile, obstacles from educational institutions include re-planning and supervision which are hampered in the implementation of online learning. This study aims to determine the learning constraints from schools that become obstacles for teachers/students in the teaching and learning process. It is hoped that technology-based learning innovations will not only take place when the Covid-19 pandemic ends, for education to be more advanced and of high quality.
