Abstract

Emosi merupakan ekspresi yang dimiliki setiap individu dan disalurkan kepada subjek atau objek tertentu. Berbagai jenis emosi perlu diekspresikan dengan cara yang tepat dalam setiap kondisi demi terwujudnya kehidupan efektif sehari-hari. Ekspresi emosi yang tidak tepat dapat diatasi dengan pendekatan psikologi konseling juga melalui pendekatan religius. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menggambarkan penggunaan terapi status ego berbasis islami dalam membantu pengendalian emosi konseli melalui layanan konseling perorangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang laki-laki berusia 24 tahun yang memiliki masalah pengendalian emosi akibat pengalaman traumatis di masa lalu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara konseling, dan dokumentasi. Treatment yang dilakukan pada konseli menggunakan terapi status ego dengan orientasi islami. Hasilnya, klien mengalami perubahan dalam mengekspresikan emosi negatif yang mengalami konflik menjadi normal dan dapat diterima secara normatif. Penggunaan layanan konseling perorangan dengan terapi status ego berbasis islami ini dapat diterapkan pada klien untuk mampu memaknai dengan jelas emosinya dan dapat menyalurkannya dengan perilaku yang dapat diterima. Emotions are expressions that each individual has and are channeled to a particular subject or object. Various types of emotions need to be expressed in the right way in every condition for the realization of effective everyday life. Emotional expressions that are not right can be overcome by counseling psychology approaches also through religious approaches. This study intends to illustrate the use of Islamic-based ego status therapy in assisting emotional control of counselees through individual counseling services. The method used in this research is a case study. The subject in this study was a 24-year-old male who had emotional control problems due to traumatic experiences in the past. Data collection techniques are done by observation, counseling interviews, and documentation. Treatment is carried out on counselees using ego status therapy with Islamic orientation. As a result, clients experience changes in expressing negative emotions that experience conflict to be normal and can be accepted normatively. The use of individual counseling services with Islamic-based ego status therapy can be applied to clients to be able to clearly interpret their emotions and can channel them with acceptable behavior.

Abstract

the independent curriculum currently being implemented is a curriculum in which there are several updates in teaching systems and methods, such as in the preparation of lesson plans and the formulation of student achievement indicators. This research aims to determine the description of the skills of guidance and counseling teachers at MGBK SMK Kab. Bogor in implementing the Project Based Learning method in the Independent Curriculum. This research uses a quantitative survey method with a questionnaire instrument as a research data collection tool. The research sample was 30 vocational guidance and counseling teachers at MGBK, Bogor Regency. The results of this research provide an illustration that the skills of BK teachers in implementing the PjBL method in the Independent Curriculum at MGBK Vocational Schools in Bogor Regency are in the quite good category with a percentage of 62%. Thus, this research can provide appropriate recommendations and strategies for schools and guidance and counseling teachers to improve skills and competencies in implementing the PjBL method in the Independent Curriculum at MGBK Vocational Schools in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to determine the description of students' self-confidence at SMP Perjuangan Informatika Terpadu Depok City, to determine the influence of self-confidence on the emotional maturity of students at SMP SMP Perjuangan Informatika Terpadu Depok City. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. In this research, the total sample of 30 students was taken using random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire distribution techniques, data analysis using descriptive statistical methods, Pearson's multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and regression analysis. Testing was carried out using t and f tests as well as SPSS results. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between student self-confidence and emotional intelligence at SMP Perjuangan Informatika Terpadu.

Abstract

Perceived organizational support will encourage teachers to work optimally. Teachers need to have a feeling that the organization, in this case the school, provides total support. However, serving leadership from the principal is also needed to produce that. This study aims to determine the effect of serving leadership on perceived organizational support. This study involved 148 private high school teachers in Depok City who were estimated through the slovin formula at the 5% significance level. Data were collected through serving leadership and perceived organizational support scale techniques. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Hypotheses were tested using linear regression tests. Results showed that serving leadership has a significant effect on perceived organizational support. In-depth exploration of the indicators that dominate this effect is needed.

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of mental health continues to grow globally, including in Indonesia. With increasing social, economic pressures, and technological advancements, mental disorders such as depression have become critical issues that significantly impact quality of life, academic performance, and social functioning, particularly among adolescents. According to WHO data, the global prevalence of depression is on the rise, with the majority of cases occurring in developing countries, including Indonesia. Adolescence, marked by emotional and psychological changes, increases vulnerability to depression, especially when combined with academic pressure, experiences of violence, and lack of emotional support. Teenagers with depression often exhibit symptoms such as prolonged sadness, social withdrawal, disturbed eating and sleeping patterns, and self-harming thoughts. Considering the high level of risk, this study aims to analyze the prevalence and contributing factors of depression among vocational high school (SMK) students. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for developing more effective prevention and intervention strategies, as well as supporting the creation of mentally healthy learning environments. Abstract

Konsep diri dan kepercayaan diri merupakan dua aspek penting yang saling berhubungan dan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik serta perkembangan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep diri terhadap kepercayaan diri pada siswa kelas VII di MTsN 15 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei asosiatif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket skala Likert, dan analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linier sederhana. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 26,4%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan konsep diri terhadap kepercayaan diri siswa di MTsN.
