Abstract

Abstract. Buildings with component degradation are a common challenge for all construction companies across the world. There are various building's components that it is challenging for construction companies to manage them all at once. It was not considered that the building agency is responsible for more than one building at a time. These issues have gotten more complicated as a result of the building agencies' limited financial resources for building maintenance. This study attempts to provide a visible solution to manage the building maintenance strategy based on complex building maintenance problems. The Analytical Hierarchy Process was used to give a complete way for assessing the building's condition (AHP). This method developed in this study was applied to define the building condition and followed by determining the building priority to be maintained. The building component in this study was specified into three specific components such as interior, exterior, and building utility. To complete this method, a three-level priority factor was determined with consideration from the safety factor follow by the functionality factor, dan the last is an esthetic factor. The developed model shows a proper and reliable solution related to the degradation of building components and their functionalities.

Abstract

Community Service (PKM) is an activity that has a noble goal, namely making a positive and useful contribution to society without expecting anything in return. One important aspect that PKM focuses on is the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to improve the quality of education. In the midst of technological developments, there are still several communities, especially in rural areas, which face limited access and understanding of the Community Service (PKM) program, namely the method of transferring knowledge from students to those being taught, with a description of the PKM method as follows. . 1. Consultation with the supervisor, to discuss starting from the preparation of the activity until the end of the activity. 2. Observations to determine the real conditions of MAS Tarbiyah Islamiyah. This observation looks at the conditions of lesson hours, school activities, and number of students. The results of the community service that we delivered to the junior Qur'an Scholar junior high school students were quite good, they already understood the material we conveyed [10] so that when they practiced, almost 87.86% of the students were able to practice according to the material we taught. .No Comprehension Material In this community service (PKM), the main focus is overcoming limited access and knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah environment, Benda District, Tangerang City, Banten. These problems involve students who face difficulties in understanding and using technology, especially computer networks, which can affect the effectiveness of their learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini berkaitan dengan Analisis Permainan Tammbong pada tari Jepin Tammbong Annam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Permainan Tammbong pada Tari Jepin Tammbong Enam. Menggunakan metode deskripsi dengan bentuk kualitatif dan pendekatan etnokoreologi. Sumber data penelitian berupa hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan narasumber Suratmi, Mat’ani dan Ruslan. Perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi sumber digunakan sebagai teknik menguji keabsahan data dengan teknik analisis data reduksi, penyajian serta verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat tiga pola pukul dengan desain lantai berupa garis vertikal, horizontal dan segitiga dengan desain atas datar, lurus, bersudut, simetris, rendah, vertikal dan dalam. Dinamika tidak bervariasi dan tidak memiliki desain dramatik dengan kompisisi kelompok menggunakan desain serempak dan berimbang. Alat musik beruas, gambus, rumba dan syair dengan tata rias natural dan tata busana baju telok belanga, celana, kain dan ikat kepala. Tempat pertunjukan berupa proscenium, arena, panggung tertutup, dan lapangan serta menggunakan properti tammbong. Kata kunci : Jepin Tammbong Annam, Kualitatif, Dinamika, Tempat Pertunjukan.

Abstract

Detecting counterfeit banknotes is a significant issue in the financial and banking sectors. This paper presents the design and implementation of an application for counterfeit banknote detection using OpenCV and PyQt. OpenCV is employed for image processing, while PyQt is utilized for developing the graphical user interface. The system aims to provide an efficient and accurate solution for detecting counterfeit banknotes. Various types of banknotes were tested to evaluate the system's performance. The results indicate that the system can detect counterfeit banknotes with high accuracy.
