Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan – Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis tentang mekanisme akad istishna yang diterapkan oleh Batik Safira di Desa Pakandangan Barat, Kec. Bluto, Kab. Sumenep, serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik usaha, pekerja, dan pelanggan Batik Safira. Selain itu, observasi langsung terhadap proses produksi dan dokumentasi juga dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang komprehensif. Hasil Penelitian – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akad istishna pada Batik Safira melibatkan beberapa tahapan penting, seperti pemesanan dan spesifikasi produk, penetapan harga dan pembayaran, waktu penyelesaian dan penyerahan barang. Implementasi yang baik dari akad ini terbukti meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, karena pelanggan merasa lebih terlibat dalam proses produksi dan dapat memperoleh produk yang sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan masukan penting terhadap pengembangan usaha batik di Desa Pakandangan Barat, serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku usaha lainnya dalam menerapkan akad istishna untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan daya saing produk. Keterbatasan – Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan di Batik Safira, Sumenep, sehingga hasilnya tidak dapat digeneralisasi untuk industri batik secara luas. Selain itu, pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, sehingga tidak memberikan pengukuran numerik terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan. Implikasi Praktis – Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengusaha batik dalam menerapkan akad istishna untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Penggunaan akad istishna akan memberikan kejelasan dalam tahap pemesanan, pembayaran, dan waktu produksi dapat menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing usaha batik.

Abstract

The importance of cooperative learning in achieving educational goals cannot be overlooked. According to existing literature, cooperative learning methods have proven to be effective in enhancing student achievement and fostering collaboration among them. A study conducted a comprehensive bibliometric analysis spanning the period 1974–2023 to explore the status and trends of cooperative learning implementation. In this bibliometric analysis, Samples were drawn from 4,367 refereed journal articles in the Scopus database. The research findings encompass several key points, including the peak publication in 2022 with 379 papers, the dominance of the keyword “cooperative learning,” the work of Dorigo, M and Gambardella, L.M as the most frequently cited documents, and David W. Johnson as the most prolific author. Journals such as the Journal of Chemical Education, Sustainability Switzerland, and Primus were also classified among the best, as well as institutions like the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Arizona State University, and The University of Queensland. Furthermore, the United States and China are recognized as the most influential countries in the development of cooperative learning. The study’s conclusion provides a valuable contribution by presenting a comprehensive overview, mapping the scientific landscape, and offering directions for the future development of this teaching method.

Abstract

The increased role of technology and the complexity of societal changes have ushered in a new era in education, known as Civil Society 5.0. This research aims to explore the role of Human Resources at MTs Darussalam Samarinda in adapting to the Civil Society 5.0 era. The research methodology employed a qualitative-descriptive approach, utilizing interview data from all available human resources within the madrasah. Observations were conducted in the field to validate the obtained data, both from interview transcripts and documents. Data analysis involved an interactive technique encompassing collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings emphasize the pivotal role of Human Resources in adopting technology for learning, adjusting the curriculum to meet contemporary demands, and establishing robust collaborations within the local community. Islamic education Human Resources are not merely instructors; they also serve as change leaders, shaping students' characters, upholding religious values, and preparing students to actively engage in a dynamic society.

Abstract

The dichotomy of science is still attached to Indonesian society, especially Muslims. For this reason, Islamic Religious Higher Education exists to unravel and bring together science and religion in the academic space. The purpose of this paper is an offer in the development of Islamic education in Islamic Higher Education. The study in this paper uses library research and content analysis methods as analytical methods. The results of this study offer various constructions that are produced in bringing together science and religion with an integration-interconnection approach. The encounter between science and religion will provide a strong foundation for scholarship by paying attention to various aspects in the realm of theology and humanity.
