Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Tayan Hilir ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran analogi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan bentuk penelitiannya studi kasus dengan subjek sebanyak 6 siswa kelas VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tayan Hilir dengan tingkat kemampuan penalaran analogi yang berbeda. Hasil tes pemecahan masalah materi sistem persamaan linear menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dengan kemampuan penalaran analogi tingkat atas dapat memenuhi semua indikator pemecahan masalah, siswa dengan kemampuan penalaran analogi tingkat menengah hanya dapat memenuhi sebagian indikator dan beberapa indikator pada langkah pemecahan masalah tidak terpenuhi, sedangkan siswa dengan kemampuan penalaran analogi tingkat bawah hampir semua indikator pada langkah pemecahan masalah matematika tidak terpenuhi. Kata kunci: Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematika, Kemampuan Penalaran Analogi, Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel Abstract : This research aims to determine mathematics problem solving ability of students Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Tayan Hilir viewed from analogy reasoning capability. The research method that used is descriptive research and form of research is case study with the subjects were 6 students 8th grade of Madrasah Tranawiyah Tayan Hilir different of level analogy reasoning capability. The result of test problem solving in system of linear equations in two variables showed that the problem solving ability of students with analogy reasoning capability top level can meet all the indicators of problem solving, students with analogy reasoning capability middle level can only meet part of indicators, some indicators of the troubleshooting steps are not met, while students with analogy reasoning capability lower level almost all indicators in the troubleshooting steps are not fulfilled. Abstract

This research investigated about the implementation of marketing strategy at Junior High School of Al-Faruqi Kampar.  The research problems were 1) how the implementation of marketing strategy was, 2) what supporting and obstructing factors influencing in increasing marketing strategy at Junior High School of Al-Faruqi Kampar.  It was a descriptive qualitative research.  The main informants of this research were the principal and the vice of public relations, and the supporting informants were 1 head of school administration, 1 HRD (human resource development) team, 5 guardians of students and 4 students.  The object of this research was the implementation of marketing strategy at Junior High School of Al-Faruqi Kampar.  Observation, interview, and documentation were used for collecting the data.  The data were analyzed by using reduction, presentation, and conclusion.  The findings of this research showed that the implementation of marketing strategy at Junior High School of Al-Faruqi Kampar was in accordance with the proper way: planning a marketing strategy by using market identification, segmentation, product differentiation, marketing communications and educational institutions properly services.  The obstructing factors in implementing of marketing strategies at Junior High School of Al-Faruqi Kampar were the permission when entering the promotion permit, there were schools that did not accept it.  The Supporting factors in implementing of marketing strategies at Junior High School of Al-Faruqi Kampar were using relationships, the relationships were the parents of students and students to help promote.

Abstract

Accountability and transparency in managing school funding within School-Based Management (SBM) are key principles guiding how schools manage, utilize, and report funds. This study aims to explore these practices in funding management for facilities at PAUD Ashofa Atshila. Using qualitative methods, the study involved the school principal and one administrative staff member as informants. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The study found that SBM at PAUD Ashofa Atshila Kampar has improved facilities supporting the teaching and learning process, such as televisions, air conditioners (AC), and projectors. To enhance fund management quality, PAUD Ashofa Atshila Kampar needs to improve its understanding and practice of accountability and transparency. Necessary steps include regular financial reporting, clear communication about fund usage to all school stakeholders, and community participation. In conclusion, implementing SBM at PAUD Ashofa Atshila Kampar has increased accountability and transparency in managing funding for facilities and infrastructure. This positively impacts the enhancement of teaching facilities, making the educational process more effective. Currently, facilities at PAUD Ashofa Atshila Kampar are in the procurement stage. However, shortcomings in transparency and accountability, such as the lack of regular financial reports, need to be addressed.
