Abstract

AbstractThe title of this thesis is "Analysis of classroom management skills by sociology teachers in improving student learning outcomes in class XI IIS 1 SMA Mujahidin Pontianak".  A common problem in this study is “how about the skills in managing classes by sociology teachers in improving student learning outcomes in class XI IIS 1 SMA Mujahidin Pontianak?” with sub problems as follows 1) how are the skills in managing classes by sociology teachers in creating the right teaching and learning climate in class XI IIS 1 SMA Mujahidin Pontianak? 2) how about the skills in managing the class by a sociology teacher in organizing the study room in class XI IIS 1 SMA Mujahidin Pontianak? 3) how to manage class skills by sociology teachers in managing teaching-learning interactions in class XI IIS 1 SMA Mujahidin Pontianak?. This research uses qualitative research methods in the form of a descriptve. Data collection tools using the guidelines of observation, interview and dokumentation study guidelines. The research result show (1) skills in managing classes by sociology teachers in creating the right teaching and learning climate in class XI IIS 1 SMA Mujahidin Pontianak can be said good. This can be seen from sociology subject teachers in conducive classes. Both when he explained the material, question and answer session, and discussion. (2) class management skills by a sociology teacher in organizing a study room in class XI IIS 1 SMA Mujahidin Pontianak can be said good. This can be seen from the expertise of the sociology subject teacher in arranging the seating of students, arranging displays, and ensuring the class is kept clean. The class in the decor is as comfortable and beautiful as possible. (3) class management skills by sociology teachers in managing teaching-learning interactions in class XI IIS 1 SMA Mujahidin Pontianak can be said good. This can be seen from the expertise of the sociology subject teacher in leading the discussion.Keywords:  Classroom Management Skills, Teacher

Abstract

One of the crucial stages in the ramie plant (Boehmeria nivea L. Gaud) tissue culture is the acclimatization phase, which transitions between the in vitro and ex-vitro environments. Determining the appropriate age of plantlets and providing nutrients in the substrate play significant roles in the success of acclimatization. This research is conducted to determine the most suitable age of plantlets for acclimatization and assess the impact of providing nutrients through Trichoderma spp. application on the growth of ramie seedlings during the acclimatization phase. The experiment was conducted between January and March 2023 at the Screenhouse Bale Tatanen, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor, Sumedang. The experimental design used was a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two factors: plantlet age with three levels (4, 8, and 12 weeks old) and Trichoderma spp. fertilizer application with two levels (without and with Trichoderma) with 4 replications. The results showed that the 4-week-old plantlets exhibited the best height, root number, root length, and leaf number growth. Additionally, the application of Trichoderma spp. increased the stem diameter of the ramie seedlings during the acclimatization phase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan media dakwah visual di TV Islamic Center Samarinda. Pengelolaan TV ini dibantu oleh jamaah dan dukungan dari UPT Perpustakaan, dimana pengurus fokus pada pengelolaan konten berbasis dakwah melalui kanal YouTube dan Facebook, sementara tim ta'mir bertanggung jawab atas pembuatan video pendek. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, yang diatasi dengan dukungan anak muda, dan adaptasi terhadap perkembangan industri media. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan menggali informasi mendalam melalui wawancara dengan pengurus TV Islamic Center Samarinda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi optimalisasi media dakwah visual melalui peningkatan kualitas produksi video, diverifikasi platform media sosial, dan pelatihan bagi tim produksi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi terkini. TV Islamic Center Samarinda memiliki peran penting dalam dakwah visual, namun perlu strategi optimalisasi yang berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan jangkauan dan efektivitas dakwah.
