Abstract

This research is to find out about the role of monetary policy in the economy in Indonesia. Economic growth is an illustration of the impact of government virtues carried out, especially in the economic sector. The challenges faced by the financial industry include solving the problem of form above substance, dealing with value-based social finance and ethics, and strengthening public trust. These challenges can only be faced if finance is based on an economic monetary perspective. Monetary policy aims to achieve and maintain rupiah stability. The method of writing this scientific journal is by qualitative method and literature study or library research. Examine and study literature books in accordance with the theories discussed, especially in the scope of the concept of the role of monetary policy in the economy. In qualitative research, literature review should be used consistently with methodological assumptions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the types and characteristics of mangroves on Gantan Island and to evaluate the environmental conditions around the mangrove locations on the island. Mangrove samples were collected through exploration around Gantan Island by closely observing the various mangrove species, taking direct photographs of leaves, roots, flowers, and fruits, and then describing their characteristics. The research results indicate the presence of 11 plant species, including 6 true mangrove species such as Exoecaria agallocha, Xylocarpus granatum, Bruguiera gymnorhizza, Avicennia alba, Sonneratia caseolaris, and 3 associated mangrove species including Acanthus ilicifolius, Hibiscus tiliaceus, and Terminalia catappa. Additionally, non-mangrove plants like grasses and Casuarinaceae trees were also found. Some observation points, such as points 1 and 7 located directly along the open sea, experienced high sea erosion due to large waves, causing damage to the natural habitat. Local residents have undertaken reforestation efforts to restore the damaged habitat. Observation point 6 also experienced sea erosion as it is situated along a large river. Meanwhile, observation points 2, 3, 4, and 5 are still areas with pristine natural conditions in accordance with the mangrove perpendicular zone.

Abstract

Ilmu Ma'ani studies how to convey Arabic sentences according to the situation and conditions. This article discusses the linguistic characteristics of surah Makkiyah and Madaniyah in the Qur'an from the perspective of ma'ani studies. The method used is the analysis of the Arabic text of the Qur'an, surah Makkiyah and Madaniyah. The results: surah Makkiyah show a strong and effective language style to convey the main message about monotheism, the last day, and threats to those who deny the truth; by using kalam khabari to emphasize the truth of revelation and kalam insha'i, such as: Commands (amr) and rhetorical questions (istifham) that arouse the thoughts and feelings of the reader. Surah Madaniyah emphasize the social and legal aspects of Islam. The diversity of the use of kalam insha'i, including commands (amr), calls (nida'), rejections (nafi), and oaths (qasm), provides practical guidance for Muslims and strengthens the instillation of moral and social values. This study shows that the differences in language style are in accordance with the historical context and needs of society when the Quran was revealed, and reinforce the message conveyed in the holy book.

Abstract

Choux pastry atau kue sus merupakan salah satu jenis produk pastry yang memiliki tekstur ringan, rongga berpori di bagian dalam, serta umumnya diisi dengan vla atau berbagai jenis isian lainnya. Produk ini cukup populer di kalangan masyarakat karena memiliki cita rasa yang khas dan tekstur yang lembut. Inovasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan kue sus melalui substitusi tepung sukun (Artocarpus altilis) serta penambahan daging ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) sebagai upaya diversifikasi pangan berbasis bahan lokal sekaligus meningkatkan nilai gizi produk. Pemanfaatan tepung sukun diharapkan dapat mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap tepung terigu, sedangkan penambahan ikan nila berpotensi meningkatkan kandungan protein pada produk kue sus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan panelis terhadap kue sus yang dimodifikasi dengan substitusi tepung sukun dan penambahan ikan nila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain true experiment. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan uji hedonik untuk menilai tingkat kesukaan panelis terhadap aspek sensoris produk, meliputi bentuk, penampilan, warna, aroma, rasa, kerenyahan, tekstur, dan kesan keseluruhan. Penilaian menggunakan skala Likert lima poin yang melibatkan 37 panelis, terdiri dari 6 panelis ahli (individual expert) dan 31 panelis tidak terlatih (untrained panel). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kue sus dengan substitusi tepung sukun dan tambahan ikan nila secara umum dapat diterima oleh panelis dengan tingkat kesukaan sebesar 67,6% pada kategori suka terhadap kesan keseluruhan produk. Aspek sensoris yang paling disukai adalah aroma dengan persentase 62,2%, sedangkan parameter warna dan kerenyahan memperoleh tingkat penerimaan yang relatif lebih rendah.
