Abstract

An increasing number of populations, lifestyle changes and an increase in consumerism escalated the total amount of waste generated. It was estimated that 85,000 tons of waste were produced daily in Indonesia in which 40% were domestic waste. Waste generated in urban areas had generally been finished in the landfill without being processed before. This condition has raised various problems at landfills in Indonesia.The Mabad 65 complex is located in Rempoa, Ciputat, South Tangerang. South Tangerang City is one of the buffer zones of the Capital of Jakarta which has developed into a high-density residential area. At this time, the domestic waste generated by all residents of Mabad 65 is transported by garbage officers to be moved at the TPS before finally being transported to the landfill without being sorted and processed before. The majority of residents have not made efforts to reduce their waste generation.Based on the existing condition in the Mabad 65 Complex, it is felt necessary to educate residents about the zero-waste lifestyle. The method used in the community service was counseling. The participants were Mabad 65's residents and RT RW administrators in the Mabad 65 Rempoa complex. The counseling program was carried out on Monday, December 9, 2019.The results of this community service activity were the residents as well as the RT RW administrators became more concerned about the problem of waste in Indonesia, especially about the landfill capacity and the importance of reducing and processing waste at the domestic waste source of waste. Residents also understand how to minimize household waste generation by using the 3-AH method, which is to prevent, to sort and to process. Moreover, residents were also enthusiastic about the source scale waste management program that brought economic opportunities. The trouble faced by the RT RW administrators was the governance system of the waste bank program.

Abstract

Performance is an important factor that affects success. In an organization, this is one of the most important functions of an agency. This study aims to determine the variables that affect the performance of village apparatus and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with 30 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling and saturated sampling / total sampling. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis of leadership style does not affect the performance of the village apparatus. Thus, the second hypothesis states that work discipline significantly influences the performance of the village apparatus. The third hypothesis is that the performance of the village apparatus is influenced by leadership style and preventive work discipline, which can simultaneously improve the acceleration of the performance of the village apparatus. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.

Abstract

Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan alat permainan edukatif puzzle dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek guru dan anak yaitu 1 orang guru dan 15 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, display data dan menarik kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Paud Nurul Islam Purwosari bahwa penerapan alat permainan edukatif puzzle telah dilaksanakan, tetapi langkah-langkah dalam bermain puzzle belum sesuai dengan gabungan teori Subagio dan Situmorang, masih ada satu langkah yang belum diterapkan yaitu Guru mengumpulkan berbagai jenis puzzle dan membebaskan anak untuk memilih berbagai jenis puzzle yang mereka sukai. Tetapi di Paud ini guru langsung membagi puzzle kepada anak didik. Dan jenis puzzle yang dibagi semua disamakan oleh guru. Dari hasil perkembangan Kognitif anak dalam kategori belum berkembang ada 0 anak (0%), mulai berkembang ada 7 anak (46%), berkembang sesuai harapan ada 5 anak (33%) dan berkembang sangat baik ada 3 anak (20%).
