Abstract

Work performance can be demonstrated through independent behavioral attitude as a form of ability to execute duties as school headmaster in achieving the organizational goals. Work performance directly or indirectly influenced by many factors: motivation, leadership and organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to discover on how significant, motivation, leadership and organizational culture influence the SMP headmaster work performance in North Lampung. This study had tested the hypothesis and found that organizational culture, leadership and motivation directly influence the work performance of SMP headmaster of North Lampung. The unit analysis was Public and Private SMP headmaster in North Lampung Regency. The research sample was 80 people from a population of 108 SMP headmasters in North Lampung. In analyzing the data, the research used path analysis. The results showed that organizational culture and leadership directly influence the SMP headmaster’s motivation. Meanwhile, their motivation and school organizational culture directly influence the performance. Hence, leadership directly affects the SMP headmaster’s performance. This means that Ho was refused and H1 was accepted, meaning that organizational culture, leadership and motivation have direct effect on the SMP headmasters’ of North Lampung work performance. The research results imply that to improve ones work performance, he/she should be pursued with motivation, leadership and organizational culture improvement. The better motivation, leadership and organizational culture, the better one’s work performance would be.Key Words: organizational culture, Leadership, motivation and performance

Abstract

Central Sulawesi is one of the areas that have the potential forest to be utilized as an area of ecoturism. The business through the utilization of forest conservation is the conservation of nature as an object of tourist areas in economic development without ignoring the environmental ecosystem function.This study aims to Analysisecotourims block Development of Tahura based on the System infomation Geografis.Data was analysis consisted of quantitative and qualitative approache`s,as well as interviews and discussions about the desires and expectations of the community in the development of natural attractions including the Ecotourism. Abstract

This research is to improve understanding of the concept and attitude on the phenomenon that is occurred, so as to understand the concept of the theory of evolution truelly with the next character-based on education is able to avoid misconception of the concept of evolution, which is still a matter of controversy. The experimental data is analyzed with analysis of covariance ( Anacova ),where the pre-test as a covariate, then further testing is done with a different test Least Significances Different ( LSD ). The statistical analysisis assisted by software of SPSS 14 for Windows, conducted with a significance level of 0.05 ( p< 0,05 ) .The Results of Anacova test showed that the Instructional Materials Theory of Evolution with Model Dick & Carey has real significant effect on cognitiveachievement with calculation F value of 32. 014 with a value of p = 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value 0.05 which means that the null hypothesisis rejected and the research hypothesisis accepted which states there is  influence teaching materials with  on Theory of Evolution with Dick & Carey Model of the students’ cognitive achievement and the influence of Instructional Materials of Theory of Evolution by Dick & Carey Model on the attitude result indicates that calculation F value of 40.873 with a value of p = 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 which means that the null hypothesisis rejected and the research hypothesisis accepted which states there is the effect of different device Instructional Materials of Theory of Evolution by Dick & Carey Model for attitude learning outcomes. Abstract

This study uses research and development (Research and Development / R & D) method. Model development of instructional media used is aDevelopment model consisting of ten steps, but in this study only compriseseight steps, namely: potential and problems, information gathering, productdesign, design validation, the revised design, product testing, product revision,and the final product. Based on the results of the validation interactive module Genetics bymatter experts and media experts shows that genetics interactive module isfeasible used with a percentage of the average score of 90%. Based on theresults of the validation interactive CD genetics by material experts showedthat the decent used by a score of 96% while the results validator of mediaexperts with regard to the feasibility of an interactive CD genetics show thatdecent used is by a score of 88% and an average rate of eligibility InteractiveCD showed that the decent genetics used is 92%, this indicates that theinteractive CD genetics can be applied in small scale to see the effectiveness ofthe implementation of this genetic interactive CD. Based on the results of a small-scale trial Genetics interactive moduleeffectively used by students seen from the kognitive learning outcomes reached85.3% and students understanding of concepts of 87.2%.Based on the researchresults, it can be concluded that genetics developed interactive module getsadequate assessment of experts, as well as the effective use of learning bystudents of class XII, SMA Islam Batu with kognitive learning outcomesreached 85.3% and students understanding of concepts of 87.2%.Keywords : genetic’s learning, interactive modul, Research and Developmentmethod.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang perlu dikembangkan guru dan diminati siswa pada saat ini adalah pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif.   Sehingga perlu diupayakan suatu model pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat menumbuhkan semangat dan kreativitas siswa serta pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.  Berdasarkan pengamatan dan pengalaman bahwa hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas I Program Studi Administrasi Perkantoran  di SMKN1 Pelaihari dari tahun ke tahun relatif rendah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi persamaan kuadrat melalui metode pemberian tugas pekerjaan rumah terstruktur dengan bantuan LKS.Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam adalah teknik  tes dan observasi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes dan lembar observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik persentase dan rat-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) dengan metode pembelajaran pemberian tugas PR terstruktur dengan bantuan LKS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika bagi siswa, dan (2) penggunaan lembar kerja untuk membawa siswa agar aktif dalam belajar merupakan langkah yang efektif  untuk peningkatan hasil belajar bagi siswa yang mengambil program administrasi perkantoran.  Kata kunci : metode pembelajaran, PR terstruktur, LKS

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektivan pembelajaran dengan metode Pendidi-kan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) berbantuan alat peraga terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah serupa PISA siswa pada materi segiempat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Ungaran tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Pemilihan sampel dengan cara random sampling, diperoleh siswa kelas VII-I dan siswa kelas VII-J se-bagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen diajar dengan metode PMRI berbantuan alat peraga, sedangkan kelas kontrol diajar dengan metode ekspositori. Data di-peroleh dengan metode observasi untuk mengamati aktivitas belajar guru dan metode tes untuk menentukan hasil belajar siswa yang kemudian dianalisis dengan uji ketuntasan dan uji perbedaan rata-rata: uji satu pihak (pihak kanan). Hasil penelitian adalah (1) hasil be-lajar siswa kelas eksperimen belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan klasikal, (2) rata-rata ke-mampuan pemecahan masalah serupa PISA kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari kelas kontrol, dan (3) skor rata-rata aktivitas guru kelas ekperimen dan kelas kontrol memiliki kategori baik. Kata kunci:       Kualitas Pembelajaran; PISA; PMRI.  AbstractThe purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of learning by Teams Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) assisted on figure tools to the problem solving skills PISA student on quadrilateral material. The population in this study is student of VIIth grade class of 3 Ungaran junior high school on period 2012/2013. The selection of the sample is done by random sampling which is gotten students class VII-I and students class VII-J as the experimental class and the controlling class. Experimental class was taught by PMRI assisted on figure tools, while the controlling class was taught with the expository method. Data obtained by the observation method to observe the activities of teacher learning and test methods for determining student learning achievement are then analyzed to the thoroughness test and the average difference test: one side test (right side). The results of this research are (1) The students achievement of experimental class not yet achieved the minimum completeness criteria, (2) the average the problem solving skills PISA of experimental class learning better than controlling class, and (3) score average of teacher activity of experimental class and controlling class have a good category.  Keywords:          PISA; PMRI; Quality of teaching.

Abstract

The objective of this observation is to understand the trendof  oil palm fresh fruit bunches  (FFB)within one year and to observe the oil palm yield potential of  small holder. The observation was held in one of small holder plantation located in Desa Sonomartani, Kecamatan Sukarame, Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara (north Sumatra). The palms were planted in shallow peat. The seedlings were assuming coming from illegitimate seeds. In general, like any other small holder palms, the farm was not well managed such as manuring was only applied ones per year with dosage 0.5 kg Urea.  Weeding in palm circle and inter row is not totally cleaned.  The observation was done during January to December 2013. The number of palms sampled is 238 palms or more or less one hectare.  The stand trees in the area is 140 palms/ha. Average bunch weight during observation is average on 13 kg. Based on the observation, the trend of one year production was tent to distribute nearly in normal distribution.The yield potential is 21.8 ton FFB /ha/year. However, the actual yield was only around 9.9 ton FFB/ ha/ year. This actual production is still far lower from their potency.  In order the yield achieve their potential, herewith some recommendation (i) The seeds planted much be certified seeds bought  from legal seed producer, (ii), weeding must be done properly in which palm circle, harvesting path and inter-row must be free from any weed, (iii) manuring program must be correct dose, type, time and application.  Drainage must be maintained to avoid water lagging. The palms are also must be kept from any pest & Disease attack and thief.

Abstract

Abstract THE TRADITION OF BEGGING: STRIFE BETWEEN ECONOMICS AND RELIGION (THE STUDY OF SOCIETY BEGGING BEHAVIOR IN DEMAK). This paper is the result of a research about the begging behavior which has been done by the villagers of village Asinan, Demak. Perpetrators of begging or known by the term “wama-wama” generally were affected by economic and religious motifs. This economic motivation deals with how to earn money easily, spend few modal as well as capital gain. While religious motivations related to the perception of the perpetrators who believe that what they do is part of the rituals of the religion. In terms of the mode and form of behavior “wama-wama” varies, as accompany a mosque dome in a process, using city kamal, bring proposals and envelope models. But in general that is widely used is a proposal model. The mode is bringing a proposal of mosque and boarding school building. They deposit an amount of money that has been determined by the organizers, while the rest was the right of the offender.

Abstract

Limbah tekstil mengandung berbagai bahan kimia berbahaya jika langsung dibuang ke lingkungan. Metode lain penanganan limbah memiliki kelemahan yaitu menghasilkan banyak lumpur, serta biaya operasional yang mahal. Metode penanganan limbah cair yang lebih menguntungkan adalah elektrolisis yang merupakan metode ramah lingkungan karena tidak memerlukan bahan kimia tambahan. Pada metode elektrolisis degradasi anode akan mudah terjadi sehingga mengurangi konsentrasi senyawa organik (elektrodegradasi) dan kepekatan warna limbah (elektrodekolorisasi). Penelitian ini terdiri beberapa tahap, yaitu analisis komposisi elektrode, elektolisis limbah tekstil pada variasi waktu serta analisis persentase degradasi dan penurunan nilai Kebutuhan Oksigen Kimia (COD) limbah tekstil secara spektrofotometri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elektrode stainless steel memiliki komposisi kadar besi (72,2%), krom (18,9%), nikel (7,6%) dan silika (1,4%). Setelah dielektrolisis pada variasi waktu dan analisis persentase degradasi secara spektrofotometri didapatkan waktu optimum selama 60 menit dengan degradasi sebesar 98,56%. Persentase penurunan nilai COD limbah tekstil yang dielektrolisis pada waktu optimum adalah sebesar 50,3834.

Abstract

Central Sulawesi is one of the areas that have the potential forest to be utilized as an area of ecoturism. The business through the utilization of forest conservation is the conservation of nature as an object of tourist areas in economic development without ignoring the environmental ecosystem function.This study aims to Analysisecotourims block Development of Tahura based on the System infomation Geografis.Data was analysis consisted of quantitative and qualitative approache`s,as well as interviews and discussions about the desires and expectations of the community in the development of natural attractions including the Ecotourism. The research conclusions that Ngatabaru region Ecotourism development can be summarized as follows: Block Ecotourism in Ngatabaru are in accordance with the criteria and indicators of eco-tourism development, including: land Criticality, Accessibility, topography/slope, community support, security, availability of water resources, and conflict of interest, the pattern of utilization of existing space is currently set up with a structure that is divided into several blocks, ranging from natural scenery, family travel, educational activities, outbon, and meeting place Keywords :Analysis, Ecotourism, Tahura, GIS, Ngatabaru
