Adiastha Karya Pratama really needs an online marketing system that supports marketing its products by using a personal website, in this way consumers will be helped to find information that supports their interest in buying PT products. Adiastha Karya Pratama. At this time PT. Adiastha Karya Pratama operates in the housing developer sector. A web-based home sales information system has advantages, including being effective and efficient for buyers. Buyers only need to access the computer to search for house sales information. Has a function to track the location where the buyer will go to the location of the house for sale.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan nilai perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sebagai subjek penelitian, data diambil dari BEI atau www.idx.co.id melalui analisis variabel profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)  periode 2020-2023. Metode analisis yang digunakan antara lain menganalisis rasio-rasio keuangan seperti  Return on Assets (ROA), sedangkan Ukuran perusahaan diukur dengan menggunakan logaritma natural dari total aset (Ln Total Aset) dan nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan Price to Book Value (PBV). Hasil riset menunjukkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai signifikan 0,005 < 0,05. Ukuran perusahaan juga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 37,887 > Ftabel 3,13.   The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability and company size on firm value, both partially and simultaneously. The variables used in this study are profitability, company size, and firm value. In this research, the author used annual financial reports of transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). As the research subject, data were obtained from the IDX (www.idx.co.id) through the analysis of profitability and company size variables on the firm value of transportation and logistics companies listed on the IDX during the 2020–2023 period. The analytical methods used include financial ratios, such as Return on Assets (ROA), while company size is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets (Ln Total Assets), and firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). The research findings indicate that profitability has a negative and significant effect on firm value with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. Company size also has a negative and significant effect on firm value with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, profitability and company size significantly affect firm value with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F-statistic of 37.887 > F-table value of 3.13.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning on critical thinking skills in the fourth grade science content. This research is a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experimental Design type of research using Post-test Only Control Group Design. The population in this study was class IV with two classes. The samples taken were class IV A as the experimental class and class IV B as the control class. This research technique uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used is an instrument in the form of a critical thinking test sheet. Using the statistical analysis method with the formula used is the Mann-Whitney U Test which was carried out with the help of the SPSS vs 26 application program. Based on the results of the study using the Mann-Whitney U test, it showed that the results obtained were the Sig. of 0.000. From these results it can be seen that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that it can be concluded that there is an effect of learning STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) on Critical Thinking Ability in the science content of Energy Sources grade IV.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals, including at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Tangerang Regency. The observed phenomena indicate delays in document completion, low motivation, and a lack of interdepartmental collaboration. These conditions suggest that compensation and the work environment may influence employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at BAPPEDA Tangerang Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results show that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.560 > t-table 1.676 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The work environment also has a significant effect, with a t-value of 3.588 > t-table 1.676 and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, compensation and work environment significantly affect employee performance, with an F-value of 104.303 > F-table 3.187 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.802 indicates that 80.2% of the variation in performance is explained by these two variables.

Abstract

Performance is the most important thing when running a company, therefore companies can do several things, such as providing training and motivation to employees. Research was studied in order to understand the impact of training and work motivation on employee performance at PT Sigma Harapan Mandiri both partially and simultaneously. The method used is causal associative with a quantitative approach and uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Sigma Harapan Mandiri. The population and sample for this study consisted of 50 people using saturated sampling techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS 27.0 program using multiple linear regression techniques. The research results show that there is no positive and insignificant impact of training on employee performance as described by the calculated t score of 1.178 with a significance level of 0.245. There is a positive and significant impact of work motivation on employee performance as described by the calculated t score, namely 3,926, which has a significance level of 0.000. There is a positive and significant impact between training and work motivation on employee performance, this is indicated by a calculated F score of 16,291 with a significance score of 0.000. The R-squared score was 40.9% while the other score was 59.1% which was the result of variables that were not in this study.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the impact of workload (X1) and compensation (X2) on job satisfaction (Y) of employees at biMBA AIUEO Pasif Unit, West Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative method, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The study population consists of 113 individuals, with 88 respondents selected as the sample. The analysis involves a series of tests including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption checks, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the calculation of the determination of IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The partial hypothesis test results show that workload (X1) has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction, with a t-value of 3.833 exceeding the significance threshold of 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-table value of 1.988. With a t-value of 6.278, higher than the t-table value of 1.988 at a significance threshold of 0.000 < 0.05, the salary variable likewise significantly and favorably affects work satisfaction. The simultaneous hypothesis test indicates that both workload and compensation have a significant impact on job satisfaction, with an F-value of 76.210, greater than the F-table value of 3.10, and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Prolonged work stress can reduce employee performance, increase errors, tardiness, and absenteeism, especially among teaching staff. This has a negative impact on the team and the company. Effective stress management is crucial to improving employee well-being and company performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of Work Stress and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at biMBA AIUEO Central Jakarta Branch. The methodology used is descriptive quantitative and non-probability sampling, with saturated sampling, and a questionnaire was distributed to 84 employees of biMBA AIUEO Central Jakarta Branch. The study results show that the F value of 57.088 < F table 3.10, thus it is stated that work stress and work motivation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Partially, work stress obtained a t value of 4.768 > t table 1.989, which means H01 is rejected, and work motivation obtained a t value of 10.685 > t table 1.989, so H01 is rejected.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and provide incentives on employee performance at PT Digital Sumber Sejahtera Motor. A good work environment and an effective incentive system are expected to improve employee performance. The method used in this research is a survey with a questionnaire involving a sample of 35 respondents who are employees at PT Digital Sumber Sejahtera Motor. The independent variables in this research are the work environment and incentives, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the analysis show that the work environment and providing incentives have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of this research are (1) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance based on the results of the T test because the Sig value is 0.012 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 2.656 > t table 2.036, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted ( 2) Providing incentives has a positive and significant influence on employee performance based on the results of the T test because the Sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 4.773 > 2.036, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, (3) the work environment and the provision of incentives together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Batik Bekasi Community Cooperative (KOMBAS). Data analysis was conducted using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression to test the effects of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance, processed using IBM SPSS for Windows version 25 software. The research data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with a total of 50 respondents. The results of the study showed that the F-count value of 18,731 > F-table 3.19, indicating that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. Partially, the organizational culture variable had a t-count value of 2.902 > t-table 2,011, meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment variable had a t-count value of 4.087 > t-table 2,011, meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings have important implications for management in designing strategies to create a positive organizational culture and a supportive work environment in order to improve employee performance.
