Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sikap Belajar dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XI IPS MAN 2 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survey study hubungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 siswa, dengan sampel penelitian sebanak 60 siswa. Data diambil dengan menggunakan teknik komunikasi langsung, komunikasi tidak langsung dan studi dokumenter. Sedangkan alat pengumpul datanya adalah pedoman wawancara, angket, dan lembar catatan. Pengolahan datanya dengan menggunakan rumus persentase (%) dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengaruh Sikap Belajar Dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XI IPS MAN 2 Pontianak masuk dalam kategori sangat rendah dengan persentase7,1%. Hal tersebut di tunjukkan dengan formulasi Y=108.626 – 0.494X1 – 0,364 X2 Kata Kunci : Sikap belajar, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Learning and Motivation Study Attitudes Toward Learning Outcomes Lesson In Economics Student Class XI IPS MAN 2 Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey research study form relationships. The population in this study were 120 students, with 60 students sebanak sample. Data taken by using direct communication, indirect communication and documentary studies. While the means of collecting data are interview, questionnaire, and a record sheet. Processing data using the formula percentage (%) and quantitatively analyzed descriptively. Abstract

This research aims to elaborate the penetration of fiqh muamalah into the Indonesian legal system, especially in laws and regulations related to Islamic financial institutions. One fact is that the nomenclature of muamalah and/or fiqh muamalah is not found at all in legislation and legal system. However, in other reality, substantively, fiqh muamalah has become an integral part of the Indonesian legal system, at least as evidenced by the positivization of fourteen laws and regulations related to Islamic financial institutions. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method that focuses on the analysis of legal documents. The analysis method used is a normative descriptive technique involving a historical approach to Islamic law in the context of Indonesia. The findings of this study reveal that the penetration of fiqh muamalah into the Indonesian legal system does not only occur at the theoretical level, but has also had a real impact on the legal culture, legal structure, and legal substance of Indonesian law. At the level of legal culture, muamalah has become an attitude and legal awareness in the form of beliefs, values, ideas, and expectations of the community. As a legal structure, muamalah already has state institutions and their enforcement organizations. In addition to the House of Representatives, which carry out the role of legislation with the government, the legal norms of muamalah have been implemented by Islamic banking institutions, Islamic capital markets, Islamic insurance, Islamic pawnshops, and other Islamic microfinance institutions. Meanwhile, in terms of legal substance, the legal norms of muamalah have manifested into various laws and regulations related to economic and social activities, which are basically related to the determination of sharia principles as the main reference for the activities of financial institutions, the use of muamalah contracts in sharia economic activities, and the criminalization of violations of sharia principles.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Differences in tolerance character of students with the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model assisted by Puzzle Media in science learning in Grade IV Elementary School and students who use conventional learning models. (2) The effect of interaction between the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model and morality on the tolerance character of students. (3) Differences in tolerance character of students who have high morality after learning using the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model assisted by puzzle media and conventional models. (4) Differences in tolerance character of students who have low morality after learning using the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model assisted by puzzle media and conventional models. The research design uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method, which involves two-way analysis of variance (2x2). Based on this study, it is concluded that the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) model assisted by puzzle media is more effective in improving the tolerance character of students with high morality values. Conversely, the conventional model is more suitable for students with low morality values, because it is easier to understand without the need for active exploration
