Abstract

The main resource in the execution of project to ensure the project goes according to the plan is the availability of funds that must be possessed by providers. The contract form and manner of payments made between service users and service providers during the implementation of the project would bring a significant impact for service providers to prepare a specific fun. Where funds provided will be used to maintain the condition projects cash flows remain positive or avoid a deficit. This study aims to inform the provider of construction services in the calculation of the most favorable providing funds where the payment method that is observed is a payment method payment stage. Sumber daya utama di dalam pelaksanaan proyek untuk menjamin proyek tersebut berjalan sesuai rencana adalah ketersediaan dana yang harus dimiliki oleh penyedia jasa. Bentuk kontrak dan cara pembayaran yang dilakukan antara pengguna jasa dan penyedia jasa pada saat pelaksanaan proyek akan membawa dampak yang cukup signifikan bagi penyedia jasa untuk menyiapkan sejumlah dana tertentu. Dimana dana yang disediakan tersebut akan dipergunakan untuk menjaga kondisi arus kas proyek tetap positif atau terhindar dari kondisi defisit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi masukan bagi penyedia jasa konstruksi dalam melakukan perhitungan penyediaan dana yang paling menguntungkan dimana metode pembayaran yang diamati adalah metode pembayaran stage payment.

Abstract

Abstract. Buildings with component degradation are a common challenge for all construction companies across the world. There are various building's components that it is challenging for construction companies to manage them all at once. It was not considered that the building agency is responsible for more than one building at a time. These issues have gotten more complicated as a result of the building agencies' limited financial resources for building maintenance. This study attempts to provide a visible solution to manage the building maintenance strategy based on complex building maintenance problems. The Analytical Hierarchy Process was used to give a complete way for assessing the building's condition (AHP). This method developed in this study was applied to define the building condition and followed by determining the building priority to be maintained. The building component in this study was specified into three specific components such as interior, exterior, and building utility. To complete this method, a three-level priority factor was determined with consideration from the safety factor follow by the functionality factor, dan the last is an esthetic factor. The developed model shows a proper and reliable solution related to the degradation of building components and their functionalities.

Abstract

Repetitive construction requires continuous and uninterrupted supply of resources; hence, a suitable scheduling method that matches the work characteristics is required. Line of Balance is a scheduling method in the form of a line chart that represents recurring work. Considering the existing work items, Ngasem Overpass Bridge Solo-Yogyakarta-NYIA Kulon Progo Toll Road Project can be categorized as a repetitive construction project. Therefore, this research tries to apply LoB to this overpass project to determine whether LoB can efficiently manage a repetitive construction project. Two scheduling scenarios are applied in this study. The first scenario is implemented with the aim of producing a schedule that uses resources continuously and uninterruptedly. While the second scenario is applied to produce a schedule with the shortest duration. LoB based on the first scenario succeeded in compiling a schedule that uses resources continuously and uninterruptedly. Schedule based on the second scenario results in the shortest duration by severing the use of resources for short-duration jobs that are preceded and followed by longer-duration jobs. In addition to generating schedules according to the desired scenario, LoB has proved its ease in managing scheduling in terms of the continuity of resource use and the speed of completion of work.

Abstract

Along with Indonesia's economy and population growth, the community's need for building construction and infrastructure will also increase. Project implementation is undoubtedly expected to meet the predetermined quality, time, and cost targets, so a good project management system is needed. However, there is often a mismatch between planning time and realization due to obstacles during project performance, causing delays and over-budget on the project completion. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor the cost and time carried out in an integrated manner to estimate the total cost and time needed until the project is completed. This monitoring is used to avoid delays and cost overruns, which can be done using the Earned Value Analysis Method. This research is expected to monitor and control the time and cost required to implement the MRT-Hub Building Construction Project of Dukuh Atas Intersection to avoid losses or delays when the project is completed. The results of the analysis, based on the Earned Value Analysis Method at week 57th after the addendum, the result of the Schedule Variance (SV) is negative. In contrast, the Cost Variance (CV) is positive (+). The result of the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) is smaller than 1, while the Cost Performance Index (CPI) is greater than 1 ( 1). Thus, it is known that the project performance is running slower than the planned schedule, and the actual cost is smaller than the budget performed. Based on these results, the estimated temporary schedule (ETS) at week 57th is 188.3538 days with a remaining cost (ETC) of IDR 97,526,302,702.70. Meanwhile, the estimated project completion time (EAS) is 584.3538 days with an estimated all-cost (EAC) of IDR 171,868,372,084.14. Thus, it can be concluded that the project is expected to be -0.0606% later than the addendum schedule, with an estimated project profit of 10.0123% of the addendum budget.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) dalam pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (SD) menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi keterbatasan metode pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang interaktif. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SD Negeri Barusari 02 di Semarang tentang kendaraan bermotor melalui penguatan media pembelajaran dengan teknologi VR. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam 5 tahap, yaitu Design Thinking, Komunikasi Tim Pengabdi dengan Mitra, Finalisasi Media Pembelajaran, Penerapan IPTEKS untuk Mitra, dan Evaluasi Hasil. Pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan metode SDLC Waterfall. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 72.5% dalam pemahaman mengenai Virtual Reality dan kendaraan bermotor. Sebesar 90% peserta merasa sangat senang belajar menggunakan permainan Virtual Reality, dan 95% menyatakan keinginan untuk menggunakannya kembali. Pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknologi VR dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap bidang permesinan kendaraan bermotor.

Abstract

The construction industry in Indonesia continues to experience rapid growth. However, there are still challenges in implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, particularly in the volume calculation of formwork activity. BIM for formwork activity is generally utilized to calculate the surface area of formwork. Moreover, cast-in-place concrete formwork has many components with different utilities; thus, it is difficult to manage. Therefore, this study endeavors to expand BIM by employing BIM to automate the calculation of the formwork components. This research aims to utilize Autodesk Revit and Dynamo software to accelerate calculation time and enhance the accuracy of calculating the components of column formwork. The developed model is applied in the Hermina Pandanaran Hospital Building 2 Project as reliability validation of the model. The column formwork construction is modeled using Revit in 3D format, which is subsequently analyzed using the Dynamo script to automatically obtain the complete components of the column formwork activity, including the amount of each component. A comparison of manual calculations between those performed using Dynamo shows a 0% difference percentage, demonstrating the accuracy of Dynamo calculation. Based on the result, the utilization of Revit and Dynamo has proven to increase efficiency in formwork management. The findings of this research can provide insights into construction practitioners to leverage BIM technology in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of column formwork components' volume calculations.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan konfigurasi alat berat yang paling optimal pada pekerjaan timbunan proyek jalan tol dengan menggunakan metode Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) sebagai pendekatan pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria. Empat alternatif konfigurasi, yaitu Alat Baru Semua (A1), Alat Lama Semua (A2), Kombinasi 1 (A3), dan Kombinasi 2 (A4), dievaluasi dengan komposisi armada yang sama sehingga perbedaan kinerja hanya dipengaruhi oleh kondisi alat dan faktor operasional. Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan empat kriteria utama, yaitu biaya operasional, mutu pekerjaan, risiko operasional, dan waktu pelaksanaan, yang ditentukan melalui kebutuhan proyek dan karakteristik lapangan. Bobot kriteria dihitung menggunakan Direct Rating Method, menghasilkan bobot biaya 0,31, mutu 0,25, risiko 0,25, dan waktu 0,19, sebagai representasi tingkat kepentingan relatif dalam mendukung keberhasilan pekerjaan. Data hasil observasi lapangan digunakan untuk menyusun matriks keputusan COPRAS, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan normalisasi, pembobotan, perhitungan nilai benefit dan cost, hingga penentuan nilai preferensi relatif (Qi) dan utilitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kombinasi 2 (A4) memiliki nilai Qi dan utilitas tertinggi, sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai konfigurasi armada yang paling optimal karena mampu memberikan keseimbangan terbaik antara efisiensi biaya, mutu pekerjaan yang tetap tinggi, risiko gangguan alat yang lebih rendah, serta durasi pelaksanaan yang efektif. Alternatif Alat Baru Semua (A1) dan Kombinasi 1 (A3) menempati posisi berikutnya, sedangkan Alat Lama Semua (A2) berada pada peringkat terakhir. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemilihan konfigurasi alat berat memerlukan pendekatan evaluasi multi-kriteria agar keputusan yang diambil lebih akurat, efisien, dan mendukung peningkatan kinerja proyek secara keseluruhan.
