Abstract

This article research is based namely the low implementation of innovative learning with the concept of a child-friendly school. Considering that innovative learning is an integral part of implementing the concept of child-friendly schools which is the responsibility of school principals, teachers and education implementers.The school treats a good attitude towards students by educating children sincerely and with love like their own children; the learning method used is adapted to the needs of kindergarten children, the teaching and learning process is fun; involvement of students in learning, interesting and fun classroom arrangements, as well as a clean, beautiful, safe and orderly school environment, The concept of a child-friendly school, students are more confident in themselves, high intrinsic motivation, students are able and dare to make their own choices, students are responsible responsibility to accept the consequences that accompany their choice, students can adjust to their environment, students are not dependent on others.

Abstract

Fungsi pendidikan nasional membentuk watak serta peradaban yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa agar menjadi  anak bangsa yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga yang demokratis, serta bertanggungjawab, namun untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut sangat sulit sebagian senang dengan tawuran, membolos sekolah, kebohongan serta budaya menyontek pada saat ujian sehingga perlu dianalisis tahapan pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah dan perpaduan pedidikan yang dilakukan oleh Umar bin Abdul Azis serta solusi pendidikan ideal untuk menjadi pertimbangan bagi orang tua, guru serta setiap pihak ataupun instansi yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan anak. Dalam altikel ini penulis gunakan teori interaksi edukasi dengan pendekatan tokoh. Fungsi pendidikan pada saat ini belum tercapai secara maksimal yaitu mengembangkan kemampuan manusia, sebaliknya menghasilkan manusia yang hanya menonjolkan pembentukan kecerdasan berpikir dan menepikan kecerdasan rasa, kecerdasan budi, bahkan kecerdasan batin, kurang kreatif,mandiri dan berakhlak mulia. Pendidikan yang diterapkan Umar bin Abdul Aziz ialah pendidikan di samping transformasi ilmu pengetahuan juga melibatkan hati dan perasaan, sehingga anak ataupun anak didik menemukan jadi diri mereka sebagai manusia paripurna dengan memberi teori dan praktek  dimulai dari memilih pengajar yang menurutnya memiliki akhlakul Karimah, serta dipercaya dapat merawat, dan memberi pengajaran yang  sesuai dengan syari’at Islam. Kemudian, menetapkan cara pendidikan, menetapkan waktu dan prioritas pendidikan, serta memperhatikan hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi pendidikan.

Abstract

Rice bran is being fermented using Aspergillus niger in order to increase its usage as a raw material for the catfish diet. This research aims to evaluate the potentials of rice bran fermented with A. niger to replace soybean meal in catfish Clarias sp diet. There were two research stages, first the fermentation test of A. niger on rice bran that used a completely randomized factorial design consisting of 2 factors, namely the dose of A. niger (0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 g/100 g) and incubation time (0. 24 and 48 hours). Secondly, the substitution test of soybean meal with fermented rice bran on five different of substitution levels (0, 15, 20, 35, and 40%) in the catfish diet. The results showed that the fermentation of A. niger of 2 % with an incubation period of 24 hours in rice bran resulted in the smallest crude fiber and fraction content, and increased protein and amino acid including serine, threonine, alanine, methionine, isoleucine, and lysine. The specific growth rate in the substitution treatment of 0-20% was significantly (P<0.05) higher than that of 35-40%. There was also no difference (P>0.05) in the growth performance of catfish in the 0 to 20% substitution treatment. Also, replacing soybean meal with fermented rice bran up to 20% did not have a negative effect on the growth performance of catfish. It was concluded that fermented rice bran could be used as raw material for catfish.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah lemahnya peserta didik kelas VII SMP Patroman dalam komunikasi matematik dan motivasi belajar. Sebagai alternatif dalam memecahkan masalah tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari tiga siklus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematik, motivasi belajar peserta didik, serta pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi matematik terhadap motivasi belajar yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pendekatan TALULAR. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMP Patroman. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari: tes kemampuan komunikasi matematik, skala motivasi belajar berdasarkan skala Likert, serta lembar observasi aktivitas guru dan peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan dengan skor rata-rata dan persentase. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) pembelajaran dengan pendekatan TALULAR dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematik peserta didik. (2) pembelajaran dengan pendekatan TALULAR dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. (3) terdapat pengaruh kemampuan komunikasi matematik terhadap motivasi belajar melalui pendekatan TALULAR. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut, peneliti mengusulkan rekomendasi sebagai berikut, pembelajaran TALULAR hendaknya terus dikembangkan dan dijadikan sebagai alternatif pilihan guru dalam pembelajaran matematika sehari-hari.

Abstract

Underage marriage is still a concerning phenomenon in Indonesia despite the regulation of Law No. 16 of 2019 which sets a minimum age limit of 19 years. This study aims to analyze the law of underage marriage in the perspective of maqashid sharia and formulate a reconstruction of a more contextual understanding of contemporary Islamic law. The research uses a juridical-normative method with an analytical qualitative-descriptive approach. Primary data sources include the Qur'an, Hadith, classical and contemporary fiqh books, and laws and regulations. The data analysis technique uses the ushul fiqh approach with the maqashid sharia theoretical framework of Imam Ash-Syatibi. The results show that underage marriage is contrary to the fundamental principles of maqashid sharia, specifically: (1) hifdzun nafs because it threatens the physical and mental health of children; (2) hifdzun 'aql because it inhibits the right to education and cognitive development; (3) hifdzun nasl because it increases the risk of mother-child mortality and stunting; and (4) it fails to realize the purpose of marriage, namely sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah. This study concludes that although there is no explicit prohibition in the text, early marriage must be prevented because its madarat is greater than its maslahat. The reconstruction of contemporary Islamic legal understanding must be based on a contextual approach that integrates maqashid sharia with the findings of modern science to realize the true benefit for children.
