Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi konsistensi pengajaran nilai-nilai inklusif oleh guru agama dan respons siswa terhadap keberagaman agama di SDN 017 Tanjung Rejo Rohil. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan menunjukkan guru agama secara konsisten mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai inklusif dalam praktik mereka, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menghargai setiap individu. Mereka juga aktif mendorong dialog terbuka dan menghargai perbedaan pendapat. Siswa-siswi menunjukkan sikap toleransi dan penerimaan yang tinggi terhadap teman-teman mereka yang berbeda agama, berinteraksi positif tanpa memandang perbedaan keyakinan. Rasa ingin tahu mereka tentang agama dan budaya teman-teman mereka mendorong dialog dan memperkaya pemahaman tentang keberagaman. Meskipun ada potensi konflik, interaksi antar siswa berjalan dengan baik. Ini menunjukkan efektivitas pendidikan inklusif dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang toleran dan menghargai perbedaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep inklusif dalam beragama dapat diterapkan secara efektif di sekolah. Melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang inklusif, siswa-siswi dapat mengembangkan sikap toleransi dan saling menghormati, yang penting untuk membangun masyarakat yang harmonis. SDN 017 Tanjung Rejo Rohil dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam mewujudkan pendidikan inklusif.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the Implementation of the Quality of Education of the Al-Qur'an Al-Majidiyah Rokan Hilir Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The type of research is qualitative research, which is a form of research that naturally traces a phenomenon, so that objective conditions can be found. This research was conducted at the Al-Qur'an Al-Majidiyah Bagan Batu Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The informants in this study were 7 people from the foundation, principal and also teachers and education personnel. The data collection techniques used were through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis used was Data Reduction, Data Presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the Planning of work programs to improve the quality of education through educator standards, namely educational qualification planning, equivalency and certification, competency training, supervision of educator performance, and Subject Teacher Deliberation (MGMP). Planning of standard facilities and infrastructure, namely planning to meet representative classrooms according to needs, supporting facilities and facilities for the teaching and learning process, and other supporting facilities such as sports fields, laboratories, offices and so on. The implementation of educator standards is through activities to improve educator qualifications, skills and competencies, professional development, monitoring and evaluating performance, conformity to values, and involvement in extracurricular activities and leadership. The implementation of standards for facilities and infrastructure to improve the learning environment, the welfare of students by providing good facilities, and the development of students' potential through the provision of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether direct and indirect effects of organizational culture, principal leadership, and motivation on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Irsyadul Islamiyah. The type of research used is a quantitative research using multiple linear regression formulas and flow analysis as its development. This study found that: 1) there was a significant influence between teacher motivation and teacher performance of 0.570. The contribution given by teacher motivation to teacher performance is 31.2%; 2) The influence of organizational culture and principal's leadership on teacher performance is 0.642. The contribution given by the head of madrasa communication to teacher performance is 41.2%; 3) Teacher motivation, organizational culture, and principal leadership together on teacher performance have a strong relationship of 0.737. The contribution of the two independent variables to the teacher's performance at Madrasah Aliyah Irsyadul Islamiyah was 54.3%, while the remaining 45.7% was the contribution of other variables not measured in this study.
