Abstract

Abstract:This thesis entitled "Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes of Volley Ball Through Drill Methods In Class V Participants". Using Action Research Methods. The results of this study From all the implementation of action research class in Class V SDN 11 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya. The results of research: 1) Based on the observation of the learning activity seen that students become active and not quickly saturated in learning. The percentage increase in learning activity in cycle 1 reaches 72%, cycle 2 reaches 90%, while the expectation score is learning activity is 90%. This means the target of the learning activity has been reached. 2.0 Based on the evaluation results on the 1st cycle of the service ability of the students experienced an improvement from the initial conditions are: in the initial condition the number of students who reached the value of 75 new 3 students (20%) and in cycle 1 increased to 7 students (46.66%), then in cycle 2, increased to 14 students who achieved a score of 75 or more. This means the target 90. of the number of students reaching KKM with a value of 75 has been achieved.         Keywords:  Top Service, Volleyball, Drill Method.

Abstract

This study was intended to examine the effect of profit sharing principle and interest, and bank reputation against customer decision in choosing banking services, that is between islamic bank and conventional bank in Jambi City. Data in this study is primary data by using questionnaire. The sample selection in this research used nonprobability sampling technique with acidental sampling technique. The sample obtained in this study were customer of islamic bank and customer of conventional bank in Jambi City. The analysis method used was discriminant analysis using IBM SPSS Statistic 22. The results of the discriminant analysis prove that in choosing banking services in Jambi City between islamic banks and conventional banks, customers do not see from the principle of profit sharing and interest, and bank reputation.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) di SMA Negeri 2 Kampar Timur dengan objek penelitian 22 orang guru pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran di kelas melalui kegiatan supervisi akademik di SMA Negeri 2 Kampar Timur, Kampar. Penelitian ini dapat diselesaikan dalam 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian dari tigabelas komponen Supervisi akademik yakni: 1) pengembangan silabus , 2) penyusunan RPP sesuai Permendiknas No.14 Tahun 2007 oleh semua guru, 3) perumusan indikator dan tujuan pembelajaran, 4) pengembangan materi pembelajaran, 5) penggunaan media pembelajaran, 6) materi ajar, 7) penentuan KKM, 8) penggunaan metode pembelajaran, 9) penguasaan model – model pembelajaran, 10) pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang berkualitas, 11) pemanfaatan belajar di luar kelas, 12) penataan kelas yang kondusif dan 13) tindak lanjut hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran.menunjukkan telah terjadi peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran di kelas dari siklus ke siklus. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata adalah 83,85%, dan pada siklus II 89,38%. Jadi, terjadi peningkatan 5,53% dari siklus I. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran di kelas melalui supervisi akademik di SMA Negeri 2 Kampar Timur dapat meningkat. Selain itu, Supervisi Akademik dapat memberikan motivasi guru dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dengan lengkap, dan mengelola pembelajaran di kelas dengan baik, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian dalam artikel ini untuk mendeskripsikan keterbacaan teks cerpen ‘Pagar’ menggunakan teknik kloz. Penelitian ini berlangsung di semester genap tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Dalam rangka pelaksanaan teknik kloz, penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bangkinang Kota. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para siswa kelas X yang mengikuti tes menggunakan teknik kloz cerpen ‘Pagar’ yang mengisi dan mengembalikan lembar tes teknik kloz. Mereka hanya berjumlah 59 siswa dari 65 siswa kelas X dan siswa kelas XI. Sampel ditetapkan sejumlah 52 siswa; masingmasing 27 siswa kelas X dan 25 siswa kelas XI; masingmasing untuk satu rombongan belajar. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes teknik kloz berjumlah 50 untuk teks cerpen sepanjang 1.340 kata. Tes teks kloz disusun secara objektif dan sistematis sehingga memenuhi syarat instrumen tes yang valid. Instrumen lain dalam penelitian kolaborasi ini adalah daftar cek ricek yang bertujuan untuk memvalidasi kuesioner, memvaldiasi peskoran data teks kloz, dan memvaliasi hasil analisis data penelitian. Data keterbacaan teks cerpen ‘Pagar’ menggunakan teknik kloz dianalisis menggunakan prosedur statistik deskriptif melalui mean dan persen yang dilakukan secara manual berbatuan excel. Hasil penelitian adalah keterbacaan teks cerpen ‘Pagar’ menggunakan tes teknik kloz berkategori ‘keterbacaan normal’. Kata Kunci: keterbacaan, teks cerpen, ‘Pagar’, teknik kloz

Abstract

This study aims to explore the process of cultivating deep learning-based tolerance values in elementary school students in the context of digital diversity. The phenomenon of intolerance that is increasingly surfacing among children through digital media is an important background in this study. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research was conducted at SDN 93/III Mukai Pintu, Jambi, which has a high level of diversity. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation and documentation with the class teacher, principal and ten students who were actively involved in diversity-based learning. The results of thematic data analysis revealed three main themes in the process of internalizing tolerance values: (1) structured digital diversity experiences through educational visual media, (2) students' personal reflections through visual narratives such as journals and vlogs, and (3) cross-identity collaboration in digital projects that encourage interaction and empathy between students. The findings show that deep learning approach is able to integrate cognitive, affective, and social aspects in contextualized and meaningful character learning. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the development of constructivistic-humanistic approaches in character education, and offers a model of learning practices that are relevant for elementary schools in the digital era. Implications include the need for value-based micro-curriculum integration and technology, as well as teacher training in facilitating reflective and collaborative learning. Future research is recommended to test the replication of this model in different geographical contexts and education levels to broaden its applicability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of the STEM approach in the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 215/X Bukit Tempurung, East Tanjung Jabung, with a focus on the learning process, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the impact on student learning outcomes. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used in this research. Data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers and principals, and documentation of the implementation of STEM-based learning. The results showed that the implementation of the STEM approach succeeded in increasing students' involvement in learning, especially in project-based activities that integrate science, technology, engineering and mathematics. However, the main supporting factors include the use of local resources and teacher creativity, while the main challenges are limited teacher training and adequate facilities. The positive impact of STEM implementation was seen in the improvement of students' critical thinking, creative and collaboration skills. In addition, teachers also showed increased innovation in designing lessons. This research suggests the need for continuous training for teachers and improved facilities to optimise STEM implementation. This approach is in line with the objectives of Merdeka Curriculum, which aims to create creative, critical, and collaborative learner profiles
