Abstract

 ABSTRACTThe problem in this research is "Whether by using cooperative learning Jigsaw type can improve Educational Interaction and Social Science Learning Class III SD Negeri 14 Bengkayang". This study aims "To improve the results of educational interaction and student learning outcomes by using Jigsaw type in third grade students of State Elementary School 14 Bengkayang. This research is a classroom action research and is collaborative. The place of research took place at State Elementary School 14 Bengkayang with the subject of research that is the third grade students, amounting to 30 people. Technique of collecting data that is used is direct observation technique with data collecting tool that is IPKG I and IPKG II sheets. This research is done for 2 cycles. The results of the study implementation design obtained average on the first cycle of 2.70, cycle II of 3.84, The results of the learning implementation obtained on average in the first cycle of 2.95, cycle II of 3.82, Interaction educative in IPS learning using jigsaw type increased for students who asked questions to teachers by 20% from cycle I to cycle II, there was an increase for students who asked questions to other students of 16.67% from cycle I to cycle II, an increase for students who answer the questions of teachers amounted to 16.66% from cycle I to cycle II, and an increase for students who gave opinions when the discussion of 15.67% from cycle I to cycle II, the results of the study of student learning outcomes obtained average in the first cycle of 63.67, the second cycle of 84.00. Thus, research through Cooperative Learning Jigsaw Type Learning can improve educational interaction and social science learning outcomes. Keywords: Improvement, Cooperative Learning Jigsaw Type, Educational Interaction,                   Learning Outcomes, Social Sciences.

Abstract

The Government of Indonesia launched a program to accelerate the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) in Indonesia, one of which is Cikuntul Village, Tempuran Regency, West Java. This research aims to understand how the Karawang Regency Government’s programs related to PTSL are implemented in Cikuntul Village. This study uses a juridical-empirical approach, which examines legal sanctions or the practical implementation of legal provisions in certain social events. In Cikuntul Village, land registration efforts face challenges due to the lack of awareness among local communities about its importance. Despite having productive land, many landowners do not have land titles, which leads to complications in land transactions and legal disputes. The Karawang Regency Government is prioritizing national initiatives such as PTSL to distribute land certificates and accelerate land redistribution. However, challenges such as delays in surveying and processing documents at ATR offices hinder the issuance of land certificates. In addition, high registration fees, including notary fees and taxes, discourage residents from registering their land.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam menggerakkan roda perekonomian Indonesia. Ketahanan dan kemampuan UMKM dalam menghadapi persaingan menjadikan sektor ini sebagai fondasi ekonomi yang kuat. Meski demikian, dalam praktiknya masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang menghadapi hambatan, terutama dalam menentukan harga jual produk secara tepat. Berdasarkan temuan di lapangan, penetapan harga seringkali dilakukan secara tidak terstruktur, hanya mengandalkan perkiraan atau mengikuti harga pasar tanpa memperhitungkan biaya produksi secara menyeluruh. Ketidaktepatan ini dapat mengakibatkan keuntungan yang tidak maksimal dan bahkan kerugian dalam jangka panjang. Sebagai solusi, kegiatan edukatif ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada pelaku UMKM dalam menentukan harga jual berdasarkan analisis biaya. Melalui metode ceramah dan pendampingan langsung, para pelaku usaha dibimbing untuk memahami pentingnya komponen biaya sebagai dasar dalam penetapan harga. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini, UMKM dapat meningkatkan efektivitas strategi penetapan harga mereka, sehingga mampu bersaing secara sehat di pasar dan memberikan dampak positif bagi kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat di sekitarnya.
