Classical Guidance Materials on Career Students Based on INATBKBK Instrument Analysis Kurniasari, Indah; Farozin, Muh

Career guidance delivered through classical guidance is important to note in order to support the success of students in careers in the future. Nevertheless, there is still limited material that is appropriate and in accordance with the needs of students that can be used as a reference or basis by the Guidance and Counseling teacher in providing classical guidance in career fields to students. This study aims to find the right material and as needed for classical guidance in the career fields of students. Samples in this study amounted to 353 from 14 public high schools. The research method used is descriptive quantitative through the INATBKBK questionnaire method to collect research data. These 10 topics are the basis of material and references that can be used and developed by counseling guidance teachers in the delivery of career guidance through classical guidance to children. With the existence of concrete material for career guidance, career guidance provided through classical guidance is expected to help students to more mature in preparing for the career they will pursue in the future.

Kegiatan ini berawal dari motivasi program kuliah kerja nyata untuk memahami ketahanan dan juga keberlanjutan perekonomian masyarakat di kp. Tajug rw 6 Desa Haurpanggung. Riset ini mengkaji perkembangan diwilayah rw 6. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang ingin ditingkatkan dengan menerapkan model bisnis berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai masalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM, termasuk pengelolaan keuangan yang buruk dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM), yang sebagian besar berusia di atas 40 tahun. Mahasiswa berkolaborasi dengan pelaku UMKM untuk memberikan instruksi dan pelatihan. Mereka juga membantu menerapkan digital marketing sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan penjualan melalui Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kp Tajug memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar, akan tetapi dalam pengelolaan bisnis dan pemasaran masih menjadi masalah. Diharapkan pelaku UMKM akan lebih memahami pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan penggunaan teknologi digital melalui pelatihan ini. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa meningkatkan daya saing UMKM melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan adalah kuncinya. Ini dapat berdampak positif pada perekonomian lokal. Oleh karena itu, model bisnis berkelanjutan yang dimasukkan ke dalam praktik UMKM di kp. Tajug dapat membantu mengatasi masalah saat ini dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Ibu rumah tangga sangat berperan penting dalam kegiatan merencanakan dan mengelola uang dalam kehidupan sehari – hari, perilaku keuangan dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor seperti hal nya pengetahuan keuangan bersama dengan gaya hidup. Observasi ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang literasi keuangan,gaya hidup, dan perilaku keuangan. Memahami korelasi antara literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup. Memahami pengaruh parsial variabel literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku keuangan. Serta mengetahui pengaruh simultan literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku keuangan. Metode observasi yang digunakan saat ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif analisis jalur dengan bantuan SPSS V.23. Responden menggunakan sampel total sebanyak 88 orang dengan kriteria ibu rumah tangga, berusia 25 – 65 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah dilakukan ditemukan : (1) variabel literasi keuangan didapatkan jawaban responden berada dalam kategori baik, variabel gaya hidup menunjukan kriteria sangat baik, serta variabel perilaku keuangan menunjukan kriteria baik. (2) terdapat korelasi diantara literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup, hubungan korelasi lemah, berarti hubungan antar variable saling terhubung. (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan. Terdapat hasil secara parsial gaya hidup terhadap perilaku keuangan. (4) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara literasi keuangan dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku keuangan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yakni menyediakannya informasi yang bisa membantu meningkatkan pemahaman pada Ibu Rumah Tanggga di Perum Griya Indah Karawang.

This research aims to examine the effect of application bamboo root PGPR and rice straw compost on the physical quality of the soil, growth and production of the corn plant (Zea mays). This research was arranged in split plot design 3 x 4 with 3 replications. The main plot is rice straw compost (K): K1=10 ton/ha, K2=15 ton/ha, K3=20 ton/ha. The subplot is PGPR (P): P0= 0 ml/l (control), P1=10 ml/l, P2=15 ml/l, P3=20 ml/l. The parameters observed were soil porosity, soil water content, plant height, number of leaf, cob length, cob weight, weight of seed and field. Data were analyzed extensively and continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that the treatment of PGPR and rice straw compost increases with the addition of dose. Treatment of PGPR provide a significant response to increase in the porosity, soil water content and number of leaf compared to the control, while the length of cob and weight of seed showed an increase in the addition treatment of a dose compost and PGPR. Treatment of PGPR or rice straw compost has yet to show a response different to the plant height. The interaction treatment significant on the weight of cob and field. The results of the optimal corn crop is achieved at the treatment dose of 15 ton/ha compost straw combined with PGPR dose of 15 ml/l.
