Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja keuangan dan prediksi kebangkrutan XYZ  dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022 menggunakan rasio keuangan dan Altman Z-score. Laporan keuangan menunjukkan fluktuasi signifikan dalam rasio profitabilitas, likuiditas, aktivitas, dan solvabilitas. Return on Assets (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE) mengalami variasi dari tahun ke tahun, mencerminkan efisiensi dan tantangan dalam pengelolaan aset dan ekuitas. Likuiditas perusahaan juga berfluktuasi, dengan cash ratio dan current ratio yang bervariasi setiap tahun. Rasio aktivitas menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi penggunaan aset dan manajemen persediaan. Sementara itu, Debt to Total Assets Ratio (DTAR) mengindikasikan ketergantungan signifikan pada hutang. Prediksi kebangkrutan menggunakan Altman Z-score menunjukkan peningkatan kondisi keuangan perusahaan dari 2018 hingga 2022, dengan risiko kebangkrutan yang menurun.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of environmental disclosure on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia and Singapore. The sample in this study consisted of 108 manufacturing companies from Indonesia and 102 manufacturing companies from Singapore. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that environmental disclosure affected financial performance (ROA, ROE, and NPM) in Indonesia. However, the research on the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on financial performance (ROA, ROE, and NPM) in Singapore showed the opposite results. Furthermore, the results of this study also showed that environmental disclosure did not affect EPS in Indonesia and Singapore. In addition, this study also proved that Indonesia and Singapore had different levels of CSR implementation in which Singapore had a better quality of CSR disclosure than Indonesia. Hopefully, the study can provide an overview of the non-monetary aspects that should be considered in investment.

Abstract

Every house has a yard that can be used to cultivate plants, especially flower plants. A variety of flower plants can live in Indonesia. Flower plants can be used as a source of income. Flower plants can be sold directly, used for family celebrations, wedding anniversaries, graduations and so on. The aim of the community service is to increase the role of housewives in order to increase their awareness toward natural resources around them, especially flowers which are very easy to cultivate. The method used is training given to the members of Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK), and inviting professional trainers in making flower bouquets. Hopefully the training through the community service program can provide skills for PKK members to improve the family economy through the use of flower cultivation.
