Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to "Improving narrative writing skills using inquiry methods SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak". The method used in this research is descriptive method using classroom action research conducted with two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection for each cycle. Results obtained by students on pretest or before using inquiry method the average score of 69.76. The result of writing a student narrative essay on cycle I after using mind map method of inquiry of the average value 72,14. The increase of writing result of student narrative from pretest to cycle I is 2.38. Result of student short story writing in cycle II after using method of inquiry of mind of mean value 78,33. The improvement of writing result of student narrative from cycle I to cycle II is 6.19. Then it can be concluded that classroom action research using mind map method inquiry has succeeded in improving writing skill of narrative writing to students of SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak.                                                                                      Keywords:Writing’s narrative easy, method of inquiry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh diferensiasi produk dan promositerhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk oleh-oleh Malang Strudel di Kota Malang. Jenispenelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan atau membuktikan hubungan ataupengaruh antar variabel independen dan dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak110 responden dimana penyebaran kuesioner dilaksanakan di outlet-outlet Malang Strudel yangberada di Kota Malang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability samplingdengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang sedang membeli produkoleh-oleh Malang Strudel dan yang pernah membeli produk oleh-oleh Malang Strudel di KotaMalang. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSSver. 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kedua variabel yaitu diferensiasi produk danpromosi, keduanya memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: Diferensiasi Produk, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian, Malang Strudel

Abstract

Abstract, The aim of this research is to analyze consumer behavior in using e-money (case study of Dutamall Banjarmasin). The reality shows that there are still few people who understand about e-money, there is still a lack of public thinking about e-money, there are still limited places that accept payments using e-money, and there is consumer behavior that influenced by the characteristics of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors The method used is a quantitative research method. The research population is an unlimited population and the sample in this study is a convenience sample. The research results show that cultural factors in the use of e-money at Dutamall Banjarmasin are considered not good. Social factors in using e-money at Dutamall Banjarmasin are considered good. Personal factors in using e-money at Dutamall Banjarmasin are quite good. Psychological factors in using e-money at Dutamall Banjarmasin are quite good.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to examine: (1) work motivation on job satisfaction (2) work motivation on performance (3) job satisfaction on employee performance. This research is quantitative using primary data, the population in this study are all employees of PT Krisna Indonesia Tbk Banjarmasin Branch. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, which amounted to 30 respondents. The data collection method is carried out through a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Krisna Tbk in 2023. The data obtained is then processed using the SPSS tool version 20. This analysis includes reliability test, validity test, statistical test through normality test, T test test and determinant coefficient (R2), and path analysis test. The results of research on work motivation affect job satisfaction, work motivation affects employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance.

The evolution of the digital economy has been characterized by an increasing trend in academic publications from 1996 to 2024, reflecting its growing importance and widespread implications across various sectors. This study analyzes the publication trends using bibliometric data, revealing significant growth in research outputs, particularly in the past decade. The implications of this growth are profound for both the business sector and policymakers, as they adapt to technological advancements and shifting market dynamics. The analysis not only highlights the sectors' responses to these changes but also underscores the need for updated policies to support digital infrastructure, ensure data privacy, and promote digital inclusivity. The study further discusses how this burgeoning research can guide strategic decisions in technology adoption and policy formulation.
