Abstract

The leadership character students possess aims to cultivate wise individuals who are devout to Allah, possess noble morals, and demonstrate fairness, honesty, discipline, responsibility, professionalism, loyalty, and other positive traits. Within the activities conducted in the Islamic school (madrasah), the student organization of Madinatunnajah Islamic Boarding School serves as a platform for shaping the leadership character of students. This research aims to ascertain: 1) The programs implemented to foster leadership character among male students within the Student Organization of Madinatunnajah. 2) The strategies employed to develop leadership character among male students through the Student Organization of Madinatunnajah. 3) How do Madinatunnajah Islamic Boarding School students demonstrate their character through the Madinatunnajah Student Organization? 4) Supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping the leadership character of students within the Madinatunnajah Student Organization. The research methodology used is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the programs and organizational strategies of Madinatunnajah students in shaping the leadership character of male students at the Madinatunnajah Islamic Boarding School are as follows: 1) The programs implemented include annual activities and incidental activities, such as PORSEKA, organizational activities, pilgrimage to the Walisongo sites, and PPM (Community Service Practice). 2) The strategy is through applying Uswatun Hasanah or good role models. 3) The character of Madinatunnnajah students is good, as seen in every activity conducted by the students. 4) The supporting factor is the support from the entire board of boarding school teachers, parents, and friends, while the inhibiting factors are oneself and the family environment.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren as an Islamic educational institution has presented the challenges of the era of society experiencing changes in the times and the character of the generation that lives in the present. Islamic boarding schools to be able to prepare students to be mentally hardiness and easier are not only capable in the religious (religious) field, but also must be able to overcome and deal with current societal turmoil, meaning that they excel in the fields of science and technology and remain superior in the field of religion. The purpose of this research is to find out the Islamic boarding school of SMA Ali Maksum Yogyakarta in preparing students as alpha generation who are hardiness and challenge the world of Islamic society education. This writing uses a descriptive-qualitative method with the type of research narrative research, for data collection is done by the process of interviews, observation, and documentation at the Pondok Pondok pesantren Ali Maksum Senior High School Yogyakarta. Technical analysis of data is carried out using the Miles and Hubberman model, namely by reducing, displaying and verifying data. The results of this study indicate that the Ali Maksum Islamic Boarding School has prepared various strategies in dealing with the times in society such as carrying out curriculum transformation through the school's mission, forming people who have strong faith, taqwa who are kaafa, have noble character, mastering science and technology that is mashlahah, technology information, and professional charity. Development of technology-based facilities and infrastructure, establishing cooperation between educational institutions, character building and developing life skills, leadership and entrepreneurship for the students of SMA Ali Maksum Yogyakarta as well as through a program of assistance services provided to prepare strong students.

Abstract

One of the obstacles faced by a teacher is changes in the educational curriculum which requires a teacher to adapt to the current curriculum. This definitely has an impact on a teacher's professional competence. The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the influence of the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum on Increasing the Professional Competence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers.This research is quantitative research using application assistance SPSS 25.0. This research was conducted at an elementary school in Pasar Minggu District. This research sample was taken using techniques Probability Sampling that is Random Sampling a total of 52 samples of Islamic Religious Education Teachers. The research instrument was distributed via Goggle Form. The research results show that There is an influence of the Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum on Increasing the Professional Competence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at the Elementary School Level in Pasar Minggu District.

Abstract

Santri di pondok pesantren berasal dari berbagai daerah. Tentunya membutuhkan adaptasi dalam sosialnya. Namun terkadang terdapat permasalahan sosial antar santri. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan peran Bimbingan dan KonselingIslami Pondok Pesantren Maskanul Huffadz Bintaro dalam meningkatkan hubungan sosial santri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif tentang peran Bimbingan dan Konseling Islami dalam meningkatkan hubungan sosial Santri di Pondok Pesantren Maskanul Huffadz Bintaro. Data-data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui instrumen wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data diolah dan dianalisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa : peran Bimbingan dan Konseling Islami dalam meningkatkan hubungan sosial santri Pondok Pesantren Maskanul Huffadz Bintaro memiliki strategi khusus seperti memberikan layanan bimbingan klasikal tentang mengenali fitrah diri menuju kepada kesehatan mental dan spiritual, dimana ketika strategi guru diterapkan yaitu dengan memberikan pelayanan Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam maka terjadi peningkatan dan perubahan. Dengan berperannya Bimbingan dan Konseling Islami di Pondok Pesantren Maskanul Huffadz itu menjadikan santri semakin baik dan tidak mempunyai masalah dan menunjukkan hubungan sosial yang baik kepada personel yang berada di pondok pesantren.

Abstract

The phenomenon of childfree, or the conscious decision of couples not to have children, has become a significant discourse in Indonesia. This paper aims to analyze childfree choices from the perspective of Islamic law and the Indonesian Human Rights Act. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory and literature approach. The findings show that in Islamic law, the decision to be childfree is often considered contradictory to the purpose of marriage, one of which is procreation. However, from the human rights perspective, childfree is part of reproductive rights and individual freedom to determine their life. This analysis emphasizes the dialectic between religious norms and human rights, highlighting the need for dialogue to find common ground.

Abstract

Rasa percaya diri (self confident) sangat penting karena sebagai bekal dalam kehidupannya. Ketika seseorang percaya terhadap kemampuan yang dimilikinya maka dirinya akan merasa mampu melakukan suatu hal pada kehidupannya yang akan memotivasi untuk berusaha mencapai tujuannya. Kesuksesan dalam segala bidang akan sulit dicapai jika seseorang tidak memiliki rasa percaya diri yang cukup. Percaya diri juga merupakan salah satu faktor keberhasilan seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi dan kendala yang dihadapi guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri peserta didik di SDIT Al Insan Islamic School. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian itu diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan tiga guru PAI. Hasil penelitian: 1) Strategi yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya peserta didik di SDIT Al Insan Islamic School adalah dengan cara memberikan bimbingan dan motivasi kepada peserta didik, tidak pernah membandingkan peserta didik dengan peserta didik lain, memuji dan mengapresiasi peserta didik, serta selalu mempraktekkannya. 2) Kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru PAI dalam meningkatkan rasa percaya diri peserta didik di SDIT Al Insan Islamic School adalah keterbatasan waktu dalam mengajar, kondisi psikis peserta didik, dan lingkungan yang tidak wajar dalam mendukung perkembangan peserta didik jasmani maupun rohani peserta didik.
