Abstract

Muwashofat Tarbiyah is 10 Muslim characteristics proposed by Hasan AlBana, this character must be owned by every Muslim so as to make them a Muslim with Islamic character. Muwashofat Tarbiyah can be applied in every educational institution in order to create students who have Islamic character. this research uses a qualitative method with a field research approach that tends to be descriptive and naturalistic. collecting research data by conducting observations at Yayaysan Darul Azhar Sejahter which includes SMPS IT Darul Azhar and MAS Darul Azhar. As well as conducting interviews with foundation coaches, principals, teachers and students and collecting documentation. Data analysis used is in line with the opinion of Miles and Huberman with data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The application of Muwashofat Tarbiyah can be a solution in times of moral decline and the character of the nation's children, thus making every learner a human being who has good characteristics.  holding fast to Aqidah, always worshiping Allah, having praiseworthy morals, having a strong and tough physique, having broad and global insights, and being able to fight bad desires, being able to manage time so that they are able to organize every business in an orderly manner, and being independent of themselves, so that they can benefit themselves and the surrounding community.

Abstract

The world is currently in turmoil is in the 4.0 era, meaning the world is in a heyday to sophistication technology. Development increasingly technology fast possible potential to all aspect including in the world of education. Everything that smells renewal naturally own possible impact to direction positive and also negative. Everything depends to individual each of them. is change That used to good direction or No. If done to good direction so naturally change the worth positive. Vice versa, if done to negative direction , then neither did the results obtained Good . Teachers are considered as someone who is perfect, p This because the teacher is considered as a person of merit in make somebody so that become success . In writing study This researcher use method nature research qualitative. Study qualitative nature to collection information with forms of data and documents as supporter facts on the ground. Result of study This show that the CK ability of the teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan is already OK, the PK skills of the SKI teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan are also good enter to good category, temporary Kindergarten abilities of SKI teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan are still Not yet Good. This matter seen from response students who feel bored in learning. The way it should be need improved returned by the teachers viz enhancement in control Technology and its applications in learning. This matter aim For makes it easier in delivery teaching materials and make it easy in reach objective learning.

Abstract

Moral education is a fundamental aspect in the formation of the character of Alpha generation students, especially in facing the challenges of the current digital and information era, especially at MIS An-Nur Kutilang. The purpose of the research is to find out efforts to strengthen student moral education with the implementation program of integrating moral values in the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and parental support. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. With data collection techniques including observation, interviews and document analysis. The results of the study show that the strengthening of moral education at MIS An-Nur Kutilang is carried out by developing a curriculum that integrates moral values, the implementation of character development programs and the active involvement of parents. Strengthening moral education through this holistic approach contributes to improving students' character and positive behavior, although there are several challenges that need to be overcome. The existence of this article is expected to be one of the sources of reference about moral education

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM) in shaping student morals at Muhammadiyah 7 Medan Junior High School, to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM) in shaping student morals at Muhammadiyah 7 Medan Junior High School, and to determine changes in the formation of student morals after actively organizing in the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM) Muhammadiyah 7 Medan Junior High School. This research uses qualitative research methods. Using a phenomenological approach with a type of field research (field reserch) with a descriptive analysis model, the data that researchers collect are in the form of words or narratives. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are on the role of the Muhammadiyah Student Association in shaping students at SMP Muhammadiyahadiyah 7 Medan, namely the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM) teaches Islamic values sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith, which can directly shape student morals, such as honesty, trustworthiness, patience, and tawakal. This learning process that is integrated with religious teachings helps students to more easily understand and implement noble morals in everyday life. Then there are also several supporting and inhibiting factors, including a supportive environment and religious and social activities in the formation of student morals at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan.

Abstract

Purpose of the Study: This study aims to analyze the effects of interpersonal communication, innovative behavior, and self-determination on teachers' performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Medan City. Methodology: The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Medan, with teachers as participants. A quantitative research design was applied using a simple random sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Main Findings: The findings indicate that interpersonal communication, innovative behavior, and self-determination directly and indirectly impact teacher performance. These factors significantly enhance the teaching quality in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Medan City. The study underscores the importance of fostering effective interpersonal communication, encouraging innovative behavior, and promoting self-determination to improve teacher performance. Although the study identifies key factors influencing performance, it also acknowledges that other variables might contribute to teacher effectiveness, which were not explored in this research. Novelty/Originality of the Study: This research offers insights into how interpersonal communication, innovative behavior, and self-determination shape teacher performance, specifically within Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Medan. These factors have not been extensively studied in this setting, making this research an essential addition to the field. The study highlights the importance of developing strategies that improve communication, foster innovation, and enhance teacher autonomy to boost teacher performance and educational outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang diajar dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL), (2) mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang diajar dengan model Reciprocal Teaching, (3) mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang diajar dengan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Model Reciprocal Teaching.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif,. Populasi adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan yang secara acak dipilih 2 kelas. Kelas eksperimen 1 diberikan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learningdan kelas eksperimen 2 diberi perlakukan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching.Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) Berdasarkan rata-rata nilai, maka siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan Model PembelajaranProblem Based Learning memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa 4,385 lebih tinggi dari sis wa yang diajar menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching. Sehingga kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning lebih baikdaripada siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching. (2) Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji F, diperoleh nilai FHitung = 8,671. Diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien FHitung > FTabel. Artinya Terdapat perbedaan antara model pembelajaran Problem Based Learningdan Reciprocal Teaching. Kata Kunci: Pemecahan Masalah Matematika; Problem Based Learning; Reciprocal Teaching; Kubus dan Balok. ABSTRACT This study aims: (1) to determine the ability to solve mathematical problems of students who are taught by the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model, (2) to determine the ability to solve mathematical problems of students who are taught by the Reciprocal Teaching model, (3) to determine the differences in students' mathematical problem solving abilities. who are taught using Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model and Reciprocal Teaching Model. This research is a quantitative research. The population is class VIII SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan who randomly selected 2 classes. The experimental class 1 was given the Problem Based Learning learning model and the experimental class 2 was treated with the Reciprocal Teaching learning model. 4,385 higher than students who were taught using the Reciprocal Teaching Learning Model. So that the ability to solve mathematical problems of students who are taught with the Problem Based Learning learning model is better than the students who are taught by the Reciprocal Teaching learning model. (2) results Based on the analysis of the F test, obtained the value of FCount = 8,671. in addition, the value of the coefficient FCount > FTable. There is a difference between Problem Based Learning and Reciprocal Teaching learning models. Keywords: Mathematical Problem Solving; Problem Based Learning; Reciprocal Teaching; Cubes and Blocks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 58 Sukaramai Medan Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII-1 dan VIII-2. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis varian (ANAVA). Hasil temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Firing Line dan Number Head Together di kelas VIII SMP  Muhammadiyah 58 Sukaramai Medan dengan Fhitung (4,275) > Ftabel (4,007); 2) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Firing Line dan Number Head Together di kelas VIII SMP  Muhammadiyah 58 Sukaramai Medan dengan Fhitung (4,929) > Ftabel (4,007); 3) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis dan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe The Firing Line dan Number Head Together di kelas VIII SMP  Muhammadiyah 58 Sukaramai Medan Fhitung (11,431) > Ftabel (9,151). ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative research, with a quasi-experimental type of research. The opulation used was all grade VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 58 Sukaramai Medan for the 2020/2021 academic year and the samples were grade VIII-1 and VIII-2 students. Data analysis was performed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). These findings indicate that: 1) There are differences in the ability to understand mathematical concepts using cooperative learning models of The Firing Line and Number Head Together types in class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 58 Sukaramai Medan with Fcount (4.275) > Ftable (4.007) ; 2) There are differences in critical thinking skills by using cooperative learning model type The Firing Line and Number Head Together in class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 58 Sukaramai Medan with Fcount (4.929) > Ftable (4.007) ; 3) There are differences in the ability to understand mathematical concepts and the ability to think critically by using cooperative learning models of The Firing Line and Number Head Together types in class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 58Sukaramai Medan Fcount (11,431) > Ftable (9,151).

Abstract

Dewasa ini, pembelajaran matematika di kelas kurang mengaitkan siswa secara aktif dimana siswa hanya mencatat dan mendengarkan apa yang ditulis dan dijelaskan guru di papan tulis. Hal tersebut menyebabkan rendahnya kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematis antara siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan siswayang diajar dengan pembelajaran ROPES pada materi prisma di kelas VIII SMP IT Baiti Jannati. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Baiti Jannati. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII-1 dan kelas VIII-2. Insrumen penelitian adalah tes berbentuk uraian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Uji ANAVA Satu Jalur. Dari hasil penelitian yang diberi perlakuan yang berbeda, kelas eksperimen 1 dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan kelas eksperimen 2 dengan model pembelajaran ROPES diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematis antara siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dan siswa yang diajar dengan pembelajaran ROPES pada materi prisma di kelas VIII SMP IT Baiti Jannati. ABSTRACT                     Nowadays, learning mathematics in the classroom doesn’t engage students actively where students only take notes and listen to what the teacher writes and explains on the blackboard. This causes the students’ mathematical reasoning ability to be low. The aim of this study were to determine the difference of mathematical reasoning ability between students taught by Jigsaw type cooperative learning and students taught by ROPES learning model on prism material in class VIII Integrated Islamic Junior High School Baiti Jannati. This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population of research is all students of class VIII Integrated Islamic Junior High School Baiti Jannati. The sample of research are students of class VIII-1 and students of class VIII-2. The instrument is a test in the form of a description. The data were analysed by One Way ANAVA. From the results of different research, experimental class 1 with Jigsaw type cooperative learning and experimental class 2 with ROPES learning obtained the conclusion that there was difference of mathematical reasoning ability between students taught by Jigsaw type cooperative learning and students taught by ROPES learning model on prism material in class VIII Integrated Islamic Junior High School Baiti Jannati.
