Abstract

Village Funds are a government program to support and realize village development, named through Village Funds as a source of Village income. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerns the authority of the village to use these funds from the APBN. This research aims to study Village Funds (DD) used in Tani Bhakti Village, Loa Janan District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency as the principles of Village development in the Utilization of Village Funds. The results showed that using Village Funds to support the infrastructure developments in Tani Bhakti Village has been effective proven by the number of development programs. Community involvement in the use of village funds is quite good in preparing the plan and development work, even up to the development stage of the program. Village development activities include managing village health posts and the police, counseling on stunting prevention, providing milk assistance to toddlers, and health facilities, developing village health cadres, coaching and training for women's groups, and improving road construction. The Tani Bhakti Village Government provides direct cash assistance (BLT) to families who do not have decent jobs, widowed/elderly women, and orphaned children. All programs are carried out with cooperation, even before implementation there is called MUSDES (Village Conference) as the opportunity to express opinions and propose prospective programs in terms of infrastructure and community empowerment.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sistem pengujian White Box Testing. Metode analisis data adalah Teknik analisis data meliputi pencarian data, wawancara, catatan lapangan, pengumpulan data secara sistematis dari dokumen, pengorganisasian data ke dalam kategori, memecahnya menjadi unit-unit, melakukan compositing, Artinya proseses merakit dan memilih menjadi dua pola konversi. Buat kesimpulan tentang apa yang penting dan apa yang perlu dieksplorasi, dan untuk memudahkan anda dan orang lain untuk memahaminya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses analisis metode Vincenty, untuk distribusi pelanggan ke agen terdekat dari 11 agen, hanya ada 1 lokasi agen dengan persentase tertinggi atau yang paling banyak dihubungi oleh pelanggan, yaitu agen yang berada di Kel. Jenetallasa, Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, menghasilkan tingkat akurasi 97% dengan menghitung jarak antara agen dan pelanggan, menggunakan metode Vincenty dengan Google Maps.

Abstract

A company is an organizational entity established to provide products and services to the public, with the primary objective of generating a profit. The Company strives to provide high-quality goods and services, generate a profit while upholding the principles of corporate governance, and support its financial objectives. The purpose of this study was to analyze the economic performance of PT. Astrindo Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. in managing assets, liabilities, and capital. This research used qualitative methods and analyzed secondary data from the financial reports (balance sheet and income statement) of PT. Astrindo Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk, listed on the IDX from 2018 to 2022. The study employed analysis tools such as the Current & Cash Ratio, Debt to Assets & Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets & Equity Ratio. The company had a poor liquidity ratio during 2018-2022 because the current ratio and cash ratio were below the industry standards of 200% and 50%, respectively. The current ratio was 66.644%, while the cash ratio was only 1.75%. The debt-to-assets and debt-to-equity ratios exceeded the industry standards of 35% and 90%, reaching 64.266% and 192.368%. Meanwhile, the return on assets and return on equity remained below the benchmarks of 30% and 40%, at 1.254% and 3.89%, respectively.
