Abstract

This study aims to test: analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio on Net Profit Margin in the Transportation Industry Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2022 Period. The population of the study consists of 16 companies in the transportation industry listed on the IDX during the same period. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio and Return On Equity have a significant partial effect on the Net Profit Margin variable, while Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on Net Profit Margin.

Abstract

This study aims to Analyze Financial Reports in Measuring Financial Performance at PT Fks Food Sejahtera Tbk for the 2021-2023 Period. Research Method The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method which aims to determine the financial performance. The results of the study show that the liquidity ratio for the current ratio indicates that the company is not liquid. The quick ratio indicates that the company is in poor condition. The company's cash ratio is stated as illiquid. Profitability ratio analysis using Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, and Return On Equity compared to the company's internal average shows that the company is making a profit. Solvency ratio analysis is measured using the debt to asset ratio indicating good conditions. The debt to equity ratio indicates good conditions and this company is solvable because the company has less debt than the capital or equity it has. Activity ratio analysis is measured using Fixed Asset Turnover and Total Asset Turnover has increased and decreased which indicates that the financial condition of the company is not good.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to examine: (1) work motivation on job satisfaction (2) work motivation on performance (3) job satisfaction on employee performance. This research is quantitative using primary data, the population in this study are all employees of PT Krisna Indonesia Tbk Banjarmasin Branch. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, which amounted to 30 respondents. The data collection method is carried out through a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT Krisna Tbk in 2023. The data obtained is then processed using the SPSS tool version 20. This analysis includes reliability test, validity test, statistical test through normality test, T test test and determinant coefficient (R2), and path analysis test. The results of research on work motivation affect job satisfaction, work motivation affects employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance.
