Abstract

Burnout is one of the symptoms of saturation that occurs in a person caused by there internal and external influences are influences that originated from and within his own self, while external influences are influences caused by other people and the surrounding environment. Internal factors also occur in class X high school students in Negeri 6 City The purpose of this study was to determine the shape of the aspects of learning burnout during the covid 19 pandemic for class X students at SMA Negeri 6 Kota Kupang. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods. The population in this study were the students of class X in SMA Negeri 6 Kupang and a sample of 42 students was taken from the sampling technique. The data collection method used is the burnout questionnaire instrument which consisted of 58 items. The validity of the learning burnout scale during the pandemic covid 19 is declared valid by reliability (931). The data analysis technique used is Product Momen Correlation Analysis by using the SPSS Version 16.0 program. For data analysis, used the percentage descriptive analysis technique.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Description of the Satisfaction of Receiving Counseling Services, (2) An Overview of Discipline Students, (3) The Relationship between Satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Atambua with a sample of 78 students using stratified random technique. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis and correlation analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows 22.00 Version. The results showed that 60 students (76.92%) of SMP Negeri 2 Atambua were satisfied with obtaining counseling services, and 57 students (73.07%) were disciplined in obeying school rules. There is a positive relationship between satisfaction with obtaining counseling services and discipline in obeying school rules with an rxy value of 0.343. The results of the correlation significance test show that there is a positive relationship with the value of r count > r table, namely 0.343 > 0.2227. Therefore, students have satisfaction such as obeying the rules that apply at school and the ability to show attitudes, behavior at school

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the picture of the activeness of the FKIP Undana student organization, (2) the picture of the confidence of FKIP Undana students and (3) whether there is a relationship between organizational activity and self-confidence in students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nusa Cendana University. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlation type of research. The research was conducted at Campus B FKIP Undana with an affordable population of 105 people and a sample of 63 respondents. The sampling technique is carried out by the simple random sampling method. Data collection technique using Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and product moment correlation analysis with the help of the SPPS program version 20. The results showed that organizational activity in FKIP Undana students was in the active category with a percentage of 52.4%, and the results of data analysis of the confidence of FKIP Undana students were in the confidence category with a percentage of 51%. Based on the correlation analysis of product moment, a sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) 0.000 and r-calculated value 0.797 at level 0.05 so r-table 0.2480. This shows that there is a strong/high positive relationship between organizational activity and self-confidence in students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nusa Cendana University. The results of the product moment correlation test show that there is a high/strong relationship between organizational activity and the confidence of FKIP Undana students, and having a positive relationship means that high/strong levels of organizational activity can increase self-confidence. Based on the results of these findings, it can motivate students who are oragnized to continue to actively participate in every activity carried out by the organization and for students who have not organized, if you want to increase self-confidence, it can be done by joining and being active in organizational activities.

Abstract

Students are expected to have high self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is a person’s belief in his ability to overcome various situations that arise in his life. Self-efficacy plays an important role in increasing student academic resilience. However, there are still students who procrastinate in submitting assignments, have difficulties dealing with demands or pressure in the learning process, and are less able to adapt to obligations in the academic process at school. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlation research type. This research was conducted with a total population of 162 students and a sample of 45 students with a proportionate stratified random sampling method. The data was collected through a questionnaire on self-efficacy and academic resilience. The analysis techniques included descriptive and correlational analysis with the SPSS version 26 program. Our findings show that (1) the self-efficacy of students was in the secure category, with a percentage of 56%, (2) the academic resilience of students is in the strong category with a percentage of 53%. (3) Product moment correlation analysis shows that self-efficacy and academic resilience have a significant correlation with a p-value of 0,002. The Pearson correlation is 0,454, which can be said that the degree of relationship is strong with r-table is 0,301. Hence, it can be interpreted that self-efficacy has a strong relationship to academic resilience in Christian High School students.
