Abstract

Planting tolerance education in kindergarten is still lacking, this is indicated by the child not listening to the teacher while speaking in front of the class, impatient in waiting for the queue, not sharing with friends, and lack of gratitude for the assistance given. The purpose of this study was to find out how the application of tolerance learning through the method of telling the impact of using the method of telling stories in the al-qur'an ruhama takengon kindergarten. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the application of tolerance learning through the method of telling stories in al-qur'an kindergarten ruhama takengon, namely, the effort given by teachers to children to apply tolerance in daily life through habituation methods , as children accustom themselves to greeting others, patiently waiting for their turn, through the method of telling the teacher it will be easier to attract children's attention and easier to form good habits in the child.

Abstract

Abstract: The phonological system is a language system used by a society to distinguish itself from other societies. Bangka language is part of Malay cluster. This paper was written to describe Bangka language phonological system in Mentok dialect used in Pusuk based on (1) vowels, (2) consonant system, (3) diphthong, (4) distributions of vowels, consonants, and diphthongs, and (5) phonemic principle. The method used in this research was qualitative method. The data in this study was 248 basic vocabularies of Swadesh-based UnCen-SIL Wordlist. The data was collected with basic technique ?conversation technique?, followed by ?noting and recording technique?. The finding of Bangka language phonological system in Mentok dialect used in Pusuk was 9 vowels, 19 consonants, and 4 diphthongs. The distributions of vowel and consonant were incomplete. There was an allophone found in the study.  Keywords: Phonology, Phonemes, Vowels, Consonants, Diphthongs. Abstrak : Sistem fonologi adalah sistem bahasa yang digunakan oleh suatu masyarakat untuk membedakan dirinya dari masyarakat lain. Bahasa Bangka adalah bagian dari gugus Melayu. Penelitian ini ditulis untuk menggambarkan sistem fonologis bahasa Bangka dalam dialek Mentok yang digunakan di Pusuk berdasarkan pada (1) vokal, (2) sistem konsonan, (3) diftong, (4) distribusi vokal, konsonan, dan diftong, dan (5) prinsip fonemik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah 248 kosakata dasar dari UnCen-SIL Wordlist yang berbasis di Swadesh. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dasar "teknik percakapan", diikuti oleh "teknik mencatat dan merekam". Temuan sistem fonologis bahasa Bangka dalam dialek Mentok yang digunakan di Pusuk adalah 9 vokal, 19 konsonan, dan 4 diftong. Distribusi vocal dan konsonan tidak lengkap. Ada alofon yang ditemukan dalam penelitian.   Kata kunci: Fonologi, Fonem, Vokal, Konsonan, Diftong

Abstract

In this paper, the researcher wanted to find out the factors of Amy?s mental disorder, how Amy?s character and what effect of mental disorder to the movie. The method of data analysis was descriptive, because the researcher explained and interpreted the data from the action of Amy in the movie. The books of literary theories were used to understand the theory that was relevant to this research. The approach used in this research was psychological of anxiety approach to identify the factors of Amy?s mental disorder in describing Amy?s character. The result of this analysis showed that there were three types of anxiety as the factors of Amy?s mental problems in this movie, realistic, moral, and neurotic anxiety. She experienced anxieties because of her husband that caused Amy had a mental disorder. Amy was described as an antagonist, cruel, manipulative, liar, psychopath, and antisocial. The effect of mental disorder to the movie was the story had different atmosphere and made the story more complicated.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the correlation between forgiveness and happiness among college students, with a particular focus on the role of resilience in mediating the forgiveness-happiness correlation. Participants consisted of 203 undergraduate students enrolled at a private university in center of Java who completed the subjective happiness scale, Heartland forgiveness scale, and Connor-Davidson Resilience scale. Result of mediational analysis cinfirmed the hypothesis, revealing the resilience partially mediated the correlation between forgiveness and happiness with the overall model explaining 27 percent of the variance in happiness.?

Abstract

This thesis titled madness of  main character, David in Dave Pelzer?s trilogy : A Child Called It, The Lost Boy, and A Man Named Dave. In this thesis, the researcher wanted to find out the indicators of madness experienced by David and the effects of madness in David?s character through himself in  A Child Called It, The Lost Boy, and A Man Named Dave trilogy. The data was collected from A Child Called It, The Lost Boy, and A Man Named Dave trilogy by Dave Pelzer. Then, The data of this study were analyzed based on madness theory by Michel Foucault. The data had been taken from some sentences and paragraphs from the trilogy. The study design was the descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicated that there were three indicators of madness experienced by David through the trilogy, which were the existence of the elite, asylum and punishment. Mental and physical punishments were the effects of madness in David?s character through himself in the trilogy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiidtas, Leverage, Growth dan Firm Size Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen Pada Sektor Property, Real State dan Kontruksi Bangunan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan program Eviews 9.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property, real state dan kontruksui bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI Periode 2013-2017 dengan jumlah 64 perusahaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan profitabilitas, likuiidtas, leverage, growth dan firm size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan secara parsial profitabilitas dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Likuiidtas dan growth tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan untuk variabel firm size menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kebijakan dividen.Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Leverage, Growth, Firm Size Dan Dividend Payout Ratio

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas masalah rendahnya penguasaan anak usia dini dalam mengenal dan mengingat bentuk-bentuk huruf dalam rangkaian kata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca anak dengan melalui permainan piring huruf di RA DW Persatuan Kemenag Kota Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subyek penelitian anak kelompok B1 RA DW Persatuan Kemenag Kota Padang tahun pelajaran 2011/2012 sebanyak 14 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu kemampuan membaca anak meningkat dalam hal mengenal bentuk huruf, meniru 4-5 urutan kata dan mengingat simbol yang melambangkannya. Jadi dapat di simpulkan bahwa permainan piring huruf dapat menarik minat anak dalam mengenal bentuk huruf dan juga dapat merangsang intelektual anak.

Abstract

Unilever Indonesia produces a variety of products, one of which is SariWangi Teabag. To stay afloat in the competition of SariWangi Teabag must continue to innovate starting in terms of price and product quality. Price is a monetary unit that is exchanged in order to obtain ownership rights or use of an item or service, and Product quality is a necessity that must be maintained and improved if a company wants to exist in sales competition. This research was made to analyze the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. In this study the population is infinite. The sampling method used is accidental sampling.The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to consumers of SariWangi Teabag in Palembang City Retail. The sample used was 272 respondents. The test is done in three stages, namely validity and reliability, classic assumption and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.505 or 50.5% and the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other variables. The results of this study indicate that 50.5% of purchasing decisions can be explained by variable prices and product quality. Price variable (X1) is 38.6% and Product Quality variable (X2) is 11.9%.both partially and simultaneously Product Prices and Quality have a significant effect on purchasing.

Abstract

Tabalong Regency based on Regional spatial Plan (RTRW) of South Kalimantan Regency 2014-2034 has the potential to be developed into a Minapolitan region. In principle, Minapolitan is a fishery program that seeks to synergize the production of raw materials, processing and marketing in a series of major activities in one area or region with the concept of involving the entire community in It. With the increase in the population of Tabalong Regency, it makes the need to increase the facilities available in the area as a factor in driving service and activities of fisheries by looking at the area that is the center of growth For the area that has a level of facilities that have a lack of the hierarchy in each district by conducting a system analysis of service center with the results of which 12 sub-districts that have the Minapolitan activities of Tanjung District become The centre of Minapolitan activities with Murung Pudak Sub-district became its sub-center of activities.
