Abstract

Ecotourism is one of the tourism activities that are environmentally sound by prioritizing aspects of nature conservation, aspects of socio-cultural empowerment of local communities and aspects of learning and education. Attractiveness is a factor that makes people want to visit and see directly to a place that has such an attraction. Ai Sipatn Lotus Peruntan is a hot spring in Cape Village in the protected forest area. During this time, many local villagers used Ai Sipatn Lotus Peruntan for recreation and for skin treatment because they believed they could cure skin diseases. The potential of Ai Sipatn Lotus Peruntan can be developed for Ecotourism Attractiveness, but there is not much presence of Ai Sipatn Lotus Peruntan, new visitors to some of the surrounding communities. Therefore the attractiveness of hot water sources makes people less aware of the information. The research objective is to assess the hot water attraction of Ai Sipatn Lotus Perun. The study was conducted in Cape Village, Jangkang Sub-District, Sanggau District for ± 3 weeks in April 2018. The research method used a survey method with the help of a questionnaire. Determination of respondents by accidental sampling. Data analysis by scoring and weighting refers to the ADO-ODTWA guideline of the 2003 PHKA Director-General. Assessment results of Ai Sipatn Hot Springs Lotus Peruntan Tourism Attraction on value elements of 157.33 After being obtained multiplied by the weight value of the assessment criteria of Ai Hot Springs tourist attraction Sipatn Lotus Peruntan which has a weight of 6, so that the value obtained for the assessment criteria for Ai Sipatn Lotus Peruntan Hot Springs tourist attraction to 157.33 x 6 = 943.98 shows that in terms of attractiveness, ODTWA Ai Sipatn lot up peruntan has a value of B or has good appeal.Keywords: attraction, hot water, natural attraction, nature tourism

Abstract

In cases that often occur, many parents want to change their child's name because they think their child often gets sick because they use that name. Another common reason why someone changes their name from their previous name is because they have needs related to their individual interests. This research aims to analyze the juridical aspects related to the process of changing a child's name and the legal consequences of changing a child's name in the District Court. The research carried out is legal research that is analytical in nature and uses a type of normative-empirical juridical research, namely combining or approaching related laws and regulations, as well as the views of experts in the legal field. Primary data is based on interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it shows that 1) The process of changing a child's name at the Jember District Court involves structured stages, starting from submitting an application by the child's parent or guardian, administrative examination by the court, determining the decision by the judge to announcing it to the public. Each stage requires administrative requirements and documents that have been previously determined, with a settlement process that lasts two weeks and there are court costs incurred. 2) The legal consequences that arise from changing a child's name are the legality of the child's legal status regarding changes in several authentic evidence, such as Deeds. The birth of a child with the name on the Family Card (KK) in question.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu yang membahas tentang Peraturan Perundang-Undangan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai peran Bawaslu dalam pengawasan penyelenggaraan Pemilu serentak 2024 di Kabupaten Situbondo yang dilihat dari sudut pandang berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian hukum yuridis empiris yang mana penelitian ini menggambarkan fakta atau realita, keadaan dan gejala dalam peran Bawaslu pada Pemilu terhadap pengawasan pemilihan umum yang ada, serta menjadi faktor pendukung adanya pemberlakuaan di dalam Undang-undang Pemilu di Kabupaten Situbondo. Hasil penelitian memberikan kesimpulan bahwa, untuk melakukan penyelesaian pelanggaran dalam pelaksanaan Pemilu, maka proses pengujiannya dilakukan melalui jalur wewenang dan peraturan pemilihan umum sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu. Dalam melaksanakan pengawasan pelaksanaan Pemilu bisa dilakukan menggunakan alat peraga yang ada, serta bentuk kerjasama dari pihak-pihak terkait bahkan pihak dari luarpun juga diikut sertakan, agar terciptanya Pemilu yang profesional dan demokratiis serta bersih dari pelanggaran.
