Abstract

Abstrak Komoditas kelapa sawit merupakan salah komoditi sub sektor perkebunan yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan masyarakat, penyedia bahan baku industri pengolahan yang menciptakan nilai tambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari modal, tenaga kerja, luas lahan, herbisida dan pupuk terhadap produksi kelapa sawit di Desa Radda Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder dengan mengumpulkan data yang bersifat kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 45 petani kelapa sawit di Desa Radda Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalaha dengan wawancara (kuesioner dan dokumentasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal dan luas lahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi. Sedangkan tenaga kerja, herbisida dan pupuk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produksi kelapa sawit Kata kunci: Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Luas Lahan, Herbisida, Pupuk, Produksi Abstract The oil palm commodity is one of the plantation sub-sector commodities that can increase the income of farmers and communities, providing raw materials for processing industries that create added value. This study aims to determine the effect of capital, labor, land area, herbicides and fertilizers on oil palm production in Radda Village, North Luwu Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data by collecting quantitative data. The sample of this study was 45 oil palm farmers in Radda Village, North Luwu Regency. The data collection method used in this research is interviews (questionnaires and documentation). The results showed that capital and land area had a positive and significant effect on production. While labor, herbicides and fertilizers have a positive and insignificant effect on oil palm production. Keywords: Capital, Labor, Land Area, Herbicide, Fertilizer, Production.

Abstract

Economic growth is the process of increasing a country's capacity to produce goods and services, which are part of long-term economic activity. One of indicators that can support increasing economic growth in a region is the human development index. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of the Human Development Index on Economic Growth in Luwu Raya. The data used is a ten year time series data. The data were obtained from the Luwu Raya Central Statistics Agency which provided data on the Human Development Index and Economic Growth for 2011 - 2020. In this research, simple linear regression analysis method was used to process data through SPSS version 20. The test results showed that the coefficient of the independent variable was 0.257 or 25,7%. It can be said that the dependent variable was influenced by independent variables, and 74,3 percent of the variables were influenced by other variables not related to the research. Human Development Index and Economic Growth was not effect on the relationship between variables. Economic Growth will increase by 50,7 percent for every 1% increase in the Human Development Index. It is expected that the government of Luwu Raya can implement appropriate policies to improve the quality of the Human Development Index, so it can promote economic growth based on the findings of this study.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify the factors that influence the economy in Luwu Raya. In this study, government expenditure and labor are considered as independent variables, while economic growth is considered as the dependent variable. The basic theories used in this research include Keynesian theory (Harrod-Domar) and John Stuart Mill's theory, which explain how government policies and labor relations affect economic growth. Data on government expenditure by expenditure type disclosed by BPS Luwu Raya and GDP data based on constant prices in 2010 with annual data from 2012 to 2021 for the business sector are the information used in this research. Labor data for Luwu Raya is annual information covering the years 2012 to 2021. The SPSS version 20 application is used for multiple regression-based analysis. The results of the research show that government expenditure has a significant and positive impact on the economic growth of Luwu Raya, while labor does not have a significant influence on economic growth. In this study, the independent variables contribute to a decrease in the dependent variable, with a value of 0.996 or 99.6%, and 4% of the independent variables are influenced by other variables during the study. Therefore, it can be concluded that government expenditure is an important factor that influences economic growth in Luwu Raya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and assess the role of private investment and public spending on the poverty rate in 2014-2021. The population used in this study, namely Luwu Raya Regency in South Sulawesi Province, was used as a sample. The data used in this study is secondary data provided as supporting information. The sampling method of this study uses several linear regression analysis methods, namely classical assumptions and time series data. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of private investment and public spending do not simultaneously influence the dependent variable on the level of poverty in Luwu Raya. Abstract

Keberhasilan kinerja pegawai dalam jajaran pemerintahan itu tidak terlepas dari seorang pemimpin yang mampu memberikan motivasi kepada setiap pegawainya. kepemimpinan yang baik harus didukung dengan budaya organisasi yang baik pula. Semakin kuat gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan didukung oleh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja yang baik, maka akan menciptakan pemerintahan yang baik pula dalam mengoptimalkan program kerja pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja terhap kinerja pegawai di kantor walikota makassar. Penelitian ini dilakuakan pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) di Kantor Walikota Makassar. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 8 SKPD dan menggunakan 176 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai dan motivasi kerja pegawai, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan Motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepmimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengembangan pariwisata menjadi salah satu pilar dalam membuka lapangan pekerjaan dan mampu mendorong kegiatan ekonomi suatu daerah yang dapat berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat serta pendapatan daerah maka harus didasari oleh perencanaan, pengembangan, dan arah pengelolaan yang terstruktur agar keseluruhan aspek yang ada di daerah tujuan wisata dapat dimanfaatkan dan diberdayakan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam proses Pengembangan Objek Wisata Kelurahan Kambo Kecamatan Mungkajang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi objek wisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Kambo berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan Objek wisata Kambo Highland hanya di awal pembangunan tidak berlanjut lama karena kurangnya komunikasi dan kerjasama antar pemilik dan warga setempat. Kata Kunci: Kambo Highland, Wisata Lokal, Partisipasi Masyarakat ABSTRACT Tourism development is one of the pillars in opening up jobs and being able to encourage economic activities in an area that can have an impact on increasing community income and regional income, so it must be based on structured planning, development, and management direction so that all aspects in the tourist destination can be optimally utilized and empowered. This research aims to obtain an overview to understand and describe Community Participation in the process of Developing Tourism Objects in Kambo Village, Mungkajang Subdistrict. This research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research. Data sources were obtained through interviews and tourism object documentation. The results showed that the Kambo community participated in the development of the Kambo Highland tourist attraction only at the beginning of development did not continue for a long time due to lack of communication and cooperation between the owner and local residents.
